Madison B was pretty awesome! Helpful from the time I walked in. I came to purchase a battery for my husband Ford GT Mustang and provided me with my options. He was relatable when he shared his knowledge on two specific cars. My son was able to verify what needed to be done on his car. My son even said he could tell he loves his job. He's definitely the right fit for AutoZone.
I need to congratulate the AutoZone team in Loxahatchee, excellent service, helpful and competent employees. Armando from Guatemala made me feel comfortable and confident, great service. He changed the battery, sold me some parts for my car, and tested the alternator.
Went to AutoZone today due to a bad battery recently purchased. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jon. He upgraded my battery, shared some auto knowledge and I left happier then when I went in. Excellent customer service and was compelled to write this review.

Had a great experience at this AutoZone! The Staff along with Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially when I needed help with a transmission shift cable bushing. They took the time to make sure I got the right part and explained things clearly instead of rushing me out the door. Customer service like this makes a big difference. I really appreciate the help and will definitely be back for future auto needs. Highly recommend this location!

Everyone in the store was extremely helpful when I went in to pick up my battery. Mike was great, explained what he was doing and what I needed for my car (battery). Mathew and Edrick were also amazing and helpful during my visit.
Not many people care about customer service these days, except for the employees at this AutoZone. Not only do they go above and beyond, but everything they do is performed efficiently and very quickly. I coasted To the store in need of a battery and Michael replaced it so fast and was extremely personable. Highly recommend this location!!
Everyone here is so helpful and friendly! Couldn’t be happier with the service. I came in to change the battery in my Corvette - it was their first time working on this model (and the battery placement is pretty unusual!), but the technician stayed positive, professional, and super friendly the whole time. Really appreciate the great attitude and quality service!

Brett took time to test my starter and research fitment since my application isn't stock. We used the engine block code and found a direct replacement for my 70s era big block. In addition, we compared another starter from a 97 Tahoe that can interchange. Unfortunately, the store didn't have one in stock but Brett directed me to another that has what I need. This effort will allow my project to continue vs waiting to order this part. Extremely helpful.
Battery unexpectedly died on a hot day. Anthony has excellent. Helped me choose a new battery, installed it in just a few minutes and had me on my way. AutoZone, you have a great employee in Anthony!

Richard is truly exceptional and outstanding in his help. While he was busy assisting another customer, he kindly informed me that a different store staff member would assist me. I agreed, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any help. After Richard finished with his customer, he saw that I still needed assistance and approached me. He checked my battery, then went back inside the store to look up a new one. He took the time to come back out and help me with my car's battery. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his support.

Super helpful and professional. My car got robbed, all they took was the rear view mirror. I needed to replace it. The beat option was not in store but the guy ordered it. He was very helpful, even cracking a few jokes to cheer me up. Thanks Guys.

My car's battery needed to be replaced and it was the first time I've ever had to go to purchase a new one. My husband was out of town and kinda gave me instructions on what to do. I arrived and spoke to a very young gentleman at the register. He helped me look for the right battery, advised on which one to purchase. He answered all of my questions and was very kind and helpful.
He was also kind enough to install the battery for me and made sure everything worked properly before returning back inside the store.
I know that their job is to sale and provide any help but he truly went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it the help.
I will most definitely continue to bring my business to this neighborhood store.
I went into the AutoZone in Loxahatchee, to get a new battery. Dani was such a nice person. While she changed my battery, she suggested I wait inside the store. It was 95° outside !! She was done in no time. She is polite, efficient and all the while, she worked w/ a smile on her face. BTW, there was No charge ! AutoZone could use more workers like her !!

On Friday I went to AutoZone to replace the battery on my car. I was assisted by customer service rep Mathew. He was very professional and took the time to do an excellent job of replacing the battery. He was very detailed and I could tell that he takes pride in doing a good job. Kudos to AutoZone and Mathew.
