Scammers! I told them I need roadside for jumpstart ASAP and they said they have driver seconds away from me. Asked to pay the upfront I paid them and they put me on hold for 4 hours!!!! I lost a lot of time! Because they lied to me !
The girl behind counter was great, I'm just complaining that my truck was towed on Friday and because they were closed Saturday and Sunday I had to pay for storage, if they were open Saturday it wouldn't have cost me that much... but unfortunately I had to pay, but at far as people... as I said she was really helpful

We had the best possible experience with Gardens towing on K street in Riviera beach. The staff there is outstanding with excellent customer service and going the extra mile. They had great communication, friendly, professional, and very helpful in time of need. Having a family member in an accident and then a totalled car is not a pleasant experience. However, Megan was more than helpful throughout the process and assisted throughout. Gardens towing is very fortunate to have her on their team! Maegan is in the office and also met with Robin who was just as helpful as well. These gals made the whole experience a much more palatable one due to their sincere help in all matters related to this car accident. Thank you and very much recommend them.

I managed to lock myself out of my car at Aldi's, kind lady was nice enough to let me use her phone as my purse was in the car. I called Gardens Towing. Told over hour wait. Was not even half hour and Steve my hero of the day showed up. Not only was he professional, kind and friendly he said he enjoys his job. Kudos to the nice lady dispatcher, with my dilemma, she said she'd get someone there asap. Thank you.
Very nice and way faster than even expected. He was talkative and caring being stuck on the side of the road and having anyone have to pick you up sucks bad enough especially being a female but i felt extremely safe with him, comfortable and had a nice conversation. He came in with me to the tire shop and asked where to drop the car which was really nice. 10/10 would recommend
Great and quick service, driver ( Think name was Charles) was courteous and respectful. Would use them again, arrived quickly within the time line stated. Rare to see this level of service now a days, but this company reached it, 5 star service!
I was driving ,BOOM! Hit a median and immediately pulled off the road ,saw my driver front and driver rear was damaged and needed to be replaced. I called gardens , another towing shop and a third shop , the second shop was too busy so they recommended a third both of the last two companies needed cash or Zelle.i called gardens back again ,they made it seamless to pay with card or Apple Pay.they treated the car like their own and they truly knew what they were doing. Steve rolled up on the scene like a G and got me hooked up and home all in about 30 mins

After waiting about two hours for them, driver came, and he was very unfriendly. However, he’s not in the business to talk or to make friends. He asked me to sign a waiver that he could just pull the car with the wheels locked up and anything happened to the car? I would be responsible for it , I called my mechanic to find out if that was safe, he said no the driver didn’t like the fact that I called the mechanic, he said find someone else to take the car and that you left me on the side of the road when I the dispatch to find out what’s going on and why he left the dispatch said the driver had a nother call and didn’t have the time to sit there on the side of the road with me

HOWEVER DISPATCH THERE IS TERRIBLE AND RUDE. DID NOT GET CAR DELIVERED EVEN CLOSE TO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DESPITE THEM ALREADY HAVING THE CAR. 1030-am IS NOT 8am!

From logging in to my State Farm app and putting the information in was amazing! A lady called me from Gardens towing asking me about my car, and then reassured me that everything is going to be ok and that her guy will be with me very soon… lest than 20 minutes the tow chuck was there, he came out and greet me by my name, took pictures of the car, he ended up starting the car long enough to reverse it so he could put it up on the truck , and we all leave to my home witch wasn’t too far away… My tow gentleman’s name is Al and he was wonder… Thanks again everyone for your wonderful service!!!

Gardens Towing exceeded my expectations! I found myself stranded on the side of the turnpike without any coolant, feeling helpless. After waiting for another towing company for an entire hour, they suddenly canceled, citing a blocked Turnpike as an excuse (which I didn't quite believe). However, just when I thought my day couldn't get any worse, Yonel from Gardens Towing arrived to rescue me and my car.
Not only did Yonel promptly respond to my distress call, but he also went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. To my surprise, he even brought along a refreshing bottle of water, knowing that I had been waiting for quite some time. This small gesture made a world of difference to me. I had gotten a flat tire on the interstate. My recommended tow location ended up being a place that was not in service anymore. My driver, Yonel was a great guy. kind and helpful in getting my drop location changed and approved by my insurance. He also offered to give me a ride, if needed, after dropping my car off at the tire shop. Which was greatly appreciated.
Yeah, I overshot the rest stop exit and tried to cut across the soft wet median. Got stuck in the mud. This muscle kid driving a Tow Truck came and pulled my NV2500 out of the mud almost by hand. He was quick and smooth like a True Pro. Boom boom it was done. That was tight work Thanks Brother

If it wasn't for Shane, the tow truck driver I wouldn't have given 5 stars because I waited 6 hours to be towed. When Shane arrived he went above and beyond customer service. Had my vehicle locked and loaded on the tow truck within 10 minutes.. Told me everything he was doing step by step. Even text me when he dropped the vehicle at the proper destination. Give that man a raise !!
