Everyone has a bad day. You've answered my calls with hostility. I wish my difficulties was consolidated to a day, when it's been months and I'm losing hope. You acknowledged that you had my unregistered car which you towed when my car ran out of gas. I mentioned the registration and the bill of sale was in the vehicle, but you wouldn't let me show you. My debit card is in the center dash console because it's my car. I have the key because it's my car. There's chef shoes dirty from working in the kitchen because I'm a chef, sitting on the passenger's side floor next to my drum sticks because I'm a drummer in the car because it's my car. I'm currently homeless. I took the last of my money to buy that car and drive the heck out of Florida to find help & stability never to return. Please help me get on to a more positive chapter in my life. I'm getting too old for this kind of struggle.

I just can't say enough. Thank U for your prompt pick and kind and compassionate service. Car accidents are inevitable, not to mention the chaos and inconveniences. Each person I dealt with was patient and explained the next step with sympathy. I appreciate your kindness..

Worst of the worst, first I called the guy that works there to ask for my vehicle and come in hostile like I ruined his day and informed me that I wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle on the weekend even thoe they charged me 60 dollars for Saturday and Sunday. Then they charge me 40 dollars just to pick up something from my vehicle and 30 more dollars for being president's day. The couch was all torn off, they had a dog all over the place. They overcharge you here like crazy.
