  Fast friendly service. These people were so professional and came right out to get a junk car I had sitting in my yard. My yard looked so junky with that old junk car just sitting there. I called junk cars and they were out in no time and gave me money right on the spot. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. My yard is looking so good clutter free.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and they're scammers. They're gonna tell you one price then lie about your catalytic converter is missing to try and cheat you out of the money they already agreed to pay. Long story short, don't deal with these guys, they're drug addicts trying to scam for their next fix

  Everything went well with using this company. The staff was prompt and punctual. I will definitely use again if the need arises. Just remember that you are selling junk so will get a junk price for you're junk. It's a lot better than having an eye sore for a yard ornament

  I would leave ZERO stars if possible. This place is a complete scam! They scammed an elderly man out of his vehicle. They promised to return with money and didn’t. The car is gone and can’t be found. The address they provided take you to an empty field! To top it off, the plates were never removed from the car and now we are receiving tickets for tolls they didn’t pay. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. HALEY AND JIMMY GOODWIN (if that’s their true identity) are terrible people and will steal from you!

  Very unprofessional called them they scheduled me for pickup around 10:00am they called me and said they would be here in 30 min I waited 2 and ahalf hrs they never showed up i called the main office no picked up the phone i called back several times still no answer i wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

  Rescheduled once, then when it came to the day to pick it up at 10:30 they made me wait until 2:30 with no communication. I called and texted several times and was ignored until 15 mins before they came. And they told me $150 and only should up with $100. Very unprofessional.
