What clients say about Wall Springs Park in Palm Harbor (FL)

Beautiful place, nice boardwalk, observation tower and walking trails. A lot of fish in the water and all kinds of birds. Clean bathroom, and plenty of parking. Small butterfly garden and nice playground. Plenty of picnic tables and pavilions to hide from the sun, and water fountains with drinking water. Place is dog friendly but dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk, or observation tower so you're pretty limited to where you can go.

We utilized this park as a Sag stop on the Coast to Coast bicycle ride. It is a beautiful park that appears to be well maintained. It has a beautiful spring and clean restrooms

Been going to this park for years. Super amazing park definitely a top choice for north county. Don’t sleep on the extension of the park, either. Great nature trails and paved path to water’s edge.

Love this place. They have a monster of a viewing tower. This thing is incredible, it has a ramp all the way to the top. Whoever planned and got approval for the building of the tower, my hats off to you sir or ma'am.

This park was so beautiful!!! There is a beautiful path that’s wheelchair accessible (including the observation tower!) and you see a variety of environments from swamps to the bay to palm/pine forests! Definitely an awesome park to stroll!!

I was told to go here years ago and forgot what the place was called. Finally found it and I am stunned at how scenicly accessible this entire place appears to be. The observation tower is a treasure and you're not far from the coast. One of the best Pinellas parks I've found.

Excellent place to walk your dog, and let the kids run around. There is a playground. Nice place for a short cruise on the bicycle.

A peaceful, scenic park with a beautiful natural spring. Enjoy boardwalks, nature trails, an observation tower with Gulf views and plenty of wildlife. The spring is no longer for swimming, but it’s a stunning spot to view and photograph.

Great place to come see a lot of fish. We love the watch tower, it offers amazing views of the gulf and park. The playground is nice but geared more for older children to explore. My little one is still to small & only really likes to swing, there is only 1 squeaky baby swing. There is also a pretty awesome butterfly garden at the front. Of coarse the spring is really great as well.

Beautifully maintained area, impeccably clean, detailed and just lovely for a stroll, bike ride and simply being in gorgeous surrounding. Great rest stop as well if you are biking the Pinellas trail.

It's very nice here, with fresh air. My children enjoy it very much. They have a lot of fun playing here. The clean bathroom, environment also makes you feel very safe. I strongly recommend bringing your children here to play.

What an unexpected surprise! What a beautifully well kept park. Nice playground with an ample amount of clean restrooms. Paved or natural trails that wind around plenty of water views but you never felt lost. Artistically crafted custom benches scattered around the trails. A lookout tower that has a handicap ramp all the way to the top and it looked like another tower in the near distance. Used by many but still not crowded. You can access the Pinellas trail right outside the park too—bonus!

Nice park to visit and has nice nature views. Came here early in the morning for a walk and it’s very quiet. Plenty of parking space, enjoyed the view at the observation deck! It’s a very large park.

What an amazing park! Such a perfect place for families, there is so much to do! Tons of trails, beautiful views and boardwalks, the observation tower, little free library to give and take books, tons of nature like the butterfly garden, two playgrounds, tons of shelter and picnic tables, and even the benches are a work of art and you can tell this park is heavily maintained by the county to preserve its history of Old Florida! Great place for birthday parties, walking your dogs, there’s wheelchair accessibility so even people in wheelchairs can go up to the observation tower and see the views. Our kids loved it here, as did we, we played on the playgrounds, donated some books, walked on the trails, looked at the nature and art. It’s truly one of the nicest parks I’ve ever been too and I’m so surprised I just discovered it today after living here as long as I have! There’s also plenty of parking and public restrooms and water fountains, all that stuff! Definitely recommend it for people of all ages!

Wall Springs Park was a really nice public park in a nice area. There was a sense of feeling safe at this park. There were a number of families there just relaxing and having a nice time. All the kids seemed to be really enjoying themselves. We were there to celebrate Juss's 5th birthday. He had a sonic themed celebration, and he really had a blast with his friends. I would definitely visit this park again.

This is a wonderful slice of old Florida. Lots of cycling and walking trails, and it’s close to the Pinellas Trail. There are several covered pavilions and nice playgrounds. The circular spring head is interesting to see although none of the area is swimmable anymore. Lots of great displays explaining the history of what the property used to be like and how it changed hands over the years. The observation tower is really interesting, with an inclined boardwalk that zigzags back-and-forth and offers a beautiful view of the water and wildlife. And then there are the really interesting benches, made of what looks like old fence, shaped into fish etc. What interesting artwork! The County does a wonderful job maintaining this.

Very nice park with paved walking trails. Gets a little swampy, but we live in the swamp. People going around the park have been very nice in my experiences thus far and the facilities are nicely managed, even the ones way in the back!! Plenty of shade to walk through if you have a furry friend who likes to do all of the sniffing! Bug spray is recommended and don't be surprised when you see wildlife, this is Florida and I hope you got the memo before visiting/moving here.

Stopped on on our way back to Kissimmee. This is a cool park with a nice boardwalk that takes you to a really cool overlook. I thought it was nice that it was stairs or ramp, so it's handicap accessible. There's lots of wildlife here too, from the fish in the old pool to Frigatebirds that might fly over, which was a really cool sight.

Beautiful park and an awesome place for a large family picnic. Great trails for observing wildlife. We actually encountered 2 black racer snakes on our walk, and my grandson was just as happy as he could be (he loves reptiles), but memaw, not so much.

Top of our list for Florida parks this year! Tons of wildlife to view. Natural spring with a variety of aquatic wildlife as well. The observation tower was handicap accessible and there's a paved boardwalk with multiple piers. The paved trails aren't too long and we walked them a couple times. We didn't see any butterflies in the butterfly garden, but the flowers were beautiful.

I believe out of all the parks that I walk Wall springs is my favorite. It's a beautiful park. They have a beautiful tower. As you can see from my photos it's got the option of taking stairs or ramps. It has a small little butterfly garden near the children's park that is located in the front. You can bring your dogs here. Family have birthday parties. They always keep it clean. They just redid some of the boardwalk so it looks really nice. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone. Also, the Pinellas trail is right there, so if you want to take a bike ride, a longer walk or whatever it is that you do, it's great for that too.

I love walking the trails at Wall Springs Park. From my 1st visit in 2007 I knew I would be back and needed to live nearby. This park is pretty big with everything from bike trails (Pinellas Trail) to a playground, with pavilions and bathrooms. You can take your pets on leash but there is no swimming or fishing. I enjoy the boardwalk and watching all the wildlife. The squirrels are very friendly. It's pretty awesome how they smile and just let you photograph them. When visiting I recommend a couple of hours to see every area. Sunsets are beautiful too!

This park is very nice for family and friends who can enjoy some quality time in hiking, biking, skating and play area for kids. View from the tower is spectacular. Shelters are present just check the parking is available nearby or not as some of them are bit far to the parking area but those shelters are in the woods you would like it. You would be seeing some fish, crabs the water area. Free parking at the park.
