On Wednesday October 8, 2025 my accessible van wouldn't start after I had just come from a doctor appointment. I was able to go back in the cool office because of how hot it was. I called Triple A and was dispatched to Superior Towing. Joey, the service tech contacted me within 5 minutes of the original call. He was there within 35 minutes as promised. He showed up with the most heartwarming smile and greetings. Assessed the problem (new battery needed) but because of so many modifications on the van, he checked and rechecked each one individually. He was quick but thorough. Very concerned for my safety and just one of the most respectful and efficient techs I've encountered in what can be very stressful. I truly believe it was Joeys calm nature that kept my stress at bay. As he took care of the problem , he kept the conversation light and upbeat. He waited until I was out of the parking lot before he went on to his next service call. 10 stars for his stellar service
This driver was punctual and my truck was in a tight spot and he told me I didnt have to move it and took great care in insuring the tires were strapped and was very professional. Id recommend him anytime, hard worker with great communication.
Chris was so helpful and kind. I was very upset about my vehicle, but he went the extra mile to help me out. So nice to deal with people who are kind and caring.

I just received the best customer service ever tonight. A man named Tony was so polite , efficient and helpful. My car had a blow out he let me leave my car there because I had my baby with me. And he asked me where to take it. He even walked Meg brought what to do with my key. Hands down loved his spirit and personality. Hands down great customer service.
Had a great experience the driver John G was extremely helpful as my car was broken down at a busy intersection and AAA made an error in scheduling he was able to shuffle stops around to get our car to a garage safely.

Huge shoutout to Conrad Charles Espina Horn from AAA! He absolutely saved the day for me today. After pulling into Dick’s Sporting Goods and finding my tire losing air fast from a metal shard my tire picked up in the parking lot, Conrad came to the rescue. He showed up quickly, was extremely professional, and had my spare tire on in no time.
What really stood out was how calm, kind, and reassuring he was during a stressful situation. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure I was safe and ready to get back on the road. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, but Conrad did just that.
AAA is lucky to have him, and I’m beyond grateful for his help today!

I had a phenomenal experience with Dan today. He arrived quickly (under 30 mins), checked my battery and quoted me for several reasonable options for replacement. I opted for him to replace my battery and he completed the job very quickly and efficiently. Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well. I’m 100% satisfied with my service today. Tow companies are local businesses we call when (if you're anything like me....) we're stressed out to the max. Ken was kind, honest, informative, and a good communicator. The best part? -- All of those things combined made me feel safer than I ever have felt while riding in a tow truck. Did I mention Superior Towing & Recovery has a partnership with AAA? Couldn’t be more happy with the way I was treated, Steve really took his time answering all my questions and making sure everything was done correctly like I asked.
Really says alot about this facility and its work ethic. Fair pricing, so I don’t even have to THINK about credit. Really enjoyed the learning process and really made the service worth it. Left feeling like I got a good deal and actually learned something about my car!
