We stared using this company for our condominium association a few months ago and this association has been here for many years .
During those years we have used several towing truck companies but none of them has give us the service and the prompt response that magic has give us.
Tonight December 1st I requested services and waiting minutes they were here.
I spoke with the driver which was very polite and reasonable and I have no words to describe the confidence and satisfaction that I have for picking up this company .
I parked my car in a business parking lot and i believe that the owner of that building is combined with this towing company to scam people, because they don't have a sign in the parking lot, they have an old sign on a wall on the right side of the parking lot, about 7-10 meters away from the parking lot, the sign is not visible and is unreadable because is faded and is on a side, not in the front of the parking lot. This company is a scam, they don't listen and don't have any manners, I feel sorry for his daughter, you can see from miles away that she is not happy helping her dad to do that they do.
They have a bunch of signs in the front that will make you cry of anger after reading it
One star is too much for this “business”, there should an option for no stars. Scam artist is a compliment to them; unscrupulous is more up their alley. Their fee chart doesn’t tell the whole story of how much you’ll really end up paying. They prefer cash and refused to take card. Not sure why Osceola County Sheriff’s Office does business with them. Beware!!!
Horrific experience. Got out of the ER had to walk there from the hospital. Stood there all night because my phone was in my car. Got my phone and had to walk a couple miles both ways to in June just out of the ER to get money to get my car out as my phone died. Asked to take my car to get the money would have gladly left anything in my possession for collateral just for a 5 minute drive. Nope.
It's a tow scam as well involving a few offices and businesses. If this place tows you and you honestly feel you didn't deserve it then you probably didn't.
Towed my deceased brothers car and told me
On the phone when I asked can I pick it up “ no I gott be my brother and I said but he is deceased and he said oh well “ I than asked can I speak to somebody higher than him and he said “ look up to god that’s the only person higher than me , because I’m the owner “ I feel so disrespected and hurt because that car was the last thing I had of my brother and they towed it and is being very heartless . Mind you the car was in my residency where I own my house . They lied and said the owner of the complex told them to come get it and I spoke to the owner and they said they never spoke to anyone ! These people is very rude and heartless and scam artist and for them to talk about my deceased brother in that manner is very nasty and karma is real !
Straight scam artist, the owner is one burguer away from being 400lbs, they dont hesitate to damage your car and tow you while being on visitor parking. Shame on them but karma comes with time , what goes around goes around , even the kid is overweight with all the burguers and popcorn with caramel they eat, this place is the scum of the earth, praying and taking advantage of the people that live day by day, Im taking you to the BBB and the office of the state attorney.
Don't be fooled by fake reviews, these people arebscam artists who will get into lawfully parked vehicles inder the guise of them not having visitor parking permits and substantiate their falsehoods by taking videos not of the parking area they got the vehicle from but within their parking area where they bring the vehicles. They know what thaey're doing is illegal and think people are naive enough to fall for the excuses they use. They will target out of town plates whenever possible....watch out for th3se scammers
I had to be in this decadent wretched place only because they towed my car that was in a visitor parking with a permit. After I explains the situation, a guy who is half Big Mac from a heart attack went to my car “to check if the permit was in there”, he came back to the office, broke a paper, threw it away and said “there was no permit” when obviously he found it and threw it away right in front of me, he forced me to pay the fee after he threatened me saying that he was going to sell my car if a didn’t pay in 7 days. Not even by mistake get close to this place, and if you have to because they stole your car, stay away from a dude with short gray hair, a weird and disgusting attempt at a beard, about 6’3 and as I said, half Big Mac from a heart attack.
My gosh. All these good reviews this place is getting I know it’s fake. If I can give this place a zero I would. Better yet if I can get them negative star, I would. Never in my life have I experience such poor customer service and such racism. Unfortunately, for me today my car was towed by those monsters. I called and the skinny short guy told me it was $135. I was like ok.When I got there less then 30 minutes this guy lied and said he told me $175. Not true because my sister also called and he told her the same price he told me $135. Not only are they liars but they are scammers. They are using their business to steal from innocent people who’s car we’re wrongfully towed. They have their guys camped out prying on car to tow and charge ridiculous fees to release the car. And they boast about how they also work with the law reinforcements. If you’re ever in the Kissimmee FL area and your car gets towed, pray to God it’s not towed by them. If that’s the case then you might as well leave the car because literally it’s not work dealing with those monsters.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They’re very racist and extremely rude . They tell you one price over the phone and once you get there they give you another price . They stay upping their price . They dishonest and money hungry. We are living in 2022 who doesn’t take cards now days . Apparently they don’t . Cash only… this place is more of a shady scam business . Please stay away .
Witnessed the poor quality service and suspicious operations when Magic Tows towed and stored my brother-in-law’s trailer with multiple bikes. They charged for storage of the trailer and bikes, wanted cash payment only, and when asked under what law they could charge for the bikes-even though they didn’t take up any storage space-they couldn’t provide an answer. Cash only is also very suspicious. The physical space is rather seedy and we all got bug bites. Be prepared for the worst dealing with this outfit.
I have just had one of the worst experiences in my life with Magic Tows. They towed my open car trailer from my condo in Kissimmee Florida while I wasn't there. The car trailer had 6 vintage trikes on it that I was taking to mecum auction. Long story short the charged me $2267 for towing and storage. They charged for trailer and 6 bikes...like it were 7 different tows...although the bikes on the trailer did not take up any more space than the trailer itself. Then they only take cash, no credit card. Being from Pennsylvania but in Florida I had to scramble to get the cash. Furthermore their location reminded me of being in the Florida Everglades .... see pics. I had so may bug bites from being there I am still treating them days later. Beware this place is a RIP OFF TOTALLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. I will be filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office to try to prevent others from being subjected to this horrible situation.
