THIS COMPANY MAKES EMPLOYEES POST REVIEWS TO BOOST THEIR RATING. ON 9/24/2025 A DRIVER ATTACKED ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO MERGE WITH TRAFFIC ON US 19 SOUTHBOUND NEAR MOOG ROAD. AS I ACCELERATED TO MERGE THERE WAS SPACE TO MERGE IN FRONT OF THEIR TOW TRUCK. THE DRIVER ACCELERATED AND TRIED TO RUN ME OFF INTO DIVIDERS THAT WERE IN MY LANE. I GOT IN AND THE DRIVER BEGAN TAILGATING ALL I SAW WAS GRILL IN MY MIRROR. HE THEN LAYED ON THE HORN SCARING ME PUTTING ME INTO A PANIC. I PULLED INTO A WAWA DOWN THE ROAD AT MILE STRETCH AND 19 AND DRIVER CAME INTO PARKING LOT AND ALMOST HIT ME HEAD ON. I HELD THE PHONE UP TO SAY IM CALLING COPS AND HE DROVE OFF. THIS COMPANY DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE ATTACK WITH A CMV AND INTENTIONAL EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND RECKLESS DRIVING WITH A CMV.
Excellent customer service! Communication was perfect and especially Mario.... who was extremely polite and professional. I loved that he called when when the car got dropped off. That's a very good thing. Made me feel very relaxed. Thank you again!!!
Fast service! My friend locked her keys in her grooming truck and Jimmy was on the ball! He had a tight squeeze because of the turtle shell back. He did a fantastic job & was very friendly!
driver on7/8/24 was driving next to me i am on the inside lane he cut into my lane forcing me onto the medium running my tire ,i caught him at light and he was laughing he almost caused a accident his fault and laughing about it this is the drivers they have
Locked my keys in my trunk with no spare last night around 11pm. Jason came fast and used his tools to get my car door open within minutes. Very professional and respectful. Thanks again man!

Had my car moved, it's not for the beginner to do. Tatuns handled the job well, got the car loaded without issue, as another company said they couldn't do so. Driver was understanding and well mannered for the job. Thanks.
No professionalism. Called and asked the price of a 38 mile tow and was told $275 which is different from the last time i towed with them. I kindly asked if the prices increased and to break it down for me and the man got his PANTIES in a bunch and refused service. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR SERVICES. 0/10.
SHOUT OUT to an Amazing human: James S from Tatum's towing responded to my insurance claim regarding battery replacement... my battery checked out 100%OK BUT James CARED and took a closer look when he realized my starter disconnected. Just one click and MY CAR was running. PRICELESS SERVICE
Dustin your tow driver was very helpful in my vehicle towed to his facility because my insurance company left my car in a parking lot for 5 days after my car accident. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. Thank you Dustin you were truly a big help today.
The driver was a full 45 minutes EARLIER than promised. But even better, he was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it. This saved a bundle on mechanic’s fees, and it made my day so much easier. We will definitely use them again. Although, I’m secretly hoping we never have to call them.
I was very impressed with Steve and Action Towing. Steve was very friendly and quick and efficient. He also arrived earlier than the given time frame which was super convenient after our car accident!
Wells Fargo cancelled my card Sat nite because it was hacked for almost $200.00 & said I would get a new one in the mail in 5 days. Tatum's only takes cash or cards which I didn't know. I only had checks.
The tow driver called the boss who was very gracious and agreed to take a check. I understand he has had people give him bad checks in the past, so I appreciate him trusting me and taking my check.
I have always been honest and would never write a check without having the funds available. I WILL be sure he gets
paid ASAP.

My car had a faulty battery and I was in Land O Lakes when I live in Hernando. I needed to get it back to Hernando but I didn’t want to risk my car stopping while on the way. Tatum’s Towing/Action Towing (the same company) arrived at my location in Land O Lakes, picked up my car, and dropped it off at the correct location in Hernando County. The driver and service were professional and the price was excellent. No complaints and I would recommend them.
I called aaa and there was a 3 hr wait to jump start my car. After an hour and dropping temps I used my geico roadside assistance and this place called. The est time was 1 hr. They came in 10 min and no lie had my car started in 3. I have never been so appreciative of such an excellent service. Thank you so much!!
I called them because I ran out of battery. To my surprise, they carry new batteries. After checking the car, the battery was bad so I bought one from them and saved time.
I never been so mad. I had my kids in the car and this company had a “tow driver” with a flat bed and no car on it almost hit me. He road my tail the whole time down 19. He wouldn’t pass me and almost slammed into four times because he was so close when I would try to stop. I wish I could have got his tractor number or a pic of him. Do better before you kill someone

Called them at 8:15 on a Wednesday evening. First they said they would be there by 10:15. At 10:15 got a message now 11:00. Then was told driver was on the way. Then told FHP needed the for crash and driver would be delayed. Driver gets there at 12:15 in the morning. Said not to busy and dispatch said no one was at the car so no hurry? Was told FHP gets priority pn all calls. Not happy at all waiting in 90° Temps for 4 hours late at night being a senior citizen with diabetes.
Best towing service I have ever encountered! Panda was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and treated me so kindly. I left knowing my car is in good hands on its way to the shop!
I will never use this company or recommend it. The driver had to be on drugs or something he should up to the drop off location before picking up the car told me to leave my blinkers on showed up 2 hours late the car battery was dead then tried to say it was my fault even though the genius told me to leave them on and when I was on the phone with him I told him where was the car and everything and if that wasnt bad enough that when he finally left my car at the drop off and tried to blame and have a attitude he left the front of my car on the road. So now I know for the future DONT USE TATUM'S TOWING AT ANY COST
Company was very professional, ACTUALLY answered their phone unlike other 24hr companies in area, and they arrived in a very timely manner. Told me an hour and a half arrived after about 10 mins, and the man towing my vehicle was also very kind and allowed my medium sized dog with me in the cab instead of me having to call someone to come get us.
Really fast. Great customer service! Covered by my insurance but definitly would be the best price if it wasnt. LEVI was great and his truck lookin like a hot gingerbread cookie, Fit to tow santas sleigh!!! Ok ok more of like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree smacked his truck but still festive af! If you find yourself broken down, Call this man stat!!
If there was 6 stars I would rate them a 6. After 3 different companies came out to do a simple lockout on my convertible mercedes and I was told by them that it had to be towed to a locksmith, Tatum was sent out by my insurance company and Joe unlocked my car in under a minute. Multiple "experts" said it can't be done and Joe was in and out in under 5 minutes. If you have a lockout problem just call these guys and ask for Joe.
Opie was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Diagnosed the issue, came up with the solution and had us back on the road within 10 minutes of his arrival. If I could give 10 stars I would. Service like this is hard to come by these days.
I have used Tatum's Towing every since I moved to Hudson in 2003. Not once have they ever let me down. Always fast and friendly at a reasonable price. Great job Tatum's Towing!!!
