Mike answered when I called and he was absolutely wonderful! He got back to me with a quote and a time within mins, and was hooking up my car 40 minutes after that. I was dropping my son off at University of Tampa for the new semester from Baltimore MD. My truck broke down on a Sunday evening and I was supposed to drive home Tuesday. Mike from "Right in Time Towing" helped save my trip! I called several places and they where either closed or wanted to charge an outrageous amount because it was Sunday evening. Luckily I called RITT and Mike was able to get my truck to a local mechanic that evening and put my keys in the drop box. He was a real professional!!!

I called Right in time towing for an emergency tow due to my van breaking down. They were friendly, honest, reasonably priced and responsive throughout the whole process. The truck was at my location on St Pete beach in less than 30 minutes, which is exceptional if you have ever had to wait for a tow truck. Highly recommend them.

I am so thankful for Mike, I called with a dead battery issues and he came right away. Helped answer my questions and even came with me to auto zone to make sure I didn’t stall out or have any issues getting there. Superb help, will highly recommend, and incredibly thankful.

Bait and switch with their prices. We called for a tow and was quoted $150. They dropped off the car at the shop and because payment was not made that exact moment they impounded our car and forced us to pay $200 fee to get it out. I run several businesses and was on a flight with no cell service. These people will strong arm you and make you feel like the bad guy. I have filed a complaint with the state

Awesome end to a crappy break down. Right In Time Towing came super fast, loaded up my truck and dropped me to my house, then brought the truck right to the garage of my choice. So just to be honest, these guys do not have the best “super friendly phone voice”, but they are super friendly, and they do an excellent job. I needed an 8‘ x 10‘ shed moved and we got it scheduled and micheal and his guys showed up on time and did a pro job. Everything I had questions about; whether we needed to avoid an overhanging wire, if tree limbs were too short etc, they had already assessed all of those issues and had a plan of action to address them. They got the shed moved across down to my new place in a quick efficient manner.
