We returned to our condo for vacation and found that our 2003 Ford F-150 wouldn’t start—the battery was completely dead. We were put in touch with Superior Towing, and they were able to come out within the hour, which was a huge relief.
Kody was the technician who showed up, and he was excellent. He tested the battery, explained why it was no longer holding a proper charge, and made sure the replacement met the correct specifications for our truck. He replaced the battery quickly and professionally.
What really stood out was that he went above and beyond—he checked the air pressure in our tires and found that two of them were extremely low. He had a compressor on his truck and filled them up on the spot so we were safe and ready to enjoy our vacation.

Kody made it to my car within 4 minutes and helped me with my car problem asap. He gave me some pointers and advice on how to fix it properly. There was a rip in my car battery wire and I was in a panic until he arrived and resolved it instantly and gave me directions and places I can go to and that they’d help me no problem.
Service was quick and professional. Had a sudden major leak in my cooling system with red lights flashing telling me to park and turn off the vehicle. Needed to have my SUV towed to my regular service dealer. No problem. The driver/owner told me my SUV uses a custom tow hook to be inserted into the bumper for towing. He told me it would be in the trunk under the trunk floor panel, and wrapped in a sack with other tools. Sure enough, it was. Easy enough. Who knew??? Now I know who to call if I need towing or roadside assistance in the future.
Mike, of SUPERIOR TOWING, is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. AAA had him tow our car yesterday, he came promptly, loaded our car, took it where we requested and unloaded quickly. Best ever!! Highly trained and very nice. Thanks Mike!!
Arranging for the tow went fine. The wait was long but not unexpected due to very snowy weather conditions. The tow driver was polite, amiable and experienced. I was told there would be a balance of $7.28, my obligation. I offered to pay at time of pickup but driver could not give change for a $20.00 or accept a credit card and said I would receive a statement on my phone. I agreed to that. A short time later I received a call from MIKE from Superior Tow, while I was still driving, and in bad weather and traffic, and was reminded that I had not yet paid my $7.28. I told MIKE that I was driving and had not had the opportunity to look at my phone, except to answer his call. He threatened me that if I don't pay my $7.28 ASAP, my vehicle would be impounded. End of conversation. I think MIKE is an absolute JERK and left me with a sour taste after a reasonably pleasant experience.
Gilbert, the driver was so amazing; polite, efficient, helped us diagnose a possible problem for the truck breakdown in the first place and got us to where we needed to go quickly and very pleasantly. A breakdown is not a happy thing, but you have an amazing employee on your staff!!

Phenomenal Service from superior Towing and Driver, Mike Rader! I had an absolutely amazing experience when he came to pick up my disabled 2015 ford expedition. Their driver, Mike was a true professional and a lifesaver. He arrived even sooner than the estimated time and handled the entire situation with incredible care and efficiency. He was so professional, polite, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He even messaged me to let me know my car had made it safely to the auto repair shop. Highly recommend.

On Wednesday October 8, 2025 my accessible van wouldn't start after I had just come from a doctor appointment. I was able to go back in the cool office because of how hot it was. I called Triple A and was dispatched to Superior Towing. Joey, the service tech contacted me within 5 minutes of the original call. He was there within 35 minutes as promised. He showed up with the most heartwarming smile and greetings. Assessed the problem (new battery needed) but because of so many modifications on the van, he checked and rechecked each one individually. He was quick but thorough. Very concerned for my safety and just one of the most respectful and efficient techs I've encountered in what can be very stressful. I truly believe it was Joeys calm nature that kept my stress at bay. As he took care of the problem , he kept the conversation light and upbeat. He waited until I was out of the parking lot before he went on to his next service call. 10 stars for his stellar service

I just received the best customer service ever tonight. A man named Tony was so polite , efficient and helpful. My car had a blow out he let me leave my car there because I had my baby with me. And he asked me where to take it. He even walked Meg brought what to do with my key. Hands down loved his spirit and personality. Hands down great customer service.
Huge shoutout to Conrad Charles Espina Horn from AAA! He absolutely saved the day for me today. After pulling into Dick’s Sporting Goods and finding my tire losing air fast from a metal shard my tire picked up in the parking lot, Conrad came to the rescue. He showed up quickly, was extremely professional, and had my spare tire on in no time.
What really stood out was how calm, kind, and reassuring he was during a stressful situation. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure I was safe and ready to get back on the road. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, but Conrad did just that.

I had a phenomenal experience with Dan today. He arrived quickly (under 30 mins), checked my battery and quoted me for several reasonable options for replacement. My experience with OnlyDan from AAA was exceptional. My battery was dead needed a jump and needed air in tires. I am a snowbird so consequently my car does not get started sometimes for several months. Dan, with patience and kindness explained what I could do going froward to avoid a dead battery when I return. And if that weren’t enough the battery in my FOB was also dead. He showed me how to get the battery out to replace it and also how to start the car with the FOB until I replaced the battery. He made what was a terrible day into a pleasant one. He was professional, courteous and most importantly very kind to me.
Candidly speaking, I always expect AAA to take at least an hour or more to show up, but Ken arrived within 15 minutes—if not less! He helped me tremendously today when I was at a very low point. Ken was professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole experience. He made everything so quick that I even had enough time to reset before work— time I definitely did not expect to get today.
