On Saturday Aug 2nd I was driving home from shopping and my car overheated. I tried to get home by stopping when the thermostat went to H, but I couldn't make it home. I ended up with a dead battery, my windows were down because I couldn't use the AC and the battery was so dead it wouldn't roll the windows up! I called Stepps Towing and they said they would pick it up and deliver it to my repair shop and I could leave it where it was. In my conversation with Kyle, a very nice guy, I forgot to ask if he could manage to roll the windows up for me. When I finally remembered I called him back. There was a charge for doing that and I said ok because of the rain we've had. When he checked with the driver he had ALREADY taken care of the windows on my car! I'm so impressed with the way this company and its employees go that extra mile to treat my vehicle like it's there own! I'm a local Zephyrhills resident and I will never call any other towing service when I need one. Thank you so much. What great guys

Great experience with Stepps, they answered the call and were on site to pickup our car in under 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable for a flat bed pickup to Sam’s club for new tires! Give them a call if you need to move anything! :-)
After watching how these guys drive, I am not sure I would entrust them with my vehicle. Drivers are unprofessional and rude at best, but also show signs of dangerous driving. Do research before asking this company to recover your vehicle.
Unreliable. Attendant leaves without any notice, three people have been sat outside for upwards of 20 minutes. If you have options, get your car towed by anyone else.
Our camper rolled over while my husband was driving. Jr from stepps ones our first person of contact after the state troopers and he help us so much. He informed us every step of the way what was being done...as we lived in the camper... he gave us so much support and kindness in one of our scariest days of our lives. Thank you. Yes we called this company to tow our vehicle. The guy told my sister that it would take 45 minutes to and hour and their driver would be to our location. Waited for an hour and 15 minutes for them and called the company back. First let me say they did not even give us the courtesy to call and let us know that it was going yo be longer. We'll when I called them they said it was going to be another hour to an hour and a half before they could get to us. Needless to say it is almost 100 degrees out and we had already waited for them for an hour and 15 minutes without even a courtesy call. I do not recommend this company. I know I won't call them for any kind of service.
I suppose my car made it to where it needed to be, but the driver didn't strap down my tires, only pulled it up with the chains and put it in park. Then after dropping my car off in the street, I was given no assistance to push it out of the road into a parking spot. Just dropped the car and left. This car has had issues in the past and I've needed to get it towed multiple times, and this was definetly my worst experience, thanks.
Yoheddy did an amazing job for us! Came out to to us very quickly, was professional, and very informative. Hopefully we won’t need their service again, but if we do, we will definitely be coming back to Stepp’s!

They told me it would be an hour to come change my tire for 130 dollars because I didn't have a jack with me, After waiting for 1 hour the driver drove past me so I called them and they told me it would be another hour... I wouldn't believe anything they say

I don't know if your driver is stupid? impatient or both… but I don't suggest Pulling out and cutting off everybody on Shady Hills road from peace boulevard At six am With a vehicle on your flat bed. Good way To cause an accident. Especially since right After he cut me off his light turned green
If you need to get tow right away i would recommend asking for Brian, he is fast, efficient, and reliable. Took him 10 seconds to get into my tight gate and less than 5 mins to get my huge truck on the tower. He was the second tower that came, the first guy didn’t even attempt but Brian came and did it without hesitation. 10/10 would get a towing service done again if needed but with Brian. Don’t forget to TIP him.
Needed an early morning tow on a Saturday and called several places with no answer. Stepp’s answered and said it could take 45 minutes and I would get a message when the truck was on his way. Got a message within 10 minutes which I was pleased to get so fast. The gentleman was very professional and got me to the auto dealership right away. We had a great conversation on the way also. Very happy with the service and pricing was very good also. Less then I expected. Will definitely call them again if needed.

PS. They take cash and don't keep change. So call ahead to learn what you need and bring exact change.
I was in desperate need of a tow. The staff at Stepp's Towing were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The tow truck driver was awesome. He definitely knew his way around that big tow truck.
If I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling Stepp's, and I highly recommend Stepp's Towing if you're ever in need.
Really great service. I had scheduled a tow to the dealership for the next day. I received a text confirming the pick up time. The next morning I received a message that the driver was on the way. He took care to not damage my vehicle . Very personable guy too.
Very dissatisfied. Had a 10:30 appt. to have vehicle picked up, time got to be 11:45 and still no show. Called company, off on another call, be there in 35 min. Waited another 45 min, still not there. Called again and was told they would be there in roughly 15 min. Finally showed up around 2 p.m. Driver fixed vehicle in parking lot and didn't need a tow. My gratitude to the driver for finally getting me on my way.
Lisa with (billing department)is very rude, unprofessional also she like the grinch who stole christmas. Never spoke to any one like her, sounds very unhappy. Lori (billing department) she a nice lady to speak to. I left a mess for Tod Stepps the ower never got a call back yet. Eric at the lot is awesome.
Had my car towed saturday morning called to get it was told it was $174.00 but if i waited till monday it would be $154.00 because they charge more because they was closed weekends.went to get it on monday and they charged by the day and said they dont know who was dispatching and charged $209.25 . how do you not know who works for you and answer your phones. They dont care and you need your car so they care less about helping are keeping their word.
Hands down, the fastest tow guys and gals in town. My classic was picked up in extreme prompt fashion. Mike, the extremely professional driver had me to my shop in no time for repairs. Thanks Mike from the San Antonio location. I will no longer accept a tow through Geico unless they're coming from Stepp's.
Had the "unfortunate" pleasure of having Anthony come to tow our CR-V for the recall issue. Anthony showed up early, was professional, friendly, and had a great personality. Based on this experience would not hesitate to use Stepp's in the future.
If you need a tow or in my case get pulled out of a mudhole at 3 am on a sunday don't waste your time on anyone else. I had 2 other towing company's come and try to pull me but was a no go after several hours wasted. These guys listened to me when I said I need a big truck. Oh man they brought out the big rig and pulled me out within 30 min. Very professional and super nice staff. Great job guys I can't thank you enough.
