Jeff arrived to conduct a tow on what seemed to be a starter system issue on a push button start Honda. He checked the battery and jumped it, when I had tried twice. He saved me a Tow and a dealer visit and I was able to get a battery much cheaper. Thanks!!
A master of the craft. I watched in awe as they extracted a sign from under my vehicle using both a jack and the truck bed, removed the car mine was literally on- and lowered it down so carefully that I could drive my car home. The description doesn't do it justice but the pics are just embarrassing of the mess I got in. Quick intake, showed up quickly on NYE, fair pricing and even reduced initial quote because we drove it home. If you need a tow or extraction - highly recommend
Hah - how does this have 5 stars. Got into a wreck in early November, this was the tow truck company the state trooper called to tow my truck. It was a night time, I was told it was $400 flat, cash only. We were shaken up from the accident so we didn't think about it too much at the time, but we had a 5 mile tow. Seriously? I know for a million percent fact that is not the going rate. And what modern company doesn't have a card reader on them? Just seems like a way to scam the customer to force them to bring it to the yard and pay the fees for that. No one walks around with $400 cash. Didn't even give me a receipt!
My tire blew on Tampa road from debris I called around and was routed to pasco towing, the customer service and pricing was excellent. The tow truck arrived 1 hour after dispatched, wish I got the drivers name he was clean cut and professional. I am very happy with the service I received today and if I am in every need of a tow again I will come back to this company.
Great service. I had accidentally locked my keys inside and was expecting to get a locksmith but when I arrived back, my doors were unlocked with my keys in the ignition ready to go. Another weight lifted off my shoulders. Thank you!
It isn't a good look to be following people 20mph+ over the speed limit, locking your brakes up next to them at a stop light, and then proceeding to try and race/road rage with them up until you pass them while laying on your air horn when they're turning, all in a company marked flat bed tow truck. Idk what your driver's issue is, but please do better.

I was in need of a tow for my boat. I called my insurance company who then contracted through Pasco Towing. I was advised that a tow truck would be onsite with 1 to 2 hours. 8 hours later one finally arrived. Upon arrival the tow truck driver loaded the boat and trailer up onto the flat bed, and then stated that the truck he brought is to small for the job as the trailer overhung the back of the truck more than six feet. I asked if he could call for another truck to come out to which he stated they did not have. When I called my insurance company, I had to verify the height, weight, and length with them over the phone so they knew 100% all of this information up front. Once they arrived to my house they were unable to get the boat and trailer off the truck and ended up dropping the boat and trailer causing the trailer to bend and snap in half. I needed a tow from a bad wheel bearing now the trailer was in two pieces. Immediately the tow truck driver was trying to leave right away stating that he takes no responsibility. I called the main office and they too stated they take no responsibility for what happened and that I would need to go through my insurance. I called for three days attempting to speak to someone above the manager who is Arrigant and rude. IF YOU ACCEPTED THE JOB, YOU LOADED THE TRUCK, AND YOU LEFT THE TOW SITE THEN YOU ACCEPTED THE JOB AND SHOULD ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE JOB. Mind you I have ALL of this on video from the security cameras and they still choose to plead the 5th and not take any responsibility. If you value anything you are having towed, look elsewhere. This company is a bunch of trash.
I would like to take the time out and thank my tow truck driver rich . He came out and saved the day . I tryed to make a u turn in my work truck and ended up almost flipping my work truck . U not only saved my job but u got it out with no problems …. Any people needing help with there vehicles please reach out or pasco towing . They are prompt , courteous and very respectful

Jeff, the technician, went beyond his duty! He was gentle with my car, and when he saw a pool of oil underneath, he went back to his truck and got some absorbing fine gravel, and sprinkled over the oil, it will absorb all the oil, he said, just live it on for 20-30 minutes. Thank you, Jeff.

My wife and I just bought a jeep this past weekend and less than a week later we were going down Sun coast doing 70 and the transmission goes out. I'm not from this area we are just moving here. Anyways Pasco towing answered the call for help. They where very grateful to help us with very reasonable rates. The driver Rick made sure we were comfortable and never treated us as strangers. I pray we never need to be towed again but if we do I can promise that we will call these guys. Oh and the guy who answered the phone thank you for making us feel assured and help was on the way.

Pleasantly surprised! I was so nervous they wouldn’t be able to be my car into neutral, but Rich got the job done quick and for a reasonable price. Very impressed at how fast, polite, and professional he was. Everything went smoothly. That is hard to come by. Awesome work!
I live in NJ, but my parents live in Trinity FL. When their car battery died, I called Pasco Towing to have it towed. Jeff(driver) gave us some options. The best option was to jump start the car and drive it to a nearby Advanced Auto Parts (AAP) to have them install a new battery. Jeff even called AAP to make sure they had the part and were able to do the installation that day.
He was so very helpful, that he not only jump started their car, he had my parents follow him to the shop (to make sure they don’t stall) and provided AAP my contact info.
Jeff was such a pleasure to work with my parents needs! My dad is not well and my mom is his caregiver, so it can be difficult to be there for them, but Jeff was wonderful!!

Quick, reliable, an professional. Helped tow my car from my house in New Port Richey to Ford in Port Richey. Requested a specific tow truck because my car is stuck in drive from a gear shifter failure. An they followed through with that request. All completed within an hour. $150 to do the job, I believe that was a $150 well spent.

They were at the scene as quickly as possible and got the vehicles out of the road. The man was nice and funny trying to lighten up the situation of a collision. It was appreciated at that moment!!
I originally got a competitive estimate from Pasco towing, which I agreed to for a container relocation. Upon arrival, the driver found the container in an odd position and communicated. It would require a bit more time, with a mild price adjustment. I approved and got a call shortly after they were on the way; not as much time or work, so less the fee.
Upon arrival, the driver (Gary) worked with us well to position and drop our delivery where we requested, paying extra attention and consideration to our requests. Definitely went the extra mile and showed off some skill of over 25 years, knowing how to maneuver large equipment in a tight space. Very cool, will hire again.
This evening my car broke down approximately 1:00 a.m. I called and spoke to Bob which is the manager and soon was picked up by Willie their tow truck driver you (by the way is from Cuba working on American citizenship). Willie was extremely nice, hard working and helpful in getting my car to my mechanic and me back home. I feel the Price was reasonable and the service was outstanding! My sincerest appreciation and congratulations on your work ethic.
Took a little longer than dispatcher said but that's understandable. Other than that service was excellent. Driver took care not to run my truck into low hanging branches.

I called pasco towing to tow my car they said they would have a truck out to me in 30 minutes. The driver was there right on time, very nice and quick. I had to have my car towed again later that day to a dealer. Pasco tow went right back and dropped it off to the dealer. Two tows in one day within hours. Exceptional service, and friendly staff. I called Pasco Towing yesterday for a quote to get our car that was sitting at a dealer dead, from SC back to FL. I'm not sure his name I spoke to but he was very nice. He gave me a quote that was very reasonable. We said OK how soon do you think you can get it. He said he can have a driver leave in the morning. Well Gary the driver left super early and made the 8 hour drive to be there when dealer in SC opened. Got our car and came right back. Everyone I spoke to at Pasco Towing was very nice and helpful. If we ever are in need of towing services again we will definitely be calling them. Absolutely above 5 star service all around!! Thanks again
Overall very good experience. Call center was polite and very knowledgeable of the areas. Car was in spring hill and the driver was there before I got there. Impressive. Very polite driver. Great Overall. Will use them whenever we can.
