I stopped at the Oreillys in Fort Meade, when I entered I was greeted immediately by John, he was very informative and helpful with getting me the parts I needed for my car and even suggested local shops in the area to use for my repairs, I give this Oreillys and John a 5 star rating and will definitely be back in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our car broke down and we needed to trailer it to tow it. John helped us with the wrench and also helped strap it down. He is amazing!!! Hands down the best experience we have ever had at an Auto Parts Store. 10/10 and thank you John!
Replacing my spark plugs and ignition coils is easy thanks to O'Reilly's employee for having them still in stock, gave em a $5 tip for such good service, now the ion won't have any disasters. Totally recommend this store!
Great service. The part I needed was not available anywhere and no longer made. They helped me find a local place to get a weld repair very affordable on an Aluminum oil pan. Saved me at least $100 and/or a lot of time on salvage yard safari.
Just wanna say thank you to them management here at Fort Meade store, always willing to go that extra step, finding parts for my “Bougie “ ride ,as he calls it… lol .. but we had a little Incident last week, and Adam really surprised me when he took responsibility for his employees mistake… Adam Walker just a great guy all the way around on and off the job never too busy to listen.. Highly recommend this location! Passing through to fort myers, undercarriage was hanging out and rather than overpaying for parts to fix it that I did not need, our new friend Trenton came in and saved the day! Went to another O'Reilly location to get some brake rotors turned, and was told that they didnt have anyone there who could do it. They called 2 other locations for me, and one of those locations flat-out said they WOULDN'T do it. The other was the Ft Meade Florida location, and I was able to get both rotors turned in about 45 minutes.
O'Reilly in Fort Meade has some of the nicest and helpful staff. I love the fact that there are women working and they also know auto parts too! Great place to buy auto parts they have a very good return policy and I'm glad my auto mechanic uses O'Reillys when fixing my car.
I had a brake light out and my current car is the first one I have ever had where you have to have tools to change it. Jason looked up a video and took care of it for me. I think he is a rock star. Thanks guys!
New Year’s Day my wife and i were driving back to Cape Coral from Orlando when the switch for the drivers side window decided to break after the window was fully down. We decided half way back home that it was just too much having the window down the whole time so we decided to swing into the auto parts store. Before we could even walk in Jason one of the managers walked out the car to help. He was so kind, had the Part in stock and couldn’t have been more helpful. I definitely recommend this store. If this is how this chain treats their customers, they have a fan in me!
