Geico sent this guy to me for a tow ro my mechanic, unfortunately some of my items in my suv didnt make it there with my suv. Seems like somebody has sticky fingers. I took a picture of my portable battery charger as i exited my vehicle. I called him to let him know that I was aware that my charger was stolen. Of course he denied the theft.
I just called to get a tow because I was recommended by bartow ford and I was told they no longer do any towing because the company was bought out. If this is true please put permanently close on Google. The gentleman was not very nice who I spoke to
On time as promised. Courteous, respectful, and professional. Had to tow the vehicle to two different locations within a couple of hours and was very helpful in doing so. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, not very helpful in providing information on cars for auction provided by the company. They weren’t able or willing to provide any information to direct me to the right place.

Called at 8:30PM on a Saturday night because my nephew locked his keys in the car and they came immediately. The guy was really nice and quick. Price was also affordable.

Couple of employees decided to set off some fireworks day after the 4th of July and hit my girlfriend and her friend with our kids there with some bottle rockets which I'm sure wasn't intentional however offered no apology and seemed to have enjoyed it
This tow truck came up behind us real fast while we were driving 10 over the speed limit. So we moved over and then he blazed pass us and then turned his bright back truck lights on (it was night), blinding us because we didn't get over fast enough. VERY dangerous driving and would not trust this company to do anything.

Witch really helped me and appreciated a ton!! So I thank him very much for that!! First time my car over heated and It was a little over an hour drive to Tampa but he said he could still make the trip! got to me as quick as he possibly could! Loaded up my car nice and easy on to the flatbed truck! Took my car to the shop as well as drop me off at my house!! I will definitely be calling gator Towing in the future if I ever need a tow!!
They were wonderful! Fixed my car, after two other places spent months trying to figure out what was wrong. It was also at a very inexpensive price and they really took their time and made sure to get all of the information. They also kept me informed every step of the way
I called ahead of time to make sure they could work on my Ford Ranger. The lady told me to bring it by, when I got there the mechanic walked out and said “ I decline to work on this truck because someone has already worked on this truck and I don’t know what they did so I want work on it.” Well the truck is a 1985 which makes the truck 36 years old ! Yes other mechanics have worked on it in the past 36 years . So if someone else has worked on your vehicle there is no point in taking it to Gator
The Absolute best guys in town! I cannot recommend them enough. They are always professional and their work is quick with reasonable prices. I come in and they treat me like a truly valued customer. They run a true honest shop and go above and beyond to please their customers. I would give them ten stars if I could. I tried to get my car fixed here. First, the owner's wife acted like a know-it-all about what was wrong, and turned out to be all wet! I didn't get charged for the wrong parts, though - because after setting up an appointment, they decided they were too booked to actually do any work on it and sent me away! I only give two stars instead of one because at least they didn't try to rip me off! BTW the actual mechanic never even looked at it.
No matter when I call, they always take time to look at my vehicle. Have nothing but great things to say about this business. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their vehicle there for repairs.
Called at 4:30 as something under my wheel was flapping and loose. Despite 5:00 closing time, they told me to come on in and they would have a look. They told me I would have to take the car to the dealership for replacement parts, but took off flapping/broken pieces for my safety and charged me 1/7 of what I was quoted for a "look". I appreciate the caring and the small town feel of this business very much! (note to owner: the cigarette smoke smell in the waiting area is very strong and stale)
Gator has repaired several things on my old Taurus and have always done a great job. Several of the repairs turned out to be minor and they charged less than $100. They could have made up something and charged me twice the price and I would never have known. I trust them completely and recommend them!
