Atlas was prompt and worked with me to adjust my towing destination. I can’t recall the drivers name…maybe Chris but he was really helpful and patient as that played out.

My Insurance company ordered an Immediate tow for my Bronco. An accident left it immobile on hwy 301. A jump start was more important I sat for 2 hours blocking traffic. Once the truck got there they did great.
Called at 142 pm and was told the driver will be there in 1 hour and 3 hours later I get a call from the driver. In today's times, with all our connected devices this level on incompetence is mind boggling!!!
I had to be towed by Atlas Towing twice, as my Insurance Company ordered the original tow driver& truck to the wrong dealership for repairs.
I had great service from both drivers !
Anytime I have to have towing for business or personal, Atlas has made it so easy to solve my issues, I would highly recommend them if you need towing and they will always be the first company I call
Yesterday was my first experience in a Towing Situation when my car broke down, so I was a bit nervous and didn't know who to call for a tow or what to expect. I am happy that I picked Atlas. The dispatcher was very nice and considerate to my needs and Chris was a great guy and did a wonderful job loading my car. He was kind and made me feel relaxed and safe. We also had a wonderful conversation on the drive to my destination, which was a plus. I will definitely use Atlas again if I am ever in need. Thank you! Have a blessed and safe day!
This Tow. Company was very compassionate and he tried several times to get it unlocked but it wasn’t possible as I needed a locksmith. But wonderful service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Atlas Towing. We attempted to pick up a vehicle that we rightfully own, and we presented multiple forms of valid proof of ownership — including an active insurance card for the vehicle and official Sunbiz records confirming company ownership. Despite this, Atlas Towing denied us access and refused to release the vehicle.
Not only was this unprofessional, but it also goes against Florida statutes that clearly state owners are entitled to retrieve their vehicle upon presenting valid ownership documentation and paying lawful fees. Instead of working with us, the staff made the process unnecessarily difficult, adding stress and wasted time.
A towing company should operate with integrity, respect, and adherence to the law. Unfortunately, Atlas Towing failed to do so in our case. I cannot recommend them and hope others are cautious if they have to deal with this company.
John showed up within 20 mins, did a great job towing my car to my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the great service!
DO NOT RECOMMEND...the drivers are thieves. I was involved in an accident and this company towed my vehicle from the accident scene to THEIR "secured" yard. They then towed my vehicle to the body shop two days later. When I went to my vehicle to get my remaining belongs from it, someone had taken all but $0.18 from the center console. Can I prove who took it? Nope. But I tried to have a calm discussion with the manager (Mike) about have a discussion with his staff to remind them not to take what isn't theirs but Mike flat refused to listen to my request and began screaming at me and hung up. I had maybe $3.00 taken from my vehicle but it isn't about the money...its the principle of it. My insurance carrier has been notified and is taking the appropriate steps on their end to make sure the right people are made aware of this situation.
So if you are forced to use this tow company - do you best to remember to take every red cent from it before they load it up and take away or it will go missing.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company ILLEGALLY towed my vehicle. My apartment complex hired them to tow abandoned, broken-down vehicles and vehicles with expired plates. My apartment complex tagged vehicles on 7/2/25 that were in violation and gave the residents until 7/8/25 to remedy whatever the issue was with their vehicles. I was one of the residents that was issued a warning due to my license plate being expired. Over the weekend, I went and got a new license plate and was given a temporary license plate to put on my vehicle. My car was then legal and no longer in violation with my apartment complex. Yesterday, 7/9/25, I went out to my car to find it nowhere in sight! Atlas Towing illegally towed my vehicle. When I went to my leasing office to explain what had happened and show proof of my receipt and temporary registration, they agreed it never should have been towed. The leasing manager called Atlas Towing and spoke with a woman in their office who, from what I was told, was very rude. She wanted to know why my car had been towed and why the driver didn't notice the temporary plate on my vehicle and that they needed to bring my vehicle back. The woman at Atlas Towing refused to apologize for their mistake and refused to release my vehicle without payment! payment!? Atlas Towing was in the wrong and still wanted payment!! Thankfully, my apartment complex agreed to pay for the release of my vehicle. The leasing manager was nice enough to drive me to go get my vehicle, and when we arrived at Atlas Towing, I asked the woman in the office if they tow cars just for the hell of it. Her response was that they go by the email that was sent to them from my apartment complex, which I understand, but the thing is, my car was legal; their driver never noticed the temporary plate? Not to mention, my vehicle had a completely different plate number on it from what would have been in the email! Atlas Towing should have admitted they were in the wrong, apologized for the driver's mistake, and released my vehicle without charge, but instead, they were greedy and only wanted money. Not a good look for any business, in my opinion.
I had the pleasure of meeting Chad. He assisted me with my vehicle towing. He was on time, friendly, kind, and communicative. He answered all my questions related to the next steps. He even put a smile on my face in such a stressful situation. Lastly, and impressive he kept me updated when he completed the assignment. Stellar Customer Service!! Thank you Chad for your services. Atlas Towing has always been the best. Their dispatch is wonderful at communicating and keeping in touch with text alerts. Drivers have always been great and good at getting here and doing whatever needs to be don’t. I live out in the country and Atlas has been the only reliable AAA Provider!
We were driving home with a boat in tow on I75 when the tire on the trailer blew. We were lucky enough that they were able to help us and get our boat and trailer home with no problems. They were reasonably priced and were able to tow us to the next county over. Would highly recommend this company especially if you are broke down on a major highway.
The guy that picked up our truck was so super nice. He even called to let me know that he had dropped it off in the exact location as I had asked him. He even called the next day to make sure everything was OK on my end, I appreciated that customer service if I ever have to have any of our trucks towed, I will use Atlas towing 100%.
Atlas was called because of my flat tire which my car had been sitting on for a week. The driver was courteous and professional. He loaded my car to the flatbed and me into his truck. He dropped me off at the repair shop. I would recommend him to anyone.
The company was notified to transport our truck by our insurance company, which was disabled; however, when they found out that we were also towing our travel trailer, they coordinated to tow it as well. We just had to pay for the trailer towing and seek reimbursement later.
Mike and TJ were very professional and did all they could to ensure the process was done safely.

If I could put zero I would. The ETA at 1:22p was 60-90 minutes. At 3:03p the revised eta was 30 minutes. At 3:33 the revised time was 22 minutes. I called at 3:58 to get a status and the female who answered apparently was having a bad day. She said what vehicle, I informed her that it was a Chevy Suburban. She responds "the driver had a lock out and is on the way". I said is he handling the lock out right now? Her response was I SAID HE'S DOING A LOCK OUT AND IS ON THE WAY!! I'm not sure why she felt the need to take her tone up several octaves but I asked her to calm down, I am trying to establish if the driver is on the way or still working on the lockout. I told her nevermind, I will get another tow company. Now...How is she upset, when I'm the one who has been waiting patiently past every timeline your company has sent me. No person should be talked to with disrespect. Atlas Towing...Your company should be better than this and I hope this particular employee doesn't speak to customers with her unprofessional manner on a regular basis. Get her retrained or move her to a position where she doesn't have to deal with people. She's the worst representation of your company.
They got the job done quick and painless, the price wasn't quite as bad as I was expecting either. I didn't catch the name of the driver, but he was very kind and professional, I appreciate the work!
Long story short. My car broke down on I-75 and unable to get a tow truck, was impounded as abandoned per FHP. The only good to the miserable 12 hours that followed were the kind and competent people who worked at Atlas Towing. I would like to thank Tom the driver of our tow truck. He was very patient and diligent in getting my car towing needs addressed. If I ever need a tow I would give Atlas my business and recommend them to friends.
