Fantastic experience today at Auto Zone. My battery died in a strip mall where there's an Auto Zone (store 3681). Akim came out and tested my battery. I needed a new one (my current one had been installed in 2020, so six years ago...) I purchased and he installed it free of charge, plus he put in some sort of strap down thing to hold it in place. SUPER nice and professional and I will definitely make this my auto parts store from now on.
I don’t know what’s wrong with the world but customer service sure sucks. Two men behind the counter one just standing there waiting for a customer to come back another man behind the counter texting. I put my can on the counter and walked out after standing there for four or five minutes unattended. This is why all stores are being replaced by Amazon.
Akim was the absolute best! I needed my battery changed, and it was in a tricky spot. Sam’s Club refused to touch it. Akim took an hour out of his work day to do it, and explained everything to me. I will definitely be back for any car needs!!
I was stopped last night by the police because of my headlight being out. Octavia helped to replace it for me! The socket was really stuck in there and I was unsure we could get it out. She worked diligently from multiple angles until she finally made it work! I’m beings grateful for her willingness to keep trying. Now I have two new headlights and can legally drive at night! Thank you so much Octavia! (PS… I wanted to tip her and she wouldn’t even accept it! So I figured a nice shoutout would suffice!)
Best service ever received at and AutoZone. Akim Lewis was professional, courteous, and efficient in finding and installing a new battery for us. I cannot say enough good things about the Store Manager, Akim, at this Pasadena AutoZone. I came in needing a battery for my Genesis G90, which is the largest and heaviest battery they carry. Initially, they were out of stock, but Akim promised to check other stores and call me the next day. He actually exceeded expectations and called me back later that same day to let me know he secured one.
Normally, they don't install this specific battery because it is located in the trunk and is extremely heavy, but Akim made an exception and did it for me personally. He installed it with absolute precision and care, even taking the time to apply anti-corrosion treatment to the terminals. On top of the incredible service, the price couldn't be beat. The dealer wanted $600, but I paid $249 here, installation included. All the staff are super friendly, and it’s clear the store is well-managed because of Akim’s efforts. Do not hesitate to go to this location!

Carl is an absolute dream of a human. He is calm, kind, thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I called at 8:20 am on a Sunday and he was unbelievably helpful. I told him the battery I was going to purchase and have him install and before I got there he made sure it was extra charged! He replaced my Prius 12v battery efficiently and made sure the conductive exchanges were clean and well protected with a special lubricant. Bring him a black coffee to make his day!
I came in on November 18th in the evening and the lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful with helping me find the correct windshield wiper blades. Will return again next year for another set!
I stopped at this AutoZone store while i was out of town, 2.5 hours away. When I hit Tampa my car started making very bad noises, I was traveling alone and I was very stressed out and scared and got to the point of crying because I didn't know what it was or if I would make it home. When I got to the store I spoke to Simara. She was helpful and very kind at the counter. Then another girl walked up and asked me if I was the one who called earlier. I had called the store earlier and spoke to Octavia Arnold. She went above and beyond anything I expected.
She came outside to hear the noise. She checked my power steering fluid, and I had barely a drop in it. She told me what I needed to buy, and I ran back inside to buy it from Simara. Octavia put the fluid in the car because my mom and I had no idea where it went. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and knew more than most mechanics I Know. She went above and beyond and calmed me in my scary situation. Employees like her are very rare. AutoZone is very lucky to have her as an employee. I'm not sure if she is in management but she deserves a higher position, hours and money . in my opinion.

I am from out of town and I needed a battery for my Yukon. They had several in stock to choose from. Kenny took good care of me. Not only did he make a great battery selection for me he personally installed it in my vehicle in the hot sun. I called the other auto stores AA and they would not install my battery in my vehicle.

I bought a car battery online. I went in to pick up and while I was in the line, the manager told me "he is over there" without greeting me. I went to the next person and told him I needed to pick up my online purchase and an install. He processed my order and walked away. When I asked for an install I was told they can't do it because I didn't buy it there. When I told them I purchased it through them online, the manager told me it didn't matter. They finally agreed to install it but the manager told me it was an exception this one time. After the install, I went back in for my core fee and got attitude about that. They had a bad attitude the moment I walked in and were not friendly.
I worked 36 straight hours and finally got off only to find my car battery dead. After a jump at my workplace I drove directly to AutoZone where Simara B greeted me at the door, brought up my account, and had me driving away with a new battery installed and a big smile in less than 15 minutes. Every time I come I always find what I’m looking for. The staff is always very helpful here and I truly appreciate how I never leave feeling like I have unanswered questions. Highly recommend South Pasadena AutoZone!

Today (7/28) I had a remarkable experience with Erin a wonderful employee at AutoZone. She was respectful, kind and really knew her job. It has always been my experience that parts store employees will break their neck to answer the phone before taking care of someone waiting in line. She treated me like I was the most important person in Florida. Her work ethic is rare these days.
I had a wonder young man Martin E - at Auto Zone who greatly helped me with my back up light.
He gave 110% of his time to assist me with not only the purchase, but he installed them too. It is great to see our younger generation go the extra mile to help an older woman who lives alone.

Stopped by the AutoZone in South Pasadena today during my mold remediation runs, and it’s a solid spot. Needed some wiper blades and cleaner, everything was in stock and easy to find. The place is neat, the staff was professional and quick to assist, and I was out the door in no time. AutoZone’s dependable for keeping my work rig ready.

I experienced superb customer service this morning when Akim helped me with a new battery. He not only replaced the battery, which was not easy to access, he also cleaned the extreme corrosion that had accumulated. Akim was professional and conscientious and knowledgeable.
