I'm not exaggerating when I say this company was the most PLEASANT experience I have ever had with a tow company. I called for assistance at about 8:40 am and my vehicle was hooked up and on its way to the shop of my choice before 9am. They're reasonably priced (under $100 for my specific situation) Customer service over the phone was easy and helpful and my tow tech was friendly and got me from A to B with zero issues. I am not sure if I am alone in this feeling of longing to be treated fairly and not just a casualty for using some xyz service. When I find a company that cares past the point of charge I tend to use them for repeated business as finding honest companies is a ever increasing sport not for the faint of heart.
I recently purchased a h2 hummer and needed it towed to a auto mechanic I came across thier number via a Google search. I called reasonable rate to get my vehicle towed from A to B great. They guy showed up in less than 30 minutes was happy and was ready to help me out. He knew the business I was taking my vehicle to and has provided towing to them lots. I felt really happy with my first tow with them. Since then I have used them around 5 more times and each interaction is better than the last.
Today not only did they back my vehicle into the spot the way I had it after taking it off thier rig.but they also transported and unloaded and put into my garage 4 37 inch tires and helped me unload my heavy step sides out of my truck I am blown away. I will be using this company into the future. And will continue to recommend thier services to friends and family in the years to come.
I had a great experience with this towing company! I shopped around and most quotes were anywhere from $112 up to $250, but they gave me a fair price of $100. They picked up my vehicle within an hour, kept good communication the whole way, and made sure to place it exactly where I wanted at the drop-off. The guys who helped were super nice and friendly. A treated it like normal business as I setup a pickup when available. She was honest about prior schedule but will ensure a time lay approach. LESS than an hour.. We recently needed Johnny On The Spot Towing’s help twice in one week. First, a tow to a mechanic for a vehicle that wouldn’t start; and a couple days after the repair, we were stranded on the highway with the same vehicle. The dispatcher was so kind and made sure we had help. Norman is the best. He crawled under our vehicle, diagnosed the problem and showed us what we needed to do. We then were able to continue our 1200 mile trip home with no other vehicle issues. We are so thankful for Norman’s help. What a nice guy. Called after Stepps towing cancelled call without telling us after we waited 45 minutes. Said next driver would be 2 hrs. Johnny driver came in less than 30 minutes, actually tried to repair and t owed for less than stepps charged. No charge for repair attempt. Great service.

Best service this side of the Mississippi. Kind, courteous, and polite with a extremely professional disposition. All in a timely manner, actually under an hour from the time we called them until our SUV was back on the road. The vehicle was stuck on a culvert at a 55° angle almost tipped over. Between Norman an employee, and the owner Johnny, they devised a plan of how they would remove the vehicle without tipping it over and without further damage. All without any additional charges. I have had many different tow companies for various reasons in my lifetime, but I've never found a company as good as Johnny on the Spot! I can't say enough nice things about this company. I was at the hospital for day surgery. We came out and the car would not start. I called and talked with a very nice lady who seemed quite efficient and reassuring. She said she could have someone there in 20 minutes. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the driver but he arrived and drove right up to the car. Got out a battery pack thinking it was probably a dead battery. Turned out it was a loose wire which he reconnected so we could get on the road. He even took the time to come in the lobby and help me to the car. My son’s car stalled on a highway. We called AAA they dispatched our tow truck request to this company and they were about to call it a day but came over and towed our car to nearest gas station. I sneezed the car to be towed at the dealership. We made a n agreement and Mr. Norman towed the car to the dealership for diagnostics and service. He took great care of the car as promised. We are happy with his company and the tow service.

I had a tire blow out on me in a construction zone late at night. I called this company and he was quick to respond. when he showed up instead just towing my vehicle he asked if I had a spare tire and I did but it was flat. he offered to change the tire out and put the spare on and air it up for me instead of a tow. I mean wow what great customer service, he had me on the road in 15 min. and the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend using this company, if I could give 10 stars I would.
My car broke down late the other night and Johnny was able to tow it for me. It was quick & efficient, and Johnny was super helpful and kind in a stressful situation. To top it off, the tow itself was a very fair price! I would definitely get towing from this company again!
