Don't go here. All they do is waste your time and give you the run-around while making you sit waiting.
Got a transmission here in january. They put it in. It's October and the transmission is failing. I was told when I came back in that they only had a 30-day warranty But to leave my number so that the owner would definitely call me. In the 11 months I've been dealing with these fools the owner has never called me back.
But I got a voicemail today telling me to bring my car in so they can run a scan on it. See if maybe it's a sensor. I brought it in at 2:30, I'm leaving at 4:00 p.m. with it never having been looked at. The workers are there. Somewhere out front hanging out, but my car sat there untouched. Explain why I drove an hour out here on a failing transmission to sit for an hour and a half.
At this point you have to swallow the lost money and just focus on warning everyone on social media not to use this terrible yard.
Great guys need a small hose for my car owner didn't try to nickel and dime me gave it to me. They are very helpful knowledgeable and friendly with great prices.
Give these Guys a call when looking for parts.
With 25 years of professional automotive experience I would not trust to purchase anything from this JUNK YARD! They don't return promised phone calls and list multiple parts available for sale that are not available posted falsely. Also price items online incorrectly. When you comment on this they just hang up the phone on you. Don't do it, this shows there customer service or lack of.....
The new owner is a very honest person, he has a customer here for life. Buy anything in his shop, if something happens he will help with the issue!!! Great Customer Service
I went back there with a buddy of mine today after I had a really bad experience with the guy at the desk. After meeting the new owner I must say he's a great guy and he's going to turn this business around.It's just sad that some employees put such a sour taste on some businesses. I was really happy with his service but recommend firing the other guy for trying to double prices on me. The new owner is an awesome person, very friendly & very helpful. If they just weed out the bad employees.
There is a way and not a way to talk to people but especially paying customers. The employee at the counter was very rude and upset me, to the point that I left the item I was going to buy and walked out the door. I have been to many junkyards and never have I been treated like the way I was treated at this junkyard. A paying customer should not be treated like, as though they were junk at the junkyard. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Richard is AWESOME!!! He saved me so much money! I wasn't for sure that buying used parts was an option for me, but Richard was able to find me what I needed, and saved me a lot of MONEY!! I brought a tire from them mounted..and a lug nut wrench...but when i had a problem with the tire..they didnt honor their agreement....i had used them several times. Before the cov 19...but their service now is so bad..i will never go back again....in the past i have given them a good rating..because their service was fast and they had what i needed..
Today they were rude and not customer friendly at all...so my advice to anyone is to keep shopping around...dont give these crooks your money...they will not honor their word...
My husband has been looking for a driveshaft for his 2001 gmc sierra. It has been a effort, ordered one from car parts, they sent the wrong size, ordered one from Auto zone, with the vin number they sent the wrong size. We have tried 10 different auto salvage places to no avail, either they were dented or not the right size I called auto salvage this morning, they told me to have him come and look and if possible to bring the old one, which he did and looked through what they have, and the best part is they have them already removed from the car. He finally found a driveshaft, put it on and he's good to go!! This place is absolutely amazing and definitely worth the drive from Orlando. Moving forward any time we ever need anything this will be our go too !!!

Once again, best service and prices around! Reminds me of the good mechanics up North, not these chain corporations. Needed an air compressor for my car a.c. (you know how hot it is down here with no a.c.!) and they got the part the next day. Dropped of my car as they opened which was to be ready around lunch. At 10am my car was set to be picked up. They did additional tuning on it for free so it's good as new and lowest price anywhere! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Highly recommend, i wouldn't go elsewhere for car repair!
TERRIBLE experience, 1 Star is too nice - called yesterday and set up appt for 10:45 for an oil change. Woke my 3 month old baby so my wife and I could drop her car off in time for appt. When we showed up the employee said he couldn’t take care of us because he was the only one there. He didn’t apologize or seem to care.
I found Saint Cloud Auto Parts when are we going to Melbourne Beach then I need the part for my other car but my Mazda I stopped by there he asked me my part I told them I need a mass air flow sensor he looked it up he said he'll have it within 2 days he called me I would pick it up and put it in my car and it runs perfectly I had to have original Mazda part that's a great place to go when you need something for your car thank you guys for being there.
