I had a great experience with Maximum Towing and Transport, especially thanks to Andrew, who took my call. One of our Teslas ended up in a remote area with no nearby charging stations due to one of my staff members error. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with Tesla support (who couldn’t help us) and getting turned away by multiple towing companies ( some even hanging up when I mentioned it was a Tesla) I was feeling extremely frustrated. Andrew was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Despite the situation, he quickly arranged for a truck, and within 10–15 minutes, help was on the way. They towed the vehicle and got my staff member to the nearest Supercharger without issue. I’m truly grateful for Andrew and the team at Maximum Towing. Their professionalism and support made all the difference. HIGHLY recommend!

By far the best towing experience I’ve ever had. (and nobody likes getting their car towed) I was lucky enough to pick a number that Andrew answered and had a truck to me in a matter of minutes.The driver(Matthew) had my car loaded and on our way quick. I’m from Pennsylvania on my way to visit my son and family when I was involved in an automobile accident on Saturday, February 1st in Lake Wales. My car was unable to be driven. Conrad Rorah was the tow truck driver who came to tow my vehicle. I was distraught and trying to remain calm and not cry. He was so very kind during our interaction. I can’t begin to how much I appreciated his kindness. Truly. Thank you SO much, Conrad.
Additionally, when my son called the tow yard on Sunday to inquire when we could get in my car on Monday, Andrew, the dispatcher, called him right back with the information. Lastly, the woman at the yard was extremely kind when we went to retrieve my belongings.

I tried calling a local 24hr tow service trying to give them business, but obviously they are not 24hr (Presidential). So I called Maximum and they came quickly, Matthew was very nice, worked quickly and cleanly to change my tire. He even aired up another tire that looked low. I will add Maximum to my contacts list! Highly recommend Maximum towing!. We broke down on the way home from the lake while towing our boat over the holiday weekend. We had to make a trip home to drop one boat off and come back to pick up the boat hooked to the broke down vehicle and they were very accommodating of our needs and the time we needed the vehicle picked up so our boat wasn't left sitting on the side of the road. I can't thank them enough.

Trailer bearing blew out while towing my sailboat. Called several tow companies and Maximum was the only one who would or knew how to easily tow the trailer on a dolly. 87 mile tow was reasonable. Excellent service. Thanks Maximum!
There are few silver linings when you have a terrible car accident! Maximum Towing was one of them. Not only did the tow truck driver arrive quickly and help me retrieve personal belongings that fell out of the vehicle but we were met with the most kind and helpful office manager when we arrived to collect the rest of our belongings. I highly recommend their services to anyone!
Had the worst Memorial Day experience when our tire completely exploded with our toddler in the backseat. Lucky for us, we were rescued by Dwayne from Maximum Towing who arrived before the ETA & quickly reassured us all would be alright. He eased our minds and kept us upbeat and positive despite this unfortunate situation. The accommodation for our toddler in their four seater tow truck and overall cooperation in this situation definitely helped more than I can put into words. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone in the area. They SAVED me!! Matthew is the BEST! So nice. I was stranded on the side of Highway 60. They came within 20 minutes and towed me quickly to get a new tire before the shop closed. Advice if this happens to you: call nearby tire shops from where you are stranded to see if they have the make of your tire while you wait for the tow truck
