Very pleased with the excellent help from JR in turning our much loved Volvo. It was quick and painless. JR took the time to check and double check for the best price plus he helped with several other details making it a completely positive and pleasant experience. I heartily recommend Pick Your part Largo and JR.

I bought many parts on many occasions and the deal has always been 9 out of 10 Thank you

Customer service was polite and quick. The yard is well labeled and organized, accurate on vehicle location and online inventory. The parts prices are well labeled on the printout given and are very reasonable. They offer warranty/core return on some parts ( I bought an alternator). Will definitely return as needed! Thank You

For those who do your own work on vehicles, this is a good location for pulling parts. They also buy your vehicle if you are ready to let her go.

JR and Abe are awesome. Great help every time I stop by. Will continue to come here for parts.

We drove over an hour to get the part off the car. The website offered the list of parts available. No one answered the phone to confirm there was availability. Not even a refund for the three dollars. Basically you’re tough luck.

Thank you to Jennifer for the amazing customer service, and Nate for making my transaction very quickly and smooth.

Found the exact part and color that I needed for my car online and then went to the shop. It’s a $3 entrance fee and they will pull up the info for you (if you didn’t go online) and give you a map showing you exactly where the vehicle is. They also have the pull service available for $10 if you’re not mechanically inclined. Highly recommend this place if you need a less expensive option for a replacement car part - particularly for older vehicles.

Since the company got taken over by new management everything went downhill. I just got denied to return a $1000 part. Their own drivers say they don't like working there. Your sales person tells you one thing, and than the manager calls telling you something else. They send you a part that doesn't fit 4 days after original ETA. Spare yourself time, money and frustration and pick a different junkyard.

Overcharging customers. They charge extra for warranty without saying or asking anything MAKE SURE CHECK RECEIPT BEFORE PAYING. Even charged me warranty on lug nuts lol . Also charging for core, and "environmental fee" now as well, besides the 3$ entrance fee. so if you go buy 34$ worth of parts, end up paying 55$.... Not same as it used to be before.... Cheaper and easier to buy online now.

There is a man named Larry (JR) who charged me for my car part and was very rude to me. He didn't want to help me. He was super racist, impatient and rude. The worst customer service is offered in this yard

This salvage yard has been there since I was a child, I got here in 1965 and they were already established. They are all very nice people very helpful, and it only cost $3 to enter, that covers you for the entire day. This is a great place to save a ton of money?

I ask for a price at checkin, when I go to checkout they charge me more and then charge you extra for a 90 warranty. Another person had a similar issue. One of the vehicle I was looking for was not in the row they posted on there site. The younger cashier act like she wants to fight.

I went in yesterday I believe it was Randy was so helpful I could not get part off but the fee for them to pull it off was very reasonable and a 90 day warranty I do recommend if you need a hard to find part checking here he even offered me a bottle of water! Worth the drive

I like the fact you can enter and reenter for the one-time fee. The parts are abundant. The folks are courteous, knowledgeable. The waiting time to get in is quicker than you'd think

Went in to pick up a part that goes for $35.00 online for my daughter’s car. Passenger taillight. Had to go out and pull the part, walk back to check out and asked the guy behind the counter how much. He tells us $55.00. I immediately tell my daughter, let’s order it online, she says we’re here and we have the part ready to install. Poor girl paid the $55 bill and walked out. Right before that the guy behind the counter says hey these come with a 90 warranty. I’m like, how the heck does a brake light break? Has no moving parts. We left and went home to install it. While I’m installing it, I ask to see the receipt. The part was $29.99, plus $9.00 for a 90 day warranty and $6.53 for a wiring harness and warranty for that was $1.96 to give us a total of $60.00. What a rip off, sneaking a 90 day warranty without asking the customer if they need or want it. Then charging her twice for warranties because of the 6” socket wires. Won’t happen again. If you are pulling your part, make sure you tell them you don’t want that warranty on that part. Unless of course it is something you might need a warranty on. Also it’s not a flat warranty, I think. It fluctuates based on the value of the items you are buying. If I’m looking for used parts again, I will drive farther to a different junkyard that doesn’t sneak useless warranties onto my bill. Also it was $3 per person to just walk in and pull the part. That is 3 Times what the wagon wheel flea market charged to park. Overall, just a HUGE money grab. I do not recommend this business to anymore. 9/20/24 Response to owner comment: The cashier should have asked if we wanted to spend more money on a non mechanical, no moving part warranty. It’s not the customers job to look for signs “all over”. How hard is it to ask your customer, would you like to add a warranty to these items? I asked him before he rung it up, how much is the part. I was given the price with the warranty, never any other amount. In this current economy, your customers are paying more than ever for groceries and fuel and other necessities. Maybe make it clear to each customer the real price of the part they pulled to save money on, that you won’t add the extra warranty. Money is tight, that’s why we went to a junkyard to save money.

