0 stars, my car was improperly fixed onto flatbed truck and it flew off the second the driver hit the brakes causing the front end to come off, and doesn’t have the professionalism to have it fixed. Rude owner, shady, will ghost you if he can.
I wouldn’t trust this company to touch another car.
Should be a negative star. Terrible company called them to pick up a jeep and they didn’t secure it to the flatbed. When they pulled up to my house it rolled off the truck crashing down to the ground damaging all of the suspension and bumpers. Told us at them time they will fix the car and make things right and now they won’t even answer the phone or acknowledge my existence. Use any other towing company. This company is the definition of trash service and will hire anyone that will show up. Stay far away from them.

I've been using Evelyn's Towing for probably 12-15 years now. I own & operate a tree service, so you can imagine we have had to tow a lot of vehicles over the years. They've always been reliable, dependable, and extremely timely on Towing our vehicles. Their pricing is more than fair. Highly recommend
I was referred to Eveland's by my repair facility to have my truck towed in for a no start issue. After completing the repair they advised me that my truck was now showing a abs/stabitrac issue. After further investigation they determined the tow truck driver ripped out the speed control wire by not using his wheel straps correctly. After talking several times with the owner of Eveland's she assured me that she would talk with the driver and get back with me. After over a week with no replies to several emails she has gone silent. I am now in the process of filing in small claims court to recover my $300. I highly advise you to find a towing company that properly trains their drivers and more importantly takes responsibility for her employees mistakes!!
Had to get a tow from Tampa to largo. Michael and Kaitlyn picked me up and they were awesome! If I ever need a tow I hope it’s them that come grab me again
Michael and Kaitlyn did an excellent job of delivering my 40 foot RV trailer. Excellent service cheerfully performed. Will call on them again in the future.
Not sure where you get your drivers from.. Driving wreck less on US-19 and endangering other drivers without any recog speaks highly of this company. Driver almost ran 3 cars off the road, including myself but speeding/passing on the outside shoulder of the left lane. Then continues driving at high speed through traffic, like the flat bed wrecker was a damn race car; cutting off multiple vehicles along the way. Local law enforcement was notified and hopefully this jack wagon was either ticketed or fired. Way to go in maintaining , integrity, safety and professionalism for your business.
The most rude as a tow truck driver, trying to pick a fight when someone just asked him to move his truck.Cannot believe he's allowed outside with people. I know , hiring is hard , you could do better than Dennis. Furthermore when I called to complain, the dispatcher was unconcerned and unapologetic. Don't waste your time or money.
April 25th 2024 at 2:22p.m. whoever your driver is that is going north on US 19, they got on us 19 just now from 49th street, they should not be driving. They are all over the place honking at people following super close while laying on the horn. Dangerous driver. I don't care if you're a tow truck, you're going to cause an accident. I just watched them behind a car that said student driver laying on their horn. Can't imagine anyone trusting this company to tow their vehicles.
Crazy, erratic driving from a truck with this company's logo on it. The driver tried to push me out of my lane with his vehicle. Apparently, he needed more than one. When he didn't get his way, he threw a water bottle at me. One star is being generous. Absolutely pathetic behavior!
Stole my girlfriends car not once, twice, three times or even four times but five and not once was a good reason provided not that there is a good reason to steal someone's car. but I got it back every time. This is harassment at this point and I'll be filing a report for a restraining order on that fat freak that has the crush on my girlfriend and won't stop taking her car just for attention. Why not just be a good person ? Why make me have to be assertive ?
Fast, courteous driver. Office staff was friendly and answered questions when I called. Great price. Looked after my car quickly and safely. Will definitely call again if I need help.
Just saw one of their drivers throw a big foam soda cub out their window into the neighborhood road. 35th St. N. just south of 22nd Ave. Oct. 19th around 11:20am. Really inappropriate. Please let the driver know.
On the road driving the speed limit. I was harassed and honked at heavily by the driver of this tow company. On 275 in Tampa and on the Bridge to St. Pete. Whoever you were honking at me The NERVE of you!!! I drive for safety. Either leave on time or drive properly.
My neighbor used this company... Well needless to say he must have been having a bad day cus he decided to park in front of all the cars to block us in... I was sitting in my car trying to leave when he pulled up me being courteous let him pull in I never in my wildest dreams thought that he would block me in.. there's 2 open lots and your going to choose to park in front of the driveway... Obviously your not think right ...now imagine him having to load your car on that truck and drive down the road... I'd be willing to bet he does not care and would break your vehicle
Had a great experience with a gentleman who was able to get a ladies car that was partially hanging off of our loading dock at work. He was sympathetic and extremely careful with getting her car out with minimal to no damage. When he did he made sure everything was working before her driving off. This guy deserves a raise! I wish I could remember his name.

Darren is amazing. He picked my car up when it first broke down and took it to the shop. When I broke down today an hour after getting my car back from the shop, he popped the hood and was able to tell me why the car broke down again. Hate the circumstances, but super grateful to have met a nice, genuine person, and have a little piece of mind about how much longer my car is going to be at the shop. I hope I don’t have to tow this car again any time soon, but if I do, I’m certainly calling this place. Thank you Darren!!

I found that from the initial call and estimate, to the updates, and the drivers experience with my kind of problem, Eveland was the perfect business to handle my job. Honestly, I was worried initially because the job was a time sensitive matter. The driver was awesome and I appreciate all the hard work he put in today to get my truck back on the road and my daughter safe. I called this company when my daughter was broken down late one night on the side of US 19 and I must say these guys were there quick and very professional. I’m so happy they got my daughters car to safety and were very friendly and accommodating that late at night it definitely help her feel better about being broke down on the side of the road alone we will be using them in the future!
Had an accident when my trailer let go of my RV. Nick responded in less than 15 minutes with the right truck and was awesome. Saved my trailer and motorcycle from damage. Helped me position and secure the motorcycle. It was his day off. Highly recommend.

It's apparent from browsing the reviews for this company that "it's impossible to please everyone". My experience with Devin & John today was pleasant and stress free and their prices are more than fair. When I need the help they provide, they will be my first call!
Eveland's is easily my favorite and most used towing company in the Bay Area. Always does their best to get it done efficiently and in a timely manner. Have had some hiccups in the past with employees, but who hasn't? They have since corrected it and the family puts their hearts into the work, and it shows! Definitely recommended if you want the job done right. If you want to support local businesses and your community, call them and they’ll get the job done right for you at a competitive price.
