I was dropping my son off at University of Tampa for the new semester from Baltimore MD. My truck broke down on a Sunday evening and I was supposed to drive home Tuesday. Mike from "Right in Time Towing" helped save my trip! I called several places and they where either closed or wanted to charge an outrageous amount because it was Sunday evening. Luckily I called RITT and Mike was able to get my truck to a local mechanic that evening and put my keys in the drop box. He was a real professional!!!

Bait and switch with their prices. We called for a tow and was quoted $150. They dropped off the car at the shop and because payment was not made that exact moment they impounded our car and forced us to pay $200 fee to get it out.

Awesome end to a crappy break down. Right In Time Towing came super fast, loaded up my truck and dropped me to my house, then brought the truck right to the garage of my choice. This place is sketchy. They employ people with no license no insurance. The repo man Trevor appling that drives for them is unlicensed and using the company vehicle to stab tires on several vehicles. When the owner was contacted he didn't care and got nasty with me. I can only imagine the other sketchy stuff that goes on with this company.
Right in time towing really came through for us! We have needed their services two days in a row for our company vans and their customer service is outstanding. Both times they were here within the hour to take the vans to the shop and they were incredibly pleasant to work with. So just to be honest, these guys do not have the best “super friendly phone voice”, but they are super friendly, and they do an excellent job. I needed an 8‘ x 10‘ shed moved and we got it scheduled and micheal and his guys showed up on time and did a pro job. Everything I had questions about; whether we needed to avoid an overhanging wire, if tree limbs were too short etc, they had already assessed all of those issues and had a plan of action to address them. They got the shed moved across down to my new place in a quick efficient manner.