Good morning eBay. The seller doesn’t want to refund of the shipping cost. 527162275 The frame is broken and has no way of being fixed. Actually is as damaged as the one I have to replace. I can’t understand why I have to loose $225 because of your mistake. Please refund $225 as it was seller’s fault. Please kindly help me to get my money back. Thank you.

Horrible experience. I don't go to junk yards ever and hope to god I never have to again. My elderly Aunt needed a rim and tire for her car. I was trying to make sure they had it before I wasted time going there. NO way to call them and talk to a person. When I get there, ALL of the workers were very rude and unhappy. Especially the old lady with the cane. They just told me to go out and find the car with row # and space#. The Latin girl asked me if i needed a 4-way. I said, what is a 4-way, she just rolled her eyes and didn't answer me. After paying my admission fee of $3 just to enter, she picked up the 4-way and handed it to me. I said I guess that is a 4-way, "laughing", with no response. I asked where the row # is that they told me to go to and the old lady just pointed out the door and said go to your left. None of them could walk over to the door and point me in right direction and I was only 1 in there. There was 4 of them standing there. But they all made sure to tell me I had 15 minutes because it was 415 and they close at 430. After walking all over to find the row, come to find out it straight in front of the door to the back. Then it gets better. i come back in to pay and their card reader isn't connecting for the transaction, so they move me to next register. On my way home I get notification from my bank about the recent charges and they charged me twice.. What a nightmare experience. NEVER AGAIN.

Called twice and got a recording that ask me to leave my number and someone would text back shortly. I never heard from them but started getting several spam calls. That could be a coincidence but it seems tóo much of a coincidence. From what I've read in other reviews it's just as well that they never got back to me.

Price gouging. Overcharging. cheaper to buy new parts. Even showed the price of new parts compared to their prices multiple times and their reply was "OH Well" Poor character in employees. Ripping people off and they know it. The place shouldn't even be in business.....will be reporting to better Business bureau with proof of price gouging.

This a great place for recycling used auto parts. I've been able to find everything that I've needed when I've gone there. Especially if you have older vehicles 10 to 20 years old and you just want to keep them on the road.

This location used to be great. Unfortunately, not anymore. If you come here, odds are the part will be missing or broken even though you check their website and called beforehand. Just to have the guy at the front desk tell you. He can order from a different location for 3 times the price. They have No one that monitors the yard. I watched another customer break a perfectly good door panel in half And another customer cutting out a dash with a sawsall.

The LKQ pick your part yards used to be great places to buy used parts. The parts prices were reasonable and you got a free 30 day warranty on parts. That's all changed in the past year. The prices on many parts have doubled or tripled and now you have to pay for a warranty on a part that may or may not work when you get it home. On many items , they've raised their prices so high that you might as well just buy NEW parts online for practically the same price. I've been a customer of these junkyards for over 20 years and it's sad what they've become now.

I arrived at noon to search for a used part for my vehicle. There were a lot of customers but there was still plenty of parking available. When I came in the door, I was quickly greeted by friendly staff. I mentioned what I was looking for, and that I had never been there before. Staff member briefly and clearly explained the process of entering the yard, and finding parts. The entire yard was mapped out clearly, and easy to navigate. I had a small container with a few tools, that was briefly inspected on my way in, and on my way out, which is customary. Admission to the yard was $3 and is good for the entire day, with proof of payment at entry. At my request, the staff gladly gave me a price for the part that I was searching for, before I went in the yard. Overall, the staff was friendly, the yard was organized, and salvage cars were parked neatly in rows, that were easy to navigate and access. To be well prepared, you can even look at their website, and see what cars they have in the yard that might be compatible with your search. I found this feature to be very useful. I would gladly go to this business again.

Looked on their website before heading over. Vehicle was in the exact spot as posted.Plenty of wheelbarrows and dollies to use available. Pulled all the parts I needed with relative ease and saved myself over $500. Worth the drive from Lakeland

Staff was helpful and professional, drastically better customer service than the Clearwater location. Got all the parts I needed for both of my cars for a fraction of the normal price. The vehicle selection is not great but it’s decent…& you can set alerts on their website for when the makes and models saved in your account come in. I recommend this spot for sure!

Extremely disappointed with LKQ and their new return policy. Be smart with your money and buy used elsewhere. Between all their fees most of their stuff cost less anywhere else. They do not inventory or test anything in their yard. Nothing you buy here comes with a standard guarantee so if you waste your time pulling a part and what you purchase ends up being faulty they will not exchange or return it unless you spend about 30% more and buy their 90 warranty. At that point you’re better off just buying your part from a reputable salvage yard that pulls the part for you and gives you a standard 30 day warranty. They sell used batteries for about $50 when you can literally pick up a brand new one at Walmart for about the same. Be smart with your time and money and use the same device your reading this review from to order your parts online or browse pricing. Car-part.com is good for that.
