Spoke to Josh who's was very. Kept on adding additional charges and increased the cost of the headlight I requested from $50 to 375. Will never call them again
Had no issues talking to them the first 2 times about a roof rack crossbars. they told me the item was in great shape and that they had to get it from another store or warehouse, and it would be ready to pick up in a few days, no problem there at all. Paid for it and was told that it would be ready do pickup the beginning of the following week.
The problem started when they said that would be ready, no one answered any of the several calls I made, left voicemails and got no returns, even sent a text message to the number that the sent me for a payment link.
Still no response.
Professional, polite, and very helpful!! Honestly, I am surprised by how clean and organized the storefront is. As a female that is not sure of automotive things, I am usually hesitant but they were so respectful and informative that I felt relieved and comfortable.
I have been selling parts and buying parts for the better part of my life , and I have to say that Brandon is simply one of the best! Honest and has a ton of knowledge , I'm confident every time I order am I am never disappointed. Don't believe me....call him and find out!

Visiting from Ohio, and needed a wheel to replace mine, which had cracked. The gentleman at the counter looked at the photo I had on my phone and got a replacement wheel in a matter of minutes! I was on my way less than 15 minutes after I arrived. I highly recommend these folks!!

the worst i ever had in my life, i bought a transmission for a work van and that part never worked, even though the seller said it was new, and that it had a three year warranty, i paid 2,220.00 for a piece of junk and I spent another 1,700.00 with a mechanic, the result of 06/07/23 until today I am at a loss, not counting the days that the vehicle is stopped waiting for a solution, This part in question was replaced by the first Mechanic who did the installation. I don't think you are being correct
As a driver of an older car, I had to search EBay Parts for a speedometer that is no longer manufactured. I completed the purchase at Clearwater Recycling. After they pulled the part they found damage and promptly notified me with their offer to cancel the sale. In this day and age, that kind of honesty and transparency is often hard to find. Although I now have no purchases with them, their integrity was worth the time to post a 5 star review.
Great customer service and excellent prices. I had a quote of over a $1400. to replace a side rear window. Got one here that looked like new for $187. FANTASTIC
I agree with previous comment. Their customer service is horrible. They got the order wrong. When it came time to return the items, it had been approaching a week and still no refund. To light a fire under his behind I said issue the refund today or I will be do a chargeback claim by the end of the day. He wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence. Trying to use words that shouldn’t have been used in the context he was attempting to use them in. I asked him to define one of the words he was using and he dug his hole even deeper. Long story short, if they can’t even use English correctly and it seems like its their native tongue, then how should you expect to your order to be correct. Every level of the transaction was executed poorly.
Spoke with Brandon who was kind, courteous, and helped me find the auto glass I was Looking for. Credit card payment was easy and an overall great experience. Will be using them again in the future.

Needed to order a replacement radio for my truck. Jess the parts employee worked with me to get the right unit. It did take a while to find and get the right part as my truck had a bunch of radio options. He was able to get me the right one. Price was great, better than searching ebay motors. Would highly recommend.
Was looking for a replacement Driver power seat for my Tundra for a little while now. Car-parts.com showed CAR as having one In inventory. So I reached out with questions. Brandon Carver responded and was more than accommodating with my questions and concerns. The seat I was ordering was not cheap by any means, and buying something based on just some pictures from the website that were taken god knows how long ago makese a bit uneasy. Brandon assured me that all would go well and I would not get stuck with something that I would regret.
Took 2 days for the seat to arrive from the location it was at which in my opinion was amazing. They didn't charge anything additional for shipping, which everyone else I found wanted an arm and a leg for.
Seat arrived and I couldn't be happier. Communication was spot on, and I was not disappointed with the seat when I picked it up.

Excellent service and communication. He was able to decipher my description of the piece I needed for my vehicle so we could order the correct one. Patient while I double checked exactly what I needed and reviewed the image sent of the missing piece for confirmation. :-)
Will give 3 stars only because they had good customer service and didn't give me a hard time returning the damaged part. Because of the hassle of ending up with a bent rim that is worse than the one I was replacing and the price seemed a little high I am not giving 5 stars. The old adage of "buyer beware" definitely applies here. Don't go in with the assumption that I did that they check the quality of the parts. They don't.
These guys are great to work with. What they don't have on hand they can get in a couple days. All the parts I have purchased have been of good quality and removed properly, ready to install. No greasy junk here. Employees are knowlegable and professional. The best place in this area for used parts at resonable rates.

My constant email barrages to Lane certainly didn't detract from him responding to each of them in a timely manner. Being stationed here in Germany, and needing a new transmission, I expected this process to be a much more complicated one. With Lane's quick action each time I needed something, he made this entire ordeal fast and simple. He made a clear effort to ensure that the part I was getting was not only correct, but also that it would ship as quickly as possible. I really do appreciate the effort that all the personnel here took in this regard and highly, HIGHLY recommend them for any of your car needs.
Update: My husband and I went back and had to return an item that was GOOD because we didn't need it. These guys are AWESOME! They are fair and helpful. Thanks Guys!

Great customer service! Dan was very knowledgeable and professional. He didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman which I've experienced before at other auto parts stores. He was respectful and went out of his way to find my wheels. Definitely five plus stars!
Would NOT USE THEM.ordered a transmission from them had it installed and was broken from the beginning hard shifts shift slipping and just a waste of time and money tried to contact them did so the first time they were suppose to call me back that day they didn't. called them again almost a week later same result, talked to them about return policy and possible labor coverage even though their website says under warranties that all transmission are guaranteed at time of purchase the manager acted like he didn't what i was talking about so basically i wasted 850$ in labor alone to have what i thought was a working transmission installed that wasn't the case then he told me that none of their used parts are guaranteed which is not what it says under there own policy, don't waste your time and money with people that don't support there own website, follow up the response is A LIE! the email said the one thing i MIGHT be able to assist you with is another transmission if you still need one never ONCE did they offer it at no cost or was EVER said until i made this review and so i suggest you read your emails a little more carefully before saying i declined all of that because it was NEVER OFFERED why would i get another transmission from the same company that didnt stand by the first one
Definitely recommend doing business with this facility! Working in the role I do, I depend upon businesses like these to provide reliable parts for guests who are not fortunate enough to be able to afford the new options. I have first hand experience seeing how their manager, Justin, treats situations that are out of his control, but still goes above and beyond to remedy whatever situation is thrown at him to the best of his ability. I don't believe you can ask for better than that.
