And like I said before , unprofessional, he’s nothing you described him to be . Why would you try to tow someone’s car if they were getting in it? To get money yup. He didn’t want to have a blank trip with no pay. AGAIN as stated I called and he said one thing about why it was being towed and the company said another. YOU DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY THAT HAS A 1.5 review lol . Such a great company that speaks so much about YOUR COMPANY! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! NOTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY SPEAKS PROFESSIONALISM! Yes they are the worst towing company ever. The white guy with tattoos all over his face is the most nastiest person they have ever. How do you people have such ugly hearts! This company just wants money. That’s it .
The worst tow company ever sketchy people they like to pick on young people Not a good family business and when you called to complain, they hang up on you do not use these people I would use Clearwater Towing
These people towed my 17 years old daughter’s car for parking over the parking line. It was parked and towed from our apartment complex where she parks every day for the past 6 months. When I called they said towed due to an uneven parking. Such a fraud!
I came home one day and somebody was in my parking spot I called kotakis towing and they were on the job immediately they did their job fast and efficient you can't ask for more better service from people like that

Car was towed from Clearwater beach. When I went to go pick up at 10:30PM there was no one at the office. I called 2 times and someone told me that the guy should be back in 15 min giving me all the attitude. Also when I called to find out where my car was I was told they are open 24/7. Why are you holding my vehicle hostage? Terrible service hole in the wall. Deserved 0 stars. Almost called the cops on them. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Not sure how they even got a business license
quite literally the worst company i’ve ever had to deal with, EXTREMELY unprofessional. They towed my car, and ended up popping my tire then wouldn’t even consider taking responsibility called multiple times to which a lady just hung up, then they proceeded to ignore every single call. I sent them emails and explained the situation to which they responded as pictured. Claiming my tire was popped prior to them towing it, which just isn’t true. absolute p.o.s at Kotakis! <3
On November 24, my truck was picked up by Ray, a tow operator. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of his passenger. She made unwarranted and demeaning comments about my wife's income, baselessly claiming we were "poor" without knowing anything about us. She also boasted about her own vehicle, a 2024 pickup truck, in an attempt to assert superiority.
Additionally, her behavior was offensive toward other residents in the community, who were understandably upset by the tow truck driver's reckless speeding through the neighborhood. The female passenger further aggravated the situation with her disrespectful and unprofessional comments.
When I raised these concerns with the manager, Jose M. Rivera Jr, I was met with defensiveness and dismissiveness. Instead of addressing the situation, he dismissed my concerns as people being "mean" and even made unfounded allegations, such as claiming a resident tried to get into the tow truck—something that never happened. To my dismay, the manager ultimately hung up on me and refused to address the unprofessional conduct of his staff.
Adding to the frustration, the company has not provided me with a bill of lading or any proper communication, despite having conducted business with them. This lack of professionalism from both the manager and his team is concerning, and I question why any property management company would choose this service to represent them.
