Needed a mirror for a dodge dakota, called several salvage operations before calling Best. They really are the BEST! Best price, best service, best people. One other place could get it in a couple of days and the price was almost double what Best already had in stock. Easy to talk to. Knew exactly which particular mirror without a bunch of questions.

Brent and his whole team are awesome. I’ve used them for towing my truck when I stranded me at the gas station and I’ve even bought parts from him before. It doesn’t matter if you need a tow or parts for your vehicle you can always count on Brent and his team. 10/10 would recommend them for any towing/transport or part needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with Best Auto Salvage when our truck required a tow from one mechanic to another. They delivered my truck as expected. The vehicle was well cared for. I also used their salvage yard to get a, replacement motor for my vehicle. They verified the motor was inworking condition prior to delivering it to the mechanic shop. Once the mechanic had not resolved our issue, for many months, I contacted Best Auto again to tow my vehicle to my home. My service was always outstanding. I know others have given them bad reviews, but our experience was perfect. They are locally owned and operated and the owner works on site. If you have an honest complaint they will resolve it. Even reexamined my motor after it was out of warranty by two weeks. I would highly recommend.

I locked my keys in my car and called triple A. They dispatched Best Auto and Truck Salvage. I had a really great experience, the driver who helped me was so nice and provided the best customer service. I got the keys back for my car within two minutes of his arrival. He made sure to communicate with me when he would be arriving and when he had arrived.

THANK YOU MIKE!! Used them in past and didn't like the guy who came I think his name was Frank or Fred. He was super late and rude. Used again recently because I can afford the prices and that was the only reason for calling back. I am giving 5 stars today only because because of Mike the driver who came. Thankfully it was a very pleasant experience and I didn't have to wait hours. Will use again but highly recommend others ask for Mike if you want a pleasant driver and on time.

THE WORST!! The guy that towed my car lost my key fob to my car! And left my window down on my car…When I called and ask what happened with my key they called it harassment! And hung up on me!! Wouldn’t even recommend to a dead dog!! Very unprofessional…

We are a funeral home in Tampa and had a hearse run hot and shut down on I-75 near Dade City. We called Best Auto & Salvage and came in contact with Brent. He was a true professional and quickly dispatched a flatbed to haul us back to Tampa. This is a quality business with honest and professional employees and honest pricing.