The staff here goes above and beyond to help their customers. I've personally experienced how they've made business almost like a community family by putting customers' needs above their interests as a business whenever possible. Thank you guys! My daughter and I are grateful.
once I got here everything was great and went smoothly. However their website directed me to the wrong place and I wasted over half an hour driving there to here. If that hadn't been issued this would be a 5 *
This place is such a horror, I will never deal with them again, waaaaay overpriced, a couple of the employees are nice but 65$ for 1 rusty rim with a dry rotted tire on it when they pay only 75$ for a complete junk car, come-on. I didn't buy and was like the guy turned into a zombie on me. Please stay far away from this place Preston's salvage in Kissimmee is heaven compared to st cloud auto salvage. Best wishes, avoid this junkyard at all costs!!!

Offered me $160 for a radiator support from a Ford pick up, told the man at the front I could buy brand new for that price. He told me take it or leave it. Yeah some professionalism right there.
WARNING READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS OR REPAIRS WITH STCLOUD AUTO SALVAGE THEY ALSO GIVE YOU A PRICE THEN WHEN U GET CAR THERE THOSE PRICE DONT EXIST ITS A BAIT AND SWITCH ALLTHE TIME EVERYTIME..rich is a crook and lives on yard never does what he sayes asked me what i did before he prices you.Horrible organization told me to bring in car after its been there all day said there was no mechanic to do job twice in a row while I specially told him if can't do it to let me know same story at end of day he said there was no mechanic or they never came back there in a rush to get your car in but then they just sleep on it also mechanics are not ase certified when I was leaving I seen the mechanic that was there was getting tips from YouTube on how to do repair thank God I took else where come to find out they broke pieces in my radiator that another mechanic brought to my attention while he was doing job and he told me he fits alot of there mistakes
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR AUTOMOBILE TO BE REPAIRED AT THIS PLACE! My windshield wipers had stopped working,it was a short in the handle / turn signal switch, which would work if you found the right angle to put pressure on it.I told Rich at the front desk about this, he said they would look at it and give me a call. A day and a half passed and i get a call from Rich, saying they think that the relay on top of the wiper motor is bad and needs to be replaced for $140, I sad Ok, do it.
A day later I get another Call from Rich, he says its not the motor,(Which is what I told them) and that its easier to replace the whole steering column than replace the switch inside for $230 now! I said if that is the only way to fix it, then go for it. Two days later, Rich calls again and says they can't replace the column now that they can't find the parts and he caan't do anything about the wipers not working. They did not charge me for any of this, which they shouldn't have, but when I get my car back, my air bag indicator light is on and my high beam switch does not work. So I take it back to have them look to see if a wire was not connected and three hours later I get a call from the owner, TEEK, Telling me he can't afford to have his men work on my car any more and to come pick it up.
Now my mother had passed away the night before, so I was in no shape to argue about their responsibility to repair the damage that was done to my car. It is an older car and I understand some parts may be fragile and worn, but, what happens if I get in an accident and my air bag isn't working?
Now Rich at the front desk was a professional and tried to help as much as he could, BUT,when the owner called me and said:"I cannot put any more time in your car, come pick it up." for something they had ruined, I have to say something. I even tried calling a week later, but to no avail. For Parts and Junk, I say, go here get your stuff, for auto repair, STAY AWAY! I have no reason to lie or cause undue grief for this business, but I do have an obligation to help future customers who are looking to get their car repaired here, not get the same treatment I received.
Great group of honest and trustworthy guys. They do a great job, prices are very reasonable and they won't screw you over for a dollar like many of the shops around. They sell new and used parts, tires and repair or replace on-site. It's nice to know they have your back when there's a problem with your car. It's a place you can trust to do the right thing for the customer and won't overcharge you. Let's be honest, it's a junk yard and it looks like a junk yard but it's he best place to get your car fixed.
My mother took me here to meet her friend and i had a great time before i had to leave to Chicago the same day. I love my mother for what she did, great place.
