I just got done lowering my c10 so I was looking for a driveline specialist and a friend of mine recommended Ryan at alert,since he has worked on his muscle cars and was very happy with his work and I have to say I was impressed with his level of professionalism. Brought in my Honda Accord for a headlight replacement and had a wonderful experience, both financially and aesthetically! Waiting room was very well kept and maintained. Headlight fix took only a few minutes with very reasonable pricing. Would recommend!
First off this place is amazing!!! Called and talked to them about my tundra and said it would be about two weeks before they could get to it. Told them I needed my truck for vacation because I had camping plans with my daughters. They called at exactly when they said they would to let me know what my truck needed and within 24hrs my truck was ready to go and saved me some money!!!! Alert auto are really honest mechanics, which is really hard to find these days, especially for a young woman like me. They are my mom's primary mechanic, which is how I heard of them. Fast service, even around the holidays. A true mom-and-pop shop! I dropped my van off, got a call same-day explaining what was wrong, they ordered the part and fixed it by the next morning. I could tell they weren't trying to sell me any bs. Great prices, quick service, friendly staff, I can't recommend them more!

I had an amazing experience at Alert Automotive. About three months ago, the Volkswagen dealership told me my front brake pads would need to be replaced soon and quoted me $550. After finishing school, my family recommended I go to Alert Automotive for a more affordable option.
After I dropped my car off, they called me and explained that my brakes were actually in nearly perfect condition and did not need to be replaced at all. I was incredibly thankful for their honesty—they could have easily replaced them anyway and charged me, but they didn’t.

My experience was so good the first time, I decided to come back with the wife's truck. This shop can do literally anything you need from simple oil changes to full blown motor swaps and I love how they work on everything from antiques to brand new vehicles. Another great job by the alert family!
I was visiting Weeki Wachee with some friends from college when my power brakes gave out leaving me with manual brakes only. Turns out my vacuum booster was all but busted. I needed to get home that day to get back to my kids. Alert Automotive worked on my SUV from 8 a.m. to a little after 4 p.m. They kept me updated all along the way and were transparent with pricing. I wish they were closer to where I live because I wouldn't go anywhere else. Loved them and their service! Very professional!
Can’t say enough about Ryan & his team! Did the tranny on my 2012 Buick & gave me a 2 year warranty! Great communication thru the whole process. They’ve also done work on our ‘97 jeep…they are honest & do a great job with fair prices…we won’t go anywhere else!

When’s the last time your mechanic tells you to come back in 2 weeks to make sure nothing needs to be adjusted! At NO charge! SO impressed with this place. Alert automotive should be your go to shop! The staff is amazing, if you don’t believe me go ask Tucker IYKYK, But seriously Ryan and Ashley will treat you right. And if you have an issue that even a dealership cannot find or handle, they will not stop until your problem is solved. 11 out of 10 would absolutely recommend. Also if you have issues with payment, they have solutions. Plus their repairs come with a warranty!!! I’m not a spokesperson I’m a true legit client and I fully respect this repair shop!
Actually, I went for a check up for a light that was coming on. The light was not on when I arrived , but they checked it out, could not find a problem. They said to come back if it comes on again and they did not charge for the visit. I am very grateful. This is an honest Auto Repair shop. I will not go anywhere else. These people are so nice and very fair. Honestly, I’ve never been to an auto repair shop with a no charge when they spent time checking out at my automobile. Honestly the best service I had with a shop the owner Ryan is a awesome person I was having some loss of power somewhere in a wire harness he traced it down and was able to repair it for me every one there is super friendly his wife made it easy to set up an appointment I talked with his son as well he’s just like his dad overall very amazing place definitely will go there again if I need anything else!
Went in for repairs that Toyota said I needed. After diagnosing what I told them that was wrong, they told me it was not what Toyota said it was. They miss diagnosed. Alert Automotive was extremely helpful and did not do a job that wasn't needed. I'm very appreciative that they are an honest shop. I will definitely be bringing them my business when it is actually needed.

Ryan did an amazing job fixing my jeep. He spent over 9 hours trying to find a fault in the wiring and now it runs beautifully. Would highly recommend!
I brought our car in for 60,000 mile work at more than 50% less than what the dealer would have charged! The work was done professionally, and timely, and you always felt they were being honest with you! When we need our brakes done in the future we'll be returning cause we trust them to do it right and at a fair price!
