First of all you never showed up so it is impossible you towed my vehicle. If you did tow me please display my receipt (you won't) because it never happened. Pretty pathetic all around. Never call this company.
car broke down in a walmart parking lot, had to have the tow guy come mid-day on a monday. as you can imagine the situation was less then desirable. dylan was very quick with getting the car loaded and professional with handling people who were upset about the truck being in the middle of the lane (this was the only option for getting the car loaded). with it also being the cheapest option in my area, i will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a tow.
813 Towing is amazing! BIG shout out to the driver- Robbie Maltry! Car ended up having difficulties on the side of I-75 and they sent someone out immediately and the driver was in contact the entire time. They got my car home and it decided to seize up completely and not do a darn thing and Robbie was an absolute champ helping get the car down. Wonderfully priced and excellent costumer service! Will definitely use again if I ever need to!
Insurance company's roadside service entrance ramp. dropped the ball and left me stranded on the Overpass at 3:30 am. 813 towing showed up in less than 30 minutes and got my hubby and I home. Thank you ourcdriver was professional and our blessing.
Was told would be 1-2hrs before he could come out...no problem. After 2hrs with no update, I called "So sorry I forgot about your pick up, I will be there in 25mins." An hr later...still sitting here. It's been 3.5hrs since our first interaction and now they won't answer the phone or texts. Very unprofessional as its know 3am and we are still sitting on the side of the road. If you don't want the job, just say so! (This company is the same as 813 towing when you call.)

Absolutely unprofessional! My 18 year old son’s car was towed while making a delivery at 2 pm on a Monday. He was parked behind the customers driveway/car. Left him walking and cost 200.00 to take out!! This situation is unbelievable, called them and we’re rude as hell! Please explain to me why would anyone tow a car making a delivery?? Money Hungry. We are investigating with HOA and sheriffs department they will go down!! Camera footage was given from numerous neighbors.
Owner states they don’t do that type of towing? So is that why my son paid 200.00 and did not get a receipt? What company does not give a receipt for payment. Even more of a reason to investigate. But we have camera footage as our proof.

He did troubleshooting on our battery terminals on the spot, and figured it out, that it was just a poor connection issue with painted terminals.
He took the terminal apart and improved the connection so our battery would work until we got the terminal replaced.
They saved us a trip to the dealership, and the cost of having the dealership repair it for us.
I highly recommend Able Safeway Towing Service, and will use them again in the future when needed.

My experience with them was refreshing cause they were super friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed cause they had another car to go tow. The old school hand shake and courtesy they gave was all I needed to know that I would call them or recommend them to anyone at anytime!!! I guarantee that the next time I need a tow or any of there other services they would be the first and only people I would call!! They were very reasonable and did a great job on short notice! I would definitely recommend them over the 4 other places in Wesley Chapel I called. None of whom seemed interested in helping me out.
They scheduled and appointment to remove a boat from my property. Then they never showed up and when I called they said that they couldn’t tow boats. You shouldn’t have made the appointment. Maybe train your guys better and the wouldn’t have scheduled to pick up the boat if you don’t pick up boats. The new it was a junk boat when they scheduled the appointment. The sheriffs department instructed me to call a tow company because the boat was abandoned on my property, that’s why I called, If you don’t tow junk or abandoned boats then why would you say someone was coming out today to do it. I left work early because someone said they were coming to tow it and instead of someone calling me back to say you weren’t coming, I had to call to see where you were just so you can tell me that your not going to show up.
This TOWING Service was superb. A Japanese family friend's car broke down in a remote location on Hwy 301 tonight. The Tow driver, Kris, was fantastic. He was professional, on time and very understanding. He made several key recommendations for repair shops, etc. He was truly great. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this towing service to anyone in need. Kris came out at the time he said he's going to be there. Very quick, professional, and honest. We actually talked for a little while. My problem was a quick wrench and it literally was less than ten minutes. Will be calling him again for future services.

Chris helped me when I was in a tight spot he picked up my motorcycle and took it to the mechanic. He was very fast and friendly and I didn't even have to ride with him, he took it for me and I got picked up by my dad and was able to spend time with family knowing my bike was safely delivered to my mechanic.
Price was reasonable, and Kris got my son home safely with his disabled vehicle. While he was disconnecting the car, we realized it seemed to be in neutral, even though it said it was in park. So Kris diagnosed the issue immediately! It was just a loose connection under the gear shifter! Now the vehicle is home, my son his home, and the car is fixed! We thought it might be the starter or battery.

Great service. Great price. Great Product. Usually you pick two, however with Able Safeway you get all three. I purchased towing services from them for my car which was stranded on a back country road. They were prompt and the price was much cheaper than anyone else. The level of customer service from them was great. No one wants to have to use a tow truck, but the next time I break down I'm calling Able Safeway.
UPDATE 3/3/18: My car broke down again last night, and once again I called Able Safeway for a tow. Still the same great customer service, price, and product. If I could leave another five star review I would. I can't speak highly enough of Able Safeway. Great company to deal with. If you need a tow, call them. You won't regret it.
After call AAA and getting the round from Touch of Class towing. Two different drivers said that they could not tow my RAM 1500 truck. Called Chris and he was at my place within 10 minutes, was friendly and quick.
It was in the middle of the last night, i was on my way home from work, it was past midnight, this has to be the most frustrating of things to want to go home and relax and my car got stuck in the mud in the flooding that this rain has caused. I went on to search for a towing company and not many answered, but this company did and the estimated time and eagerness to help would be the reason I would recommend and use them always, everyone wants an easy job in a trying time, but Kris G made the sacrifice to winch out my car in the tiresome rain and muddy flood puddles and all throughout the time of his arrival made sure and gave me his distance and time in accuracy to make sure the job was done.
