Called 6:00am for a dead battery in a Boxtruck (24v) 2 batteries so it’s not a small car. L&R picked up right away and was there about a half an hour later ready to go. Got my truck started and I was on my way to work just like that for a reasonable price. The hospitality of the Driver that came out was A+ he was respectful and got straight on it, understanding of the situation and knowledgeable. My car blew a tire on my way to Disney this towing company was suggested to me so I called and got Leo and he was wonderful. He even called to check on me, came and picked me up and brought my car home for me. Best service I've ever gotten with a towing company and the service was 110% if I ever blow a tire in that area again I know who I will call.

Best RV towing experience I have ever had. Called 5-6 different places to have my RV towed and not one would do it. Just got excuses, run around or a ridiculously high quote. Not with Leo! These guys run a honest business! Driver gave me a time frame as to when he would arrive and he arrived when he said he would. No BS!!!! The driver went out of his way and took excellent care of my truck, having to pick it up in a crowded parking lot, got it loaded in a short time , obviously not his first rodeo! He also got it up in my driveway and
not hanging out in the street, no easy task as our streets are narrow and not a lot of room to work with. Haven't had to use a tow service in over 20 yrs so I can't comment on the price but after doing a little research, It seemed competitive. Lets face it... we all want to pay as little as possible but they are running a business. I feel like I got a fair deal with exceptional care to my vehicle! highly recommended!
AMAZING SERVICE. it was around 10:30 PM and my driver went to go pick up a Bentley for me in Davenport and the car was in a bad spot and couldn’t be winched up. The car wouldn’t go into neutral and wasn’t able to be moved. I called L&R towing and they were out there in 15 minutes and used wheel dolleys and got the job done quick. They were honest, professional and easy to deal with. I’ve dealt with many tow truck companies and this one just absolutely killed it. Thank you for saving the day!

The service was prompt. Provided timeframe of pickup and arrived within that timeframe. Took extreme care with the loading and unloading of the vehicle. Has a very pleasant attitude. Very down to earth. Easy to get along with and talk to. Complied with everything asked. Would use and recommend his services to anyone.
He was so professional and fast. He didn’t even make me wait for the car. He took care of everything and let me Zelle him the money so I didn’t have to wait on the side of the road and I can get back to work. I recommend him 100% great to work with amazing customer service.
I had a really frustrating experience with this towing service. I was told it would take 1 hour, but it ended up taking over 4 hours with no communication in between. I tried calling multiple times for an update, but my calls were ignored.
To make matters worse, we agreed on a price upfront, but once the driver arrived, he changed the price, and then once we got to the destination, he raised it again! Totally unprofessional.
I don’t recommend this service at all – it was unreliable, misleading, and stressful during an already difficult situation.

Im good with cars, drive a reliable standard transmission. I can push start this little thing if it runs low on battery, and work around many issues. And I always do my best to stay prepared and on top of maintenance; I'm not usually one to rely on others...
But sometimes the unexpected happens...
Like when you're going for third gear and it suddenly disappears then the 4 others with it!
I was stranded, in the dark, at 10 O'Clock, with a problem I couldn't limp home.
Googled and took called 5star "L&R towing"!
They answered right away, let me know a Price and ETA right away!
They were patient with me and showed me how to send my location over the phone, and kept me upto date on ETA and status.
When they arrived, the driver was very nice, even though my car is very low.
I was scared he might not be able to help me; ive issues with other towing services, with cars that were not nearly as low ...
But "L&R towing" has a flatbed he had no problem!
The driver really took the time to do everything right and even used quite a few planks of wood; as my daily driver is quite "Stanced"
Got the car home by 12am with far more peace of mind.

I needed someone within a timely manner as I have 2 little babies under 3! I called and within 45 minutes, Leo was there! Very friendly and nice manners. My location was almost 2 hours away and he was there fast, he sent pictures showing where the car was left. I definitely recommend using these guys!
This towing experience was very delightful. Recently, my daughter broke down while driving. I was out of town and could not help her, but Leo came and was excellent. He was very quick and efficient, but also kind and considerate. Overall was a very good experience.
Came in very efficient timing and very professional plus added some humor to the job as well instead just an "I TOLD SO" L AND R WILL ALWAYS HAVE ME WITH THEM AND THEY WILL HAVE BACK AS WELL!
I would also like to add one big detail, I was stuck the night before Leo came to get me and my first move was to call AAA but after 4 hours all services around 7:30 at night either couldn't help because they were closed or I was out of their jurisdiction. The following day they set me up with an appointment and the window had closed they just came out and said my membership didn't cover this kind of assistance because I wasn't on a state recognized street nor would I be reimbursed after being told I would be.

Great Company. Great owner. My Semi wouldn't start, needed a jump start. Called 7 or 8 different companies and No one would do it. Called these guys, they came running! And the price quoted was excellent! Love Road side service wanted $200 bucks and I was only a half mile down the road!! These guys were willing to do it for WAY LESS, and they had to drive farther!!
