I called to make sure they had the car i needed they confirmed, then they asked what part i needed i told them it was a oil filter housing for the transmission, everywhere else they charge 6.99 for it. They said no i cant sell you that cause then noone will want to buy the transmission its either you buy the whole transmission or you cant buy it at all, i kindly left it at that and said, okay nevermind thank you. If you have a salvage yard being specific on what parts you sell to people, especially if they just went and took the part out and now have to be rejected, will leave you without business. Went to another yard and got it no problem. I recommend osceola salvage, orlando pull and pay or central florida u pull. I dont recommend this yard.

Thieves! Thieves! Thieves! After some else crash my daughters car. This towed company came and hook the car up. I told the driver of the tow truck that I wanted my car towed to a specific auto chop and he said NO I will take it mine. I ask him why? he said those where the rules! I told him I did no agreed with that and my preferred chop was down the street (1.3miles away)and he said no b/c he had to prove the car was mine. I told him I could provide the license and registration and he said NO it can not be done like that. (the cops where there like 15 feet away) I have to take it to my shop put it in the computer and then they can release the car after i can prove its yours. The driver did not give me anymore options just for him to take my car to his junk yard against my will got on the truck and left me standing there. I went to the officer that was handling the crash the officer called the dispatcher and then he brought the car back after 45 minutes and said the driver should have giving me options. So this drive obviously lied and took the my car against my will to a destination that I did not agreed on. In my opinion that should or it is illegal!! The officer told the driver that he should only charge me for hooking up the car and guess what! The driver charge me $125 for just hooking up a car. There is no company in Florida that charges that amount for just hooking up a car. What a rip off and disrespectful thing to do! FORCE YOU TO TAKE YOUR CAR WHERE EVER THEY WANT AND LIE!

normally my experiences have been pretty good, until today when I arrived at 3:20 pm only to be turned away they said that they close at 3:30 pm, however the sign in the window would lead you believe otherwise as it clearly states that they close at 4:00 pm on Saturdays. I don't know what kind of business acts this way and I am not sure that I will return I was furious. after posting I realized that even this web site says that they are open till 4 pm

So I spent all day calling junk yards this was the only place that had the right engine from my truck I drove 2 hours that morning I read all the comments and it spooked me big time but I went for it I get there the owner helped me stopped what he was doing to pull a motor out of the truck for me after we got it started and running it was a totally great experience the people were cool I think all these comments are just it's all about decisions you chose to buy the motor you should investigated more you should have made sure it ran before you bought it it's just common sense I have zero complaints pretty cool place

Horrible place I wouldn't recommend anyone take over here ever since they the original owners left and and the new owners took over they've been scandalous went in there to buy alternator for my car received the wrong one a couple days later when I went to put it in figure it out that was the wrong one came to return they said a new used one will be sent to me next day comes they never call I called them they said they'll call me back then I'll call me back when I called them back before they close they said a new used one will be sent out the next day because of the one that came in was broken next day comes around they never call the part that was supposed to be delivered never delivered I come in and talk to them and they're trying to give me the runaround wasting my time and money for no reason and then they came to a conclusion that if I pay an extra $30 on top of what I already paid for the 53.50 with tax that it would resolve the problem. My only thing is that they're literally the same kind of alternator just position differently meaning the screw holes are lining up in different positions so the other one wouldn't work for me and when I talk to them the first time around there is no upcharge and because I kept on coming and complaining I think that's the only reason why they're trying to take another $30 out of me. So in conclusion I would not recommend anyone to come here or waste your time or purchase anything off of them

Stay away from these thieves!!! Used to do plenty of business with them before they changed ownership. Now they wont even honor a company credit of $25, they don't return phone calls and put any effort into their job! Poor, poor, poor customer service. Definitely been on a downward spiral since these new guys took over.

Please be aware the owner Manuel A. De Jesus is a crook and liar I went to purchase a motor from them and was informed that it was a running motor upon my mechanic attempting to place the motor in the vehicle they sold a blown engine then told me it was sold as is but according to my receipt it stated different. Do not purchase anything I repeat anything from these vile individuals scums all they look to do is hustle you out of money and will give you the run around.

When I was stranded on the turnpike I called and Pope was so patient in getting a tow truck out to me. He also got me a working distributor to get me back on the road. Rich installed my distributor. Everyone there was so patient and kind.

Absolutely Terrible!.. I know its a Junk Yard so you shouldnt expect much but when your customer service is as bad as their's Im amazed that they are still in business, I went today to get a simple part for my '12 Durango which is a pretty standard part in older models as well before I could finish my sentence he was already cutting me off telling me he cant do anything like he was to busy to even hear me out, there was no one else there so they sure as heck werent busy. I would highly recommend going to Osceola Auto Salvage which is only 3 miles down the road, their service was a lot better, with a lot better selection I was in and out in less then 20 minutes with the part I needed!

Went there to get some used parts and the inventory was very limited and cars from 2007 and older, have to pay to enter and they didn’t have tools for rent, take your own tools with you. Not worth the trip
