I recently had an exceptional experience at Pasco EZ Pull It in Hudson, and I want to share just how impressed I was.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel immediately welcome — and in particular, Angelo at the front desk stood out. I was visiting for the first time, under pressure (a business-owner friend of mine, Mr. Mold, needed a part in a pinch), and Angelo handled everything with professionalism, kindness and genuine care for helping me find exactly what I needed. He didn’t make me feel like “just another customer,” he made me feel like they were invested in solving my problem.
The yard itself: spotlessly clean, well organized for a junkyard/salvage-yard setting. I found the part I needed quickly thanks to the helpful directions and the “let’s get you taken care of” attitude of the staff. It was so refreshing to see such service in a setting where one often expects chaos, mess, confusion, and long hunts for parts. Here, it was smooth, clear, effective.
Because of their responsiveness I was able to get the part for Mr. Mold’s car fast, and that made all the difference. The inventory was solid, the process efficient, and the value excellent (you’re getting used/salvaged parts, so of course there’s savings—but this place made it easy and trustworthy). If you’re in Pasco County and need auto parts, I now consider Pasco EZ Pull It the go-to.

absolutely amazing yard, employees are nice and yard is taken care of. they let you rent golf carts for 15 an hour and have a loaded inventory definitely check it out!

The place was easy to navigate with the cars already up making removal of parts simpler. Awesome girl up front explained the process. Definately will return for other parts.
Too often we deal with poor customer service, forced to give our business to companies that do not treat us with respect. Not the case with Pasco EZ Pull It. My elderly mother unfortunately had an accident in her vehicle which caused a total loss. It was towed to her home not far from Pasco EZ Pull it.
The gentleman in the office, Jorge, was friendly, informative, courteous and respected the situation, as I do not live in Florida and was trying to accomplish getting her car sold to them, and picked up for the yard. Special thank you to Jorge, as well as Ray who was the driver that comforted my mother, and helped her fill out the title as necessary.
I am grateful anytime I interact with professional, kind and courteous people and while I hope to not need to sell a total loss vehicle very often, if ever again, I know who I can trust if the need arrises. This place is great! I was skeptical at first, I thought a typical junk yard, it’s gonna be a hassle to get what I need. To the exact opposite: staff was great, customers get the freedom to pull what they want, and the pricing is not bad at all. Finally a salvage yard in the area that is actually resourceful.
Jorge Was very helpful, extremely nice and made selling my car super easy and way less stressful. Would highly recommend talking to Jorge if you need to buy, sell etc a vehicle.

This was the first time I have ever used this company. Getting bad news about your vehicle from your mechanic is always upsetting and stressful. However, Jorge made this process much easier. I was unfortunately rejected by other scrap yards when I needed my old car removed from my property to comply with code enforcement. Justin at EZ Pull It, however, was not only polite and professional, but he also efficiently removed the car the same day, preventing further fines, as it was the deadline for removal. If you need to dispose of a vehicle, I highly recommend them for their excellent and timely service. Justin, thank you so much for your assistance; you quickly helped me out of a difficult situation, and I am very grateful.
Needed a hard to find Turbo and the price was great. Not too mention the customer service. They have gulf carts for rent and did it come in handy. Worth it! Not sure if they lend tools but that would be a bonus.
Not sure how other places are but they even had a cooler of bottle waters for customers.

Pasco easy pull it is a great yard well organized just get there early it’s hot ! They provide water for their clients. Jay helped me I got to spin the wheel for a deal ! Highly recommend
They charged me for parts I didn't even buy. They even up charged me for the parts I did get. I was so tired by time I left I didn't realize what I was charged for til the next day. I live and hour way. And I believe just because I'm a female They think they can get over on me. I won't be coming back to this place and I damn sure won't refer anyone to go here. Oh and the part that I got from there didn't even work. That was $90 down the drain. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.
They spelled out the rules very clearly and were accommodating to our unique part search. Good map and directions to the vehicle type. Cars organized and safely lifted.
This place is totally great if you’re looking for a hard to find car part. The people upfront are very helpful! And it’s kind of like a fun scavenger hunt where you get to find what you’re looking for. Prices are great.
Easy pull it made it easy to find a vehicle a clean yard everything well organized. I went there looking for some 1996 Dodge Dakota parts with my truck they are hard to find. They had three models of the Dakotas within a 3-year period for me to grab parts for my vehicle I thought that was awesome. Second a closing time I was in a rush I was trying to get as many parts as I could for my vehicle. The guy came and told me it was about time to close had 20 minutes I started rushing again I ended up leaving my work light and I thought pretty much somebody was going to find it and keep it for themselves. I called and left a message and I knew it was my fault. Not only did I get the parts I needed for my truck I also got my work light back. I would like to thank Emily for going out and finding the light. There's still a few more parts that I need for my truck. I will definitely be going back to easy pull it. If you're looking for used auto parts these are the people to go and see.

I want to thank every single person that works at this place because without this place, my car would’ve been junk about a year ago when I bought it and this place has helped me restore my vehicle, the bonds between my younger brother and I and it has helped me meet a lot of new people and make a lot of friends through the car community.
This isn’t just a junkyard, but this is a place that I’ve made many memories with with friends of mine and has widened my general knowledge about vehicles and I appreciate that so much and I wish you guys understood how deeply I felt about that.
I’d also like to mention the pricing of this place! The pricing is always been very VERY competitive and i’ve only had to buy a new part once because that trim level specific part wasn’t in the junkyard, but I’ve never had a problem, finding literally anything else even with a tiny little detail, parts like wheel caps, and individual nuts and bolts for my parts.
Again, I would just like to say thank you guys very much for everything that you guys have done for myself, my brother and the car community. THANK YOU!!!

I was stressing because I did not have the funds to buy a module brand new. I went here to pull a certain module off of the same year car I had, got home put it in my car and everything worked perfectly. the staff was very friendly And very thorough when you come in and pull a part they explained to you everything you need to know, and where to go.
