This place should be your first call if you looking for a tow. I called to have my truck which is huge a Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 and the person who answered the phone was was polite and professional and had a truck at my house in about 20 minutes. The person driving the truck was just a professional and polite I feel bad i forgot his name. I live on a dirt road and have a gate he made it in no problem and could only tow it from behind cause of where I parked it. But he manovid like it was nothing and had my truck up on his in mins. Total time 15 mins from my gate and maneuvering around all the trees on my property and we were heading to the mechanic. The price was unbelievable and probably unbeatable. There now in my contacts and will be my go to guys. I ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** these guys. Sorry I forgot your name. I'm the cancer guy. Lol. Thank you for your service. I had delivery guys who yelled at me for having to come through my gate with small vehicles. But if your reading this and need a great service and want a great price these are 100% the guys to call. Your towing person is rude I don’t know if he with or black but he is rude don’t keep repeating but where is the car if you not going to allow me to get my words out , I’m trying to explain to him where the car is located he isn’t giving me room to talk and started raising his voice not allowing me to speak and get my words out I get it’s early in the morning but he needs to learn to calm down when talking to customers that’s insane to get frustrated with a customer when they are try Their best to provide the information to you guys, I came on politely to him but that’s out of control and if someone is telling you that you are getting aggressive check your tone don’t deny it because if I started to talk to you that way sir you would feel like I’m doing to much aswell called lasted 6 minutes smh if you don’t like your job say that but let’s not be rude I have been through way too much and now this smh learn to be kind and patient please I always deal with you guys and never experienced anything like this

I have a 2001 Ford Expedition I cannot bear to part with and my letter carrier backed into me, crushing my flawless 24 year old bumper. I have spent hours combing salvage yards and Best Auto is the only one that was truly professional and helpful. All of the yards are an hour plus away and none will take a picture of a part to send you - except Best Auto. Great people and highly recommended.
Had a fantastic experience with Best Towing & Recovery. Customer service was amazing and they went out of their way to help and actually ended up saving me money in the long run. They could’ve easily taken advantage, but instead really helped me out and were so much help. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be using again and recommending to anyone I know.

This company towed my vehicle with no knowledge after I placed a note in my window that I was having my car towed due to the water pump going out. I just purchased the vehicle and I do deliveries. I had to take pictures of my vehicle for the purpose of driving for UPS using my own vehicle. Upon arriving at Best Towing and paying $536 for a tow fee , I was told by the rude racist lady in office on 11/20/2024 that they aren't responsible for the damage done to my car caused by them . I explained to her I did not purchased this vehicle with a bent frame nor a brake leak. The guy who was in office with her moved my vehicle with a forklift and stated it was the only way to move it. Once my vehicle was moved to the front of the business I noticed why the bald mouth lady said they aren't responsible for my damages . They were neglectful with my vehicle in their possession and now I have incurred a major repair bill they are responsible for. I have filed a complaint and provided pictures to the BBB of my vehicle when I first purchased and after Best Towing had it in their possession. I will be contacting a lawyer as i have filed a police report with Pasco county sheriff department. I am seeking for this company to be responsible for the repairs and pay for the damages done to my vehicle due to their negligence in improperly handling my vehicle.
Needed a mirror for a dodge dakota, called several salvage operations before calling Best. They really are the BEST! Best price, best service, best people. One other place could get it in a couple of days and the price was almost double what Best already had in stock. Easy to talk to. Knew exactly which particular mirror without a bunch of questions.

I have had the pleasure of working with Best Auto Salvage when our truck required a tow from one mechanic to another. They delivered my truck as expected. The vehicle was well cared for. I also used their salvage yard to get a, replacement motor for my vehicle. They verified the motor was inworking condition prior to delivering it to the mechanic shop. Once the mechanic had not resolved our issue, for many months, I contacted Best Auto again to tow my vehicle to my home. My service was always outstanding. I know others have given them bad reviews, but our experience was perfect. They are locally owned and operated and the owner works on site. If you have an honest complaint they will resolve it. Even reexamined my motor after it was out of warranty by two weeks. I would highly recommend.
