If I could give a half star I would ; terrible tow truck driver doesn’t care about bumpers ; imagine having him tow your hellcat and he cracks your front bumper insane work from a person you’re supposed to be able to “trust” with your car
A car hit my vehicle on highway and was totally smashed from back, I called them and they came really fast just in 10 minutes and I was able to take my car home back at 2 am

Highly recommend this towing service, I made an appointment to have my car towed at 7 am. Alex was at my house 20 minutes early and he was very skilled at what he does. I had no doubts that my car would be taken care of properly and it was.
Great experience using this tow company. Caught two flats around midnight and no other tow company was available to come out and help. Alex arrived quicker than expected, was careful loading my car up, and made the whole process easy and straightforward.
I called AAA for a tow to my mechanic (thinking it was the starter). Nick was the person that showed. He first wanted to check the battery to make sure it wasn't the started. It was the battery. My vehicle was parked at sleep inn hotel on a Friday, returning on a Wednesday. Of course, when I returned it wouldn’t start. I used the 24 hr tow service. Alex responded after dark, was efficient and competent and communicative. Much appreciated.
I highly recommend This company! I had a late-night emergency and was very hesitant on calling a tow truck this late. I was please to find out they were incredibly friendly, understanding, and efficient from the very first call. Within two minutes, I got a call from the driver, Alex, letting me know he had been dispatched and that he’d arrive in 20 minutes. He showed up exactly on time, was extremely helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. Alex took the time to carefully assess the situation and make sure my vehicle was hooked up properly. I was so impressed with the service that I wanted to take the time to share this review. Outstanding company!
Excellent experience, good coordination through the phone, I didn’t even need to be there for the pick up, and they were sending me photos updating me with the towing. Very good experience overall, quick, easy and helpful; all you need from a towing company!
THE BEST TOW COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! My friends truck (F250) was in the depths of HELL and they pulled it out - it took no time at all from the crazy depths that he pulled it out from (which is crazy cause Florida has elevation?!?) but wow hire them!! Coolest people ever!!!

These guys are great.. helped me when no one was available. I couldn't get my car started and needed a tow to my mechanic and Towing411 helped me when I needed it. I recommend them if you need a tow.
Dude charged me 175 to take my toolbox off a uhaul and put it on the ground right next to it which is highway robbery, never have I been charged that much for a few minutes worth of work, not to mention that it was poor work on top of it. He grabbed one of my ratchet straps I had in the truck to help secure the box(Which I said was fine, but if youre gonna charge like a premium service you should have your own stuff together) while moving the truck, then as he releases my strap he lets the ratchet mechanism swing into my box scratching it. He was careless and way over charged, Dont recommend. If youre gonna charge like a premium service the service needs to be top tier with no damage and also the costs need to be up front. (A service like this would be expected to be between 50 and 100$). Go elsewhere.
My car would not start after work and Towing411 was available immediately to transport it safely to the dealership for inspection. I was so worried because the car wouldn't even lock and was parked in a public parking lot. Amazing customer service and super fast response time. Awful people and threatening and Jose is just a complete monster. They actually tow peoples cars on their own property. They will be getting a letter from an attorney very soon I am not making a mistake it is where I where I went.. so I guess some one was lying about there name...I do have photos
Nothing but good things to say about this company. Used them multiple times and each time they are quick to respond and reasonably priced. Roy (owner) is very professional and honest. Jeffrey was our tow truck driver and he was quick, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Jeff freeman was literally a life saver in a awkward situation. I was at the Publix dump and had to jump through hoops to have my truck and trailer towed out. He made it happen, helped me deal with customer service at the city dump, dude is a pleasure and a pro. And service on the phone when I was explaining my situation was pleasant and professional as well. I will always call CTS first.
