Lewis was rude and lied saying they only take vehicles without a title between 2008-2010. That's a lie they only need to be older than 10 years. They went back on their word and are liars. Have been going here as well as my father for over 10 years. I won't be back or recommending them again. Lewis is so notorious that even the auburndale location knew who i was talking about without saying his name
Great place and good prices with a huge inventory of quality vehicles !! The directions on maps is saying that you take the exit too early so look for the (Budget) sign!! Directions are now updated on Google maps and are correct !
This guy has comprehension problems. I called to ask if they had the vin for a truck they showed online just so I wouldn’t drive an hour to waste my time if it didn’t have the motor and transmission I needed and he said “NO WE DON’T HAVE INVENTORY ON VEHICLES MA’AM”. Yea, I see that, that’s not what I asked. How about listening next time
i have been coming here for a while due to theor fair prices. i came in today, and was over charged. i asked the teller and he said prices went up about a month ago. there is no notice anywhere of price increase and when i look at the website its still the old pricing. i was over charged.
Was quick and easy to find what I was looking for. I ded would recommend searching the website instead of trying to find what you need aimlessly. Only wish the rows were labeled to be spotted easier
This place is stuck in 1970. It's beyond ridiculous that they would close an hour early on account of not having power; needless to say, this business model is a perfect recipe for failure.
Great 2nd option for me. Prices are great! My home junkyard is the Budget U Pull It in Winter Garden. I wish I could give this one 4.5 stars. Since it appears to be owned by the same people, it is very similar to the one in Winter Garden but I do prefer the WG location. WG location has a better website that helps you search better and so on. Also, the Bartow one is a bit junkier to navigate through aisles and there is a good bit of mud to dodge depending on recent weather. Makes it harder to want to get under vehicles. One thing I like better about this place was I did notice that my truck had a lot more engines at this location. It seemed like Winter Garden Budget was the most picked over out of three junkyards I have been to recently.
This place is a good source for good used parts at a fair price. Excellent layout most of the vehicles are off the ground on wheel stands all the different makes and models are all split up love this place
Staff friendly for the most part. Would have given 5 stars, but (if I understood the signs correctly), no refunds. Only store credit, which I do not agree with personally. There are always other options. You just have to weigh the good and the bad.
I purchased items there all the time never had this problem they overcharged me Then they declined the charge which still hasn't showed up a week and a 1/2 later and and then they charged me again for the correct amount all in all of $91 dollars due to their negligence not knowing what they're charging you for when you get to the window bad business I'm now waiting for my $91 it is still pending in my account I will never use my card at this place ever again they are very unprofessional Take cash or don't take anything And when I try calling this establishment they pick up and hang up the phone they they also had a attitude with me and told me it wasn't their problem the general Man behind the window act like he wanted to come out he didn't want no smoke I would have gave it to him
Used to be nice people. The rows and car color on the receipt never match also they don’t go by their website prices. My husband went the other day for a part their website said the part would be 4.88 each he gets to the window and the guy said it was a custom piece so they were 16.99 a piece their website doesn’t say anything about custom.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, entry fee is an extremely modest $1.
Overall parts prices are the lowest I've seen in the tri County area.
Selection is large and diverse, and the inventory is generally of good quality with many crash/dealer trade in vehicles.
My Personal first choice when dealing with a "You pull it" yard.
Went to get starter for my car. Everyone that was on the list did not have a starter. Then got run out if there right at 430. Which i drove 2 days in a row 40 miles one way. They could be a little more help.
Was looking for seats for my truck w/no luck but they have just about every type of vehicle in the yard. Bring your own tools because they won't let you borrow theirs. They have wheel barrows to carry your tools/parts that you pull. Very decent place and staff
My husband is a Mechanic and I help him, We recommend this place to almost all customers who are looking to save a dollar or more.BUT!!!! Our recent experience was ridiculous Craig yes CRAIG THE OWNER charged for parts that were not there to be exact 5 parts yes they have great deals but those dollars add up and when you are only going for a fender, 2 headlights,2fog light, grill, and little fake light lens that come in grill. We expected it to be $81.but Customer paid $178. which is double. When visiting this place please beware owner will do anything to make a dollar. When we tried to argue the situation he just yelled what ever happened to the customer is always right!
Well you know we all have to save and find the cheapest way to repair vehicles that we can me my father was a Master Mechanic so I do various trips to the junk yards and believe me if you got the right tools and the right knowledge of where and how to take it apart it is very easy and sometimes you can even find the parts that you need at a hell of a discount no budget their people they're all of the Raven Tori is old enough computer you tell him what you want they give you the rows that the the the parts that you need her own so you don't have to spend all your time looking for it you just go to them. Budget people are courteous a professional at all times you're never rude they are there to help and make sure that all of the the vehicles that you pull the parts home are in a safe manner I recommend budget to anybody who's looking for auto parts thank you very much have a nice weekend it's Hammer Time
The customers service is terrible. They sell used tires, but will not assist in finding the proper ones for your car. They say "you just have to look for yourself" while they remain laughing in the office area. It is hard to believe any owner would allow that. I will never go back short of an emergency.
This place is now charging $1 fee to enter. A fee you have to pay before you enter. This means you pay once when you enter and once when you leave, asuming you find the part. This is asinine. I get paying a $1 fee to enter, but let's just do ONE transaction at the end to include my $1 fee and the part I just pulled. If I don't find the part, then I pay $1 when I leave. I decided to leave than deal with this. I will not go back. I have had better experiences at other pullers in the area.
This place is worth it if you need to find parts, you can look up the cars they have on the lot online before you even go to see if they have the make and model you need!! I got a replacement engine for my vw here totally check them out if you need salvage parts!!!!!