I was really impressed with them. I was trying to get a tow from another company (recommended by my dealer) but they weren't able to get a truck out to me and recommend Magic Tow as someone THEY trusted. They said they'd have someone out to me in about an hour and arrived at my house within 45 minutes.
I have a Prius that won't start, and couldn't even be shifted out of neutral. Matthew (tow truck driver) was able to pick it up from my driveway and get it onto the truck with no problems. I asked him how long he'd been driving a tow truck and he said ten years. That experience really showed in how well he handled what I was afraid was going to be a very difficult situation.
Car arrived at the dealer with no problems, car in great shape. I'd use them again!
I would advise against doing business with this company by all means. Every person that I dealt with with this company is rude. Damage was done to my car when they towed it and damage was done to my Brothers car when we went to go pick it up. Just today they were towing cars out of the parking lot in my apartment complex and they were blocking me in. I went up to him and politely asked him to move his vehicle so I could leave mine. He said no
The guy with dreads and shorts came to my house while I was washing my driveway at the end of the road and said that I could not leave my car in front of the house because otherwise it would be towed. Why are you guys bothering with homeowners at The Tapestry community while people are mowing their lawn or washing their driveway? Enforce the law when there is nobody around their cars and the cars are parked at the wrong spots and quit harassing the homeowners while they are right in front of their vehicles. What a shame!!!
When you need a vehicle towed, it's not always a planned event. We had the distinct pleasure of using the service of magic tows for our box truck. The telephone exchange was outstanding and the on site service was even better. Please don't hesitate to use this company. They are exactly what you need when you need them!
Called the owner from Indiana in need of an emergency tow over 2 hours away from Magic Tows. The owner and Sam went into action and had drivers on their way to drive a truck with a camper attached, back to their business. Treated with respect and professional manner in our time of complete stress. Forever grateful Thank You
My family and I decided to take a trip 2 hours north from home to fun spot for the day, come to find out our car was not starting. Freaking out all day magic tows new exactly what to do. The guys were so patient after me calling and canceling about 4 times . David came out within 20 min of me calling and was so helpful. He was the nicest person we had encountered all day. He put our minds at ease and fixed the problem. I definitely recommend Magic Tows.
The person over the phone was very polite and helpful. David is the name of the man who towed my car. David was very courteous and awesome. The prices are great. I would definitely recommend Magic Tows LLC to anyone in need of a tow and would call them again if I need one.
They are there when ya need them. It's like magic! Lol
The guys have helped me out of a jam a couple of times. I've even bought a couple of cars off of them. Sam and Dave are some good God loving fellas that picked me up when my little white Cherokee broke down. Dave got there in a few short minutes and was careful when hooking my jeep. Got it up on the roll back and towed it back to my house so I could get it fixed. Thanks guys.
My vehicle was stolen and the officer advised me to pick up the vehicle the following day. I arrive the next day around noon and my bill is $258. I understand everyone has to make money but these people are clearly taking advantage of their position. Pretty ridiculous
Bought my latest car here. Super easy to deal with. Friendly and went out of the way to make my car buying experience easy. They always have something new. Give them a look.
This is a very rundown, sketchy place. They only accept cash, and it was Sunday and all the banks were closed l so they basically stole my car for the day until I could give them cash and cash only. $200 cash. These people are actual thieves and the government will use them to save their own asses some money. Something needs to be done about this place. I hope they realize they are the Devil, plain and simple.
Called multiple other tow companies and went straight to voicemail. These guys picked right up quoted me a price. They showed up within the time frame they gave me and the driver was great. Most importantly no surprise price change at the end.
Definitely a establishment built on racism. They yelled at me for trying to get my car out of their junkyard. I had to come in at 9 a.m, take out a loan and lose half a paycheck to get to the window and they accuse me of "arguing" and being "aggressive". They have demeaning signs in the front. Offered to call the "police" to "throw my ass out". When i asked if he was racist he got angry and came out to the front to yell at me. As soon as i take my phone out to record he walks in and says i angrily accused him of being racist. I simply asked because i felt offended and felt that if i was white it would have been a different scenerio. I had my girlfriend there as well, who is white and all of this is on camera. I would not expect a good service from these people as all the people that work inside the office are indeed white. I don't care that you worked there for 40 years, i care that you treat me equal as a human being and equal under the law. I am a legal citizen and i have freedom of speach and if you try to take that away from anyone, that's illegal. They literally charged me an extra day for this whole situation. Immature and terribly ran.
Magic Tows are pretty amazing!! Their Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The tow truck was right on schedule and Dave did a great job in the small task of rearranging a vehicle for me in my garage. The customer service is fantastic and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Sam and Dave for your great customer service and fast service.

The tower was on time, he was actually there before the estimated arrival. He gave a call before showing up after requesting for him to come. He was very courteous. Got everything done in a timely manner.

How can anyone say anything positive about this place ? They are theives , period . At that, they were rude when I called to inquire about the address to retrieve my vehicle . When I arrived and stood outside to look at their prices posted outside of the window they jumped out and said what do you want and told me to park that thing (the car I came in) up somewhere . It's atrocious how we were treated. Customer service ? Not here . Watch out for this company . Seemingly racist if you ask me . The signs in front of their "establishment " tell it all .
