100% absolutely recommend Luis . An absolute life saver as we were heading to Disney and got a flat tire. Stuck on the turn pike 30 miles from St. Cloud and he was to us in 20 minutes. Fixed our tire when we didn’t think it was possible and we were on the way! Give him a call if you need help with a battery jump, flat tire, towing , lockout, etc. roadside or residential. He also has enough space for a 5 person family if you need a tow!! Wow

Absolutely Incredible Experience. I almost don't even want to post this, because I don't want to set the bar too high for these guys. My wife broke down in St Cloud and called me, so I went straight to her and realized that the car was not drivable, so I just started googling. I called two other tow companies (who I've used before). One didn't answer, the other had no trucks in the area, so I called L.I. Roadside to try them. Luis answered the call, said they were available and that they would text me to request the location. I sent it over and he was there IN THREE MINUTES! Not kidding! He was super friendly and polite, and had me hooked up and towed the car to my house right around the corner. I just looked at the text message and Luis sent the first text at 5:55pm and sent me a Thank You message after dropping me off at 6:14pm!!! 19 minutes from call to door is an absolute joke in the very best way. Thank you so much Luis. I will never call anyone else for my towing!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really had to share this experience. I was stranded on the highway with no notice and feeling pretty stressed. Out of nowhere, this tow truck driver showed up and completely turned things around. He was super polite, easygoing, and just had a great attitude from the moment he arrived.
He didn’t rush anything or make me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he took the time to make sure everything was done safely and properly. I've used L.i Towing twice now. Once to tow my car when I had a flat tire last year, and again today when my battery was dead. They were able to jump my car so I could get to place to replace the battery. Both times, they arrived quickly, were friendly and professional, and provided excellent service. 100% recommend

Luis was a very kind individual that mad a crappy situation the best that it could be. Our transmission took a crap on our new car and Luis came and picked me up and towed it home. He was very genuine and concerned with making sure that I made it home safely and that he provided the best experience possible. We tried to drop the car at a couple of service centers and dealerships only to find out that they were closed and that there was no way to drop the car due to gates being closed and it being a Sunday, he remained very patient and after try to drop at these locations he just brought me home and dropped the car at the house.
I have never had this kind of experience with any tow company! I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and concern with making sure I was taken care of. Moving forward he will be the ONLY company that I call if I can help it.

L.i Roadside Care & Towing is the “Real Deal” my painting crew broke down on the side of 192 last week due to a faulty tire while I was in Colorado. I made a phone call in within 20 minutes. He was on site and got my van and my pull behind lift Safely back to the shop. And again today with a simple phone call he made it happen in minutes and is on his way right now to pick up my van again all the way in Melborne he will be there in 45 minutes his timeliness is insanely fast. He is also transporting my painters at the same time and going above and beyond for us to get the van to the mechanic shop for a quick repair so we can get back to work. his price is excellent as well if you need help with your vehicles and your broken down, no matter what the case, I would not go anywhere else this guy is on his game and his company and team are amazing

Riding home from the Lauderdale airport early Saturday morning on the north bound turnpike, I blew out a tire….. just minutes after pulling over Luis with LI Care appeared and offered his roadside service. He was friendly and eager to help me out. The price was affordable, even for a holiday weekend. I had already called for help, but with Luis right there, it made no sense to wait so I cancelled the help. In about 25 minutes I was back on the road. Luis had all the tools and equipment ready, just as if I was at a body shop. Super pleased with the speedy service and the fact that the pricing was not crazy. Luis gave me his card and I am already sharing the company info with friends. Outstanding experience. 100% recommend.
