Honestly the best service I had with a shop the owner Ryan is a awesome person I was having some loss of power somewhere in a wire harness he traced it down and was able to repair it for me every one there is super friendly his wife made it easy to set up an appointment I talked with his son as well he’s just like his dad overall very amazing place definitely will go there again if I need anything else!

Alert Auto is the best! Great service… Ryan explains everything in a way we non mechanics understand. They have fair prices & stand behind their work!!! They make sure everything is right! When’s the last time your mechanic tells you to come back in 2 weeks to make sure nothing needs to be adjusted! At NO charge! SO impressed with this place. We feel blessed that we found them to work on our 13 year old cars!!!
Went in for repairs that Toyota said I needed. After diagnosing what I told them that was wrong, they told me it was not what Toyota said it was. They miss diagnosed. Alert Automotive was extremely helpful and did not do a job that wasn't needed. I'm very appreciative that they are an honest shop. I will definitely be bringing them my business when it is actually needed.

Ryan did an amazing job fixing my jeep. He spent over 9 hours trying to find a fault in the wiring and now it runs beautifully. Would highly recommend!

I was in florida on vacation and had car problems and Ryan was a true life saver he had a heck of a time trying to figure out my troubles but got me up and running again and home from 3 trips in and out of his shop.i can't express enough how grateful this old lady is .he is such a sweetheart and very fair and reasonable and very knowledgeable. I couldn't leave his shop without a big hug from him .I would highly recommend him to anyone who has car issues. Took my Audi to Ryan for routine maintenance work and was very pleased with the service provided. He didn't have enough fluid to complete the job, so he took time out of his day to get what was needed to finish the job. Very professional and answers any all questions you have with honesty.

i would recommend this shop to everybody i know. ryan is amazing! i took my 2016 sonata to another mechanic who took roughly 3 days to “diagnose” my vehicle without giving me any actual diagnosis other than “engine died”. within 3 hours of having my vehicle, they were able to give me a proper diagnosis and explain the issues my car was having. he also took time to find options as far as new & used engines. once i concluded i wasn’t going to repair my car and went with a new vehicle, ryan was more than understanding when it came to having issues having the vehicle towed. 10/10 customer service and just all around genuine people.
Ryan is an amazing mechanic. He has a vast knowledge of most, if not all makes and models of cars. He is very fairly priced, and does amazing work in a short amount of time. Unlike other mechanics, Ryan doesn’t try to sell you on things that you don’t need done to your vehicle. Ryan is the only person outside of myself that I would trust to work on my vehicles.

We called Ryan, the owner of alert auto in Spring Hill Fl, on Monday, Sept 25, as our vehicle stopped running properly over the previous weekend. Ryan and his staff got right to work diagnosing the problem and notified us Monday evening that he had some issues worked out but had a couple more things to address on Tuesday. Ryan called Tuesday evening to let us know the car would be ready on Wednesday. We picked the car up Wednesday the car runs great the work was done in a professional and timely manner. Ryan communicated with Susan about everything he was doing and the steps that they were taking to repair her vehicle. The repairs that were made were very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this full service auto repair shop to anyone having repair issues or looking for a qualified mechanic for all their auto repair needs. Please check Alert Auto first. I have taken my jeep to the Dealer for repairs but never again . I read the reviews on this garage and they were all excellent. When I called I new from then I had a new place to take my jeep for repairs . Ryan was very polite on phone gave me a price on my issue to be fixed was very professional. All I have to say is this a very honest place to go. They will not over charge you. Prices are responsible. They do everything to help you and explain and show you the problems they find . If you need a new mechanic this is definitely the one to go to .
