After bmw’s tow company told me it would be an hour and a half to two hours before a tow truck would come for me as I sat stranded in the median of an on ramp and the I-95 with cars going by me at 80 mph on both sides of me I called gardens towing, they were there in 15 mins and brought me and my car to the dealership, could ask for better service and, Neil was more than helpful, great guy and great company, thank you
The dispatcher was not very patient during the intake but the overall experience was very professional. The tow driver was so polite and helpful. Which made the experience 5 stars.

Neil was very cordial and polite. He provided excellent service, and the truck was well taken care on the inside — which was a big plus for me. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience! Specially when stranded on I75 at night Time.
It was a wonderful experience. Steve came and picked me up where my car was located and even had to tell people to move away from my vehicle because it was at a restaurant. Kind of crazy he had to tell them to back up. But he did it and was very kind about it. Very thoughtful and did a great job taking me to the collision/mechanic. I will definitely call this company again if I have to. Prayerfully I won’t, but I would if I needed to.
My father’s vehicle broke down and I was referred to Gardens Towing by All Florida Towing. The driver was kind and professional with my dad and cousin who are old school mechanics. So you could imagine the scene; nonetheless, I appreciate his patience and professionalism. driver couldn’t be bothered to take his headphones out to talk to me at any point. knew with CERTAINTY that my motor had leaked out all of its oil, and still tried to start it when taking it off his truck, then was combative when i confronted him stating that “he didn’t mean to start it” and "it’s already blown, it’s not like it’s going to make it any worse” before i even had a chance to bring it to a mechanic to know for sure one way or another. dispatcher was nice but their driver ruins it. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The experience was very easy and fluid. They had my car towed and moved within an hour of me calling. I never left my home. Thank you! Very friendly and helpful employees

They we fairly price. Very helpful in my time of need as i was stuck on the highway for q car that wouldn't drive. They were very professional and I appreciate that, they don't do lanky business or make you send messages and wait like some others. The driver was exceptionally amazing at making it a smooth transition and the dispatcher also made the situation best for me and I will honestly say this tow company is great and met all needs. Charles arrived to tow my van exactly when he said he would. He conducted a full inspection, took pictures, and handled everything professionally. I drove to the Mercedes dealer separately to make arrangements for the van’s arrival, but by the time I got there, Charles had already unloaded the van and completed all the necessary arrangements . He truly provided VIP-level service.
The towing company (not Audi) called me and discussed the problem and my location.
They were connected, sincere, polite and determined to get it right.
NOT AUDI !!!! AUDI’s idea of customer service is
Use AI, send a cryptic text message to the customer, don’t use “real” people, they cost too much money. Be concerned and try to get the customer to think that you care only after the customer has been stranded, made cell phone calls, reiterated the predicament several times. And finally worked out the problem without Audi. (Photo below) another quality product from Audi).
They should use their technical skills to determine

Neil was amazing. It was late. I got off work, was going south bound on 95 and my transmission decided this was the best time to give out. It was dark and I was nervous because I needed a ride. Y’know, I’m just a girl about to jump in the truck with some random man but the minute he was on scene, I could release the breath I was holding. He immediately escorted me to his truck where I would feel more safe. We had good conversation on the way to the shop which eased my tension and made me forget about my pending expenses for a good 10 minutes. It was great while it lasted. Anyway, thanks again Neil, I really appreciate your hard work and professionalism. Wishing you the best.
11/10 experience with Charles today. My McLaren decided to commit suicide by battery and it was parked in an extremely awkward and difficult way (unfortunately for him).
It took pulling out all the stops, but extremely professional and cool guy that really knows his stuff.
We literally had another company come to tow and they couldn’t figure it out.
Thanks Charles, will be using you guys in the future any time I need to move my cars to the shop, not just for emergencies like this.

Very helpful .,noticed that cooling fluid was leaking and helped make sure didn’t leak into our driveway. Also, I have a disability where I’m awaiting surgery. Needed help and he was very courteous and attentive
