Jeff was top notch. Back in Sept, I had my pride and joy towed round trip from Tampa to Clearwater. Flawless process with plenty care. Wouldn't trust my baby to be touched by anyone else. Have hired CTS multiple times in the past - they're pros when it comes to handling high-end vehicles, especially sports cars that are very low to the ground. Jeff, I'm still waiting to see my car on the website gallery! :)
I live on Drew and Highland where there was a 3 car accident the tow driver I found out is MIKE C. was so thorough and kind even tho I bugged him a couple of times he was still nice. Oh and the clean up was perfect.... Nothing left behind.... having been here for over 25 yrs I have seen many towing companies here and always feel good when I see it is CTS because they do clean up well.
They went out of their way to help me out and we're professional the whole time. Everyone from the owner, to the mechanics, to the front desk. They all are good people. Highly recommend
CTS towing was excellent start to finish. The driver took extra care with my class a motorhome. The billing process was fast and easy. And the price was actually less than I expected!!! Thank you!!
My car was damaged by their driver when the driver was backing out of my driveway and failed to tell us. I did notice the damage when I picked up my car and driveway lights were broken. So we reviewed the recording on our outdoor camera to see the driver doing the damage.. I first called the dispatch service, URGENTLY, to make a claim as they told us that was the protocol. Urgently was useless and dragged their feet for two months. Despite overwhelming video evidence they denied the claim. I decided to email Clearwater towing all of the video and correspondence with Urgently. Once they reviewed the video and saw the overwhelming evidence, they called me to apologize for the damage the driver had done, for their driver did not informing us, and for the company Urgently giving us the run around. CTS took charge and had my car repaired within two weeks and paid for the landscaping damage. They called me multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. People make mistakes, and CTS took responsibility for it. Too many times companies don't do this
I know that a lot of the time, a towing company can represent an awful situation. But, I dealt with several members of the team yesterday in regards to retrieving my car, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was relatable, kind, and courteous. In a world where expected positive customer support is becoming less of the norm, the team stood out. I spoke with Edwin, and Brendan on the phone. Both were wonderful to deal with. Process was easy. These people were human. It was nice to feel that way. Thanks to the team!
Jeff Donaldson is the man! I needed my car towed due to a lost key fob and I needed to get back to Orlando from Clearwater so I was going to have my Porsche towed to the Clearwater dealership and then Uber all the way back to Orlando but instead Jeff offered to tow it back to Orlando with me riding shotgun! Incredible service!
Extremely disappointed in towing company. Not only did they sell us a bike that stopped working but they also quoted us a tow charge then changed the amount once we got to location. Tried working with them to get something back, even if we take a bigger loss but they refuse. Avery's response was that we are not taking accountability for something sold "as is", yet when we spoke to Mike earlier he said he would see if he could help us out. In a world when times are tough and people are unkind, it's sad that a company is not willing to work a little with us. My suggestion was to take the bike back and only give us towing charge back. That would be a solution that everyone could work with. They could resell bike (when they get it working) and we get back a small amount.

Mike C was wonderful to work with. I was in a situation where my car was stuck and I was panicked. Mikey was calm and cool, took his time and got my car out safely and slowly. Our truck broke down on the side of the the road and we needed to get it back to our house. Jaime was dispatched with a flatbed to our vehicle and he did an amazing job. In my opinion he treated our 20 year old work truck way better than I would have. He even placed it perfectly in the driveway. Thanks Jaime, we appreciated your professionalism very much! The car I was driving was completely died on 19N, at 1 in the afternoon at the corner of Alderman in the fast lane. Mike C. IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL! HE RESCUED ME, LITERALLY! I suffer from PTSD, and was having a panic attack when Mike showed up promptly. Not only was he professional, but he was caring. He calmed me down all the way to the dealership. I have AAA, and am considering canceling, because this towing company was there promptly, efficiently and made me feel safe. Never a good feeling when you're stranded. I was short on time and Mike at CTS was very responsive and accommodating. He helped me get my vehicle out of TPA parking structure on onto his flatbed and to the dealership for repair. A true professional!!!
Fast and professional. I had the misfortune of having my car's parking brakes jam and not release. The car was parked in a garage with low clearance too. From call to tow, everything was arranged just within an hour. Thanks to Jim and Gary for getting it all done.

Notice the boat NOSED IN TO THE FENCE....need to spin it 180 degrees on GRAVEL just to load it into a trailer. Absolutely disrespectful to peoples property.
It’s important to note before I write this review that I am a massive car guy, extremely particular maybe borderline obsessive with my car. I’ve only used CTS towing since living here in Tampa & I can say without a doubt they are one of the best companies i’ve ever dealt with. My Audi has a massive amount of aftermarket modifications on it, it’s extremely low & all around difficult to deal with. Mike S came yesterday to tow it almost 90 min away & he took care of my car the way I would hope anyone would. He did an exceptional job, was very careful & caring, but also just an all around great guy to work with. Highly recommend these guys for any exotics or highly modified cars, they’ll definitely take great care of you.
I had my car towed here after an accident. The young man who helped me get all my belongings out of my car was super nice. He didn’t even mind when I left my cell phone in my wrecked car and had to drive me all the way back out to my wrecked car to get it. He was on crutches to boot. I wish I could remember his name. He was great!
The other night I had my car impounded by CPD , and CTS took the tow. After a very difficult night the last thing I wanted to do was deal with a shady towing company who might have damaged my project car. They were the complete opposite- very professional, and straight with me and the car was stowed in a spacious, clean lot. The car was undamaged and in clean shape. I want to thank them for being so decent in an industry that can often prove otherwise.
Christian my tow driver was my savior that day. His calm manner de-escalated my craziness. Very professional with myself and the dealership where I was towed. Would definitely recommend using them. Thanks again Christian you're the best!
After waiting 5 hours for road side assistance from Avis car rental, we gave up and found CTS on Google. We called and they said it would take around 39 minutes to get there, well the driver, I think his name was Jese in truck 92 showed up in 20 minutes and had us on our way in 30 minutes. He was very nice and saved our vacation!
CTS came out to hump and tow my modelS after it had run out of charge. The technician was helpful and did everything efficiently and with great care. He explained what he was doing and got me to a charging station. He even waited there a few extra minutes to make sure it was working. What a great experience getting my car towed. Never thought I would utter those words.
I Had to get a 40 foot shipping container moved from Orange City to Zephyrhills. I called/ contacted on line several companies. It started to seem like it was going to be a problem meeting a deadline. I called CTS and spoke to Bernadette all I got from her was "No Problem" It was quick and painless with a reasonable price too.
That was not the best part of it! Rick the driver contacted me and kept me up to date at each step of the move. His skill as a driver is unmatched. The area he had to work with was limited and not level dirt/sand. He wheeled it into place after repositioning the axels several times to keep traction and keep the tires touching the ground. He was totally methodical, precise and quick as well. I am buying at least 4 more containers and moving them is not a concern anymore. Thanx Burnadette, Rick and CTS!!!!!

Fast professional service.. I called 3 different tow companies to get a 25,000lb man-lift unstuck.. Joe's was the worst quoted me $450/hr and told me I could probably find someone cheaper.. CTS arrived at the scheduled time pulled me out like it wasn't nothing and charged the price I was quoted on the phone.. will definitely be calling them first next time.. THANKS CTS TOWING

Had accident 1 day ago. Tina helped me get to my car to get my fiancee and I things. She also facilitated paperwork so that my insurance company could take possession of what was left of my car. I was in so much pain but Tina was so patient as we got our possession out the car while avoiding all the broken glass and ripped off passenger doors... Epitamy of "calm compassion" Miss Tina was!
