I don’t usually write reviews, but I really had to share this experience. I was stranded on the highway with no notice and feeling pretty stressed. Out of nowhere, this tow truck driver showed up and completely turned things around. He was super polite, easygoing, and just had a great attitude from the moment he arrived.
He didn’t rush anything or make me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he took the time to make sure everything was done safely and properly. You could tell he actually cares about helping people, not just getting the job done fast. That kind of attitude honestly makes all the difference when you’re in a tough spot.
He went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole situation so much smoother than I expected. It’s rare these days to meet someone that professional, dependable, and genuinely kind.

I've used L.i Towing twice now. Once to tow my car when I had a flat tire last year, and again today when my battery was dead. They were able to jump my car so I could get to place to replace the battery. Both times, they arrived quickly, were friendly and professional, and provided excellent service. 100% recommend

Luis was a very kind individual that mad a crappy situation the best that it could be. Our transmission took a crap on our new car and Luis came and picked me up and towed it home. He was very genuine and concerned with making sure that I made it home safely and that he provided the best experience possible. We tried to drop the car at a couple of service centers and dealerships only to find out that they were closed and that there was no way to drop the car due to gates being closed and it being a Sunday, he remained very patient and after try to drop at these locations he just brought me home and dropped the car at the house.
I have never had this kind of experience with any tow company! I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and concern with making sure I was taken care of. Moving forward he will be the ONLY company that I call if I can help it.

L.i Roadside Care & Towing is the “Real Deal” my painting crew broke down on the side of 192 last week due to a faulty tire while I was in Colorado. I made a phone call in within 20 minutes. He was on site and got my van and my pull behind lift Safely back to the shop. And again today with a simple phone call he made it happen in minutes and is on his way right now to pick up my van again all the way in Melborne he will be there in 45 minutes his timeliness is insanely fast. He is also transporting my painters at the same time and going above and beyond for us to get the van to the mechanic shop for a quick repair so we can get back to work. his price is excellent as well if you need help with your vehicles and your broken down, no matter what the case, I would not go anywhere else this guy is on his game and his company and team are amazing

Great experience! Was waiting on the side of the highway for AAA to come help with a flat tire and Luis stopped on his own to help us out, while in in the rain. Patched up the tire and filled it with air at an extremely reasonable price. Luis could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Please use this service, if needed.
My car was unable to be drove to the dealership called Luis on a Sunday afternoon and he said he could have it picked up whenever and wherever I needed it to go. Not only was he very professional but he was prompt and helpful with even giving me names & numbers to mechanics in the area! I had to tow my car over 200 miles and late in the day. Luis was the driver and he was excellent! He was taking it without me and He reassured me that my car would be safe and sent me pictures when he arrived and left it in a safe place until the following morning when he dropped it off at the final destination. He was professional but most of all, kind and very patient. I would recommend them hands down!
Luis with LI Roadside Care & Towing was amazing. I called them and they were at my car within less than 10 minutes. Very, friendly caring and kind. They dropped my car off at the tire shop and went out of their way to give me a ride home and helped with bringing my items into my house. This is a great tow company if you need service. They are number one on my list.
After having such a bad experience with AAA. Where I requested service from AAA 3 times, and they never showed up and kept canceling service without letting me know. I got tired of AAA inefficiency, I googled looking for service and found this company.
They were quick to answer. I called at 9:17pm, they quoted me in less than 2 min, the towing arrived 20 minutes to my location and dropped it off at 10:15pm to the mechanic. The entire service was just 1 hour! We are beyond impressed with the fast service and affordable prices. I already saved their number and anyone that asks this is the only company I will refer someone too.

Riding home from the Lauderdale airport early Saturday morning on the north bound turnpike, I blew out a tire….. just minutes after pulling over Luis with LI Care appeared and offered his roadside service. He was friendly and eager to help me out. The price was affordable, even for a holiday weekend. I had already called for help, but with Luis right there, it made no sense to wait so I cancelled the help. In about 25 minutes I was back on the road. Luis had all the tools and equipment ready, just as if I was at a body shop. Super pleased with the speedy service and the fact that the pricing was not crazy. Luis gave me his card and I am already sharing the company info with friends. Outstanding experience. 100% recommend.
