Service was quick, the men were kind and very knowledgeable. Their prices were unbeatable, too. I was very shocked by the customer service this guy's had, since most places like this are a bit rough around the edges. I'd gladly make the hour drive to do business here again! Highly highly recommend!

After spending hours searching for a part that was discontinued for my car and had no luck, i decided to give Central Florida Auto Salvage a call to see if they were able to help, Bryan was able to verify he had the part and called me back in 15 minutes letting me know he can have it out the parts car the same day, shipped it and it was delivered the next day to me. Call Bryan before messing around with any other salvage yard or used parts dealer. I know because I’ve dealt with all the other ones, and no one else comes close to the level of knowledge, professionalism, customer service, and personal attention as Bryan and the people at Central Florida.
I’ve been struggling to find a particular part for my truck. The part I need is small and not something that is routinely pulled and placed in inventory. In other words, it requires someone to actually get up and go look at a vehicle.
I’ve called and/or emailed yards from British Columbia to Arkansas and everywhere in between—places that, I know for a fact, have my exact truck out in their yard; some have several, just sitting right there. I could not get a single person to look for this part or help in any way (even though I was offering to pay for the extra work/time).
I called Bryan at Central Florida Auto Salvage. Even though they didn’t have the truck or part I was looking for, I was trying every lot in the area in the hope that someone might have a lead on this part.
Bryan has been the absolute best. This guy went above and beyond to help me out. Although didn’t have this particular part in stock, Bryan helped me figure where and how to locate it.

The first time I came in, I was sold an alternator that happened to test bad at AutoZone. Upon bringing it back in, I was told the only *real* way to see if the part worked was to put it in the car, (which would also void the possibility of a refund.) When I said I didn't feel comfortable paying the $200+ at the mechanic to replace it with a possibly bad part, the employee was clearly annoyed and told me he could exchange it. Gladly, the exchanged part works, but it was a very unprofessional environment.
Found the part I needed on their website, it was noted that it was still on the vehicle and to give them 24 hours to remove. Ordered and paid online. They called me the next day to say it was ready, pickup took less than 30 seconds. Couldn't have been easier.
Noticed they had my review deleted .

It’s a simple review:
Call them and get a quote for a part, write the number down then drive there and see how much they charge you.
I was charged 3x more for a part once I was at the counter , the duo was arguing at the counter with each other to determine how much they wanted to charge for the part .
Highly recommend LKQ locations across the Tampa Bay Area as an alternative
They don’t make their prices a secret it’s all publicly posted .
They sold to me a damaged part, when I came back to get a good one they didn’t have it in stock, so they charged me and took 25% of the sale. I pay $588.00 and they gave me 441.37. I lost they gained $147.00
I called this guy there about a PT cruiser in a Dodge caliber and he was very nice and polite and calm and didn’t bark at me. I just wanted to say thank you very much too bad I couldn’t get a part from you. It was only $35! I know paying $115 somewhere else. Plus shipping that sucks but hey it was good chatting with you.
Needed a hard to find part for an older car. Within a few hours, they had it removed from the donor car and ready for me to pick up. Tough to beat that quick of service. Prices were very fair.
The guys there are great, I have older truck and can't afford new parts and now I won't go anywhere else but central Florida auto salvage. They pull the part for you which is worth it itself and the prices are the best !!! I recommend them to everyone I know
Worst and most rude place to go to ! Very poor when it comes to just helping someone in general. Wanted to see if I could match one bolt but to lazy to take one bolt free instead said your going to have to pay for it even if it’s not right.. that’s terrible service!!!
these guys are Super Great. I was looking for a Porsche front bumper and driver fender, I saw they had one on there website . i called them on the phone, both of the guys I talked too were very polite and up and beyond helping me out. told them I would be coming from Jacksonville to pick them. everything was ready when I got there and the Prices were great. they didn't jack up the price just because the parts started with the letter "P". thanks again guys, will do business again if they have any more Porsche parts that i might need
The owner is nice and helpful as hell even when everyone on lunch he still went back and got our part basically had us in and out in good time waited longer for the tow truck then the part I needed
Staff was helpful and friendly and had the part we needed. Drove an hour to get there well worth it. Hoping not to need anything more for a while but if we do this will be our first call.
Never had a issue with these guys till today call asked for a alternator said they had a few option drive all the way from dade city get there and tells me it's still on the car and they can't get it off before they close which is in 30 min so I'd have to wait till Monday really disappointed been using them back when it was a u pull it yard never had a problem till today
Only place in florida withing a hundred miles of me that had the parts for my 3000 gt. Guys are a lil rough in the customer satisfaction category but in this buisness I'd likely stick at that too. Even with that 5 stars for just having the parts I need at very reasonable prices
Today was my first time visiting Central Florida Auto Salvage. The staff are professional and courteous. You know a salvage yard will be "hit or miss" , so I will rate them 5 stars on their service! I did get the main part I was looking for, which is a bonus :-)
I have done business with Central Florida A/S for over 20 years. This is a great place to buy used auto parts. I have never had an issue with these guys. You can buy from these guys with complete confidence
I bought a 350 motor they said was a good running motor when pulled but the cam is bad its also has 4 bent rods. I'm rebuilding the motor because I went a different route needed something cheaper on gas so now I have a project truck to build.
I went to get a part, but after talking to them in person, they advised it may be another issue. Instead of them selling me a part that wouldn't have fixed my issue, he suggested what the problem probably is & advised me to have something else checked first. Thank you. Customer service above sales is a show of great integrity.
The customer service is the best I have ever experienced… I did not have to call around for all the parts I needed, they had it all, and as I mentioned the service was the best I have ever experienced… They have earned my business for ever, and I would strongly recommend them….
