I received the best service from Robert and Alex at the last minute and was offered a higher price on my vehicle very satisfied with there customer service!
I submitted my info through their site because it claims you’ll get a “legit offer in seconds.” The number I received didn’t add up, so I politely asked for an explanation. Instead of helping, the person replied: “You’re not stupid, Please don’t act stupid.” Mistakes happen, but disrespect like that is unnecessary. A simple “sorry, the website was wrong—here’s what it’s actually worth” would’ve solved it. I went with another company and had a much better experience.
They are so rude, when you google junk cars this place pops up and I asked for a specific vehicle and he was so rude to me and called me dumb because I explained I was looking for a junk vehicle. Then said how many times do I have to say the same thing?! Well change your google listing dude, hope they shut down.
I contacted him to sell my car (got approved), he wanted photos asap (hung up on me, was very odd…) but I went ahead and sent those over. I called to follow up and zero response. Two days go by and he texts if the cars available, I followed up on what the price was and again… no response. Another days goes by and he texts asking if the cars available… what is this business? I was ghosted every time I responded. If this is an actual business then wow, I’m shocked. Definitely don’t waste your time with them.
Honestly I was just a middle man for this service but the individual I had a pleasure of working with was the owner. He was understanding and able to work with what we had 10/10 would recommend
I called asking about a quote for my vehicle. Robert was being very disrespectful to another customer, and as we spoke on the phone I told Robert my vehicle didn’t have a title because it was broken into and stolen. He get rude and state “you better get something to show it’s yours. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard anyone say to me” as I’m a potential customer trying to conduct business. Do not come bother contacting them. They're jokester’s.
I wish I can give them a below one star these people are rude. Low bargins for what they're offering you might as well give your car away for free. Call around do quotes before you sell your car to them
Great friendly service!! Called to get some parts The person who took my call was very helpful even though they don't offer what I needed he point me in the right direction and gave me several options to try, which he didn't need to do. He went out of his wat to help me out this says a lot about a person and business.
Wow! Talk about great customer service! What a smooth, communicative and fantastic experience we had! The offer was fair. The transaction went well. And the smile bought our vehicle. We had made a few calls to other companies and had a couple of offers on the table, but this guy's politeness and smile was enough. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
