Tows R Us saved us! We were stranded on the side of the road on the way to a doctors appointment for my daughter in Wellington. AAA was taking over 3 hours to come to pick us up. I was getting tired of waiting and my daughter was crying. I called the first number I saw and they arrived within 3 minutes. Skylar helped and was trustworthy and kind. He dropped off my car and then took my daughter and I home so we wouldn’t be stranded. There are still good people in the world! I utilized them for a lifted Chevy Silverado with a tie-rod malfunction. The driver used SUCH GREAT CARE when loading and unloading the truck. It wasn’t an easy tow and required precision. Watching him load the truck was artful. I highly recommend Tows Are Us for any of your towing needs. Very impressive. Never would’ve thought there was an art to towing. I was wrong. Called Tows R Us after my insurance tried to get me 2 different companies to come out. In the meantime I called Tows R Us. I spoke to a young man (Travis I believe) who was checking with father, and we later discussed this was a family business. He called me back with a very reasonable rate for my out of pocket expense for an 4 wheel all time drive AND the boat I was towing. A minute before he called I had the 3rd and final tow company assigned by my insurance. They were paid for the car and charged me for the boat. It was a couple bucks more than Tows R Us was quoting me for BOTH truck and boat out of pocket. I didn't use them this time, but I made sure to save them for ANY AND ALL future needs, I'm sure there will be another time. You can go wrong with Tows R Us from my limited experience and the reviews. Seems like they are one of the few tow companies that are reasonable and professional. The other two companies I called where rude and not the 'finest' (hint hint) as they claim to be. Tows R Us is the way to go hands down!

The best towing company out there. Jonathan is a great professional driver. Said they will send a flat bed truck in 30 minutes and the guy showed up in 15 minutes. Best price around. Only company i use and trust!

The tow truck driver arrived promptly and he was skilled and professional. It turned out the place we were going did not exist. Instead of leaving us in the middle of the street, the entire staff helped us out of our dilemma. I have used Tows R US several times and have been very pleased each time. Today Jay and Robert delivered a car. They were on time and very nice. I was particularly impressed by how well the vechile was secured, and how careful there were in handling it. I spoke with Travis on the phone to set up the delivery. He was very pleasant and helpful. They have good equipment and good people. Furthermore, Tows R US had the lowest prices in my search of tow companies in Palm Beach County, FL.
Robert was awesome! My car is a little lower to the ground than most and he showed up with a flat bed and ramps and was able to get my car up without any bumper damage at all.
I waited for OVER 5 hours for AAA to show up at the PBI airport to get towed 12 miles…. They never came. I called Tows R Us and they were there within 25 minutes- the tow was difficult due to a stuck parking break - but no problem for “Walter” very professional and had a great attitude (even when the going got tough) I am very impressed and will call them again and FORGET AAA.

This is the only company that came through in my time of need. Big shout out to BIG JAY, for not only being honest about his timing and not having me wait all day and night without updates. BEWARE: Extremely aggressive and dangerous driver!! This is the SECOND time I have seen this tow truck aggressively driving on Southern Boulevard. Driver tailgates, speeds, and intimidates on the road. I would not advise doing business with this company. Go look at their one star reviews, someone else can testify to their reckless driving.
