I love coming to Osceola Auto salvage they pay the highest in Osceola county for scrap metal i've never been over to the auto side I mostly just bring scrap metal I'm a regular I come almost every day to bring scrap metal.
These guys helped me get rid of the last Kia I will ever buy because their cars are terrible. They made the process extremely smooth and easy as the car was registered in another state, told us exactly what we had to do to be able to get money for it. Thanks!

I want to thank Mr. Jose, worker in the engine transmission picking up area, the other day I was there, to pick up a transmission and it was raining, very kind, very polite n positive,he gave me the protected and covered transmission, marked what car it was, and under the water he helped me put it in my vehicle, without complaints, I have to return one day of this to thank him personally, good worker
Called about an ignition coil, they said the parts guy might have one set aside. Went and Pedro identified it in a split second and had me on my way for $15. Worked perfectly!

Henry is outstanding for his customer service. Got my car parts, reasonable pricing, and made sure this customer was happy and had correct parts unlike a previous salvage yard down the road giving me the wrong parts, and not all the parts required ( 2 trips with rental truck $$ forgot to give me all the parts I paid for and nearly paying more )! They did refund eventually.
They are the best! One and only place I go for my used auto parts . They are friendly, helpful and there Prices are affordable. I highly recommend!

Amazing service. I've never experienced honesty and the integrity from a salvage yard like I have from the folks at Osceola Auto Salvage. Even the yard guys are very helpful. I bought a motor that had some issues and these guys made it right. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
There were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. As a Black man this is always a delight to be treated well from the start.
They directed me exactly where I needed to go in the yard. Prices are fair. If I ever need a salvage part again I will definitely use them.
Get there 30 mins before closing time they only let me do bid scale because poor baby’s didn’t think they would get home on time always something with the woman there they are the nastiest people you will ever meet!!! Always have a attitude with everyone I’ve seen them talk to!! Management needs to look into replacing some of these woman they got working there because looks to me like they don’t like their job!!! Lady’s if you hate what your doing then maybe you should find something that you like……

We mostly come to drop off scrap metal and aluminum. Best prices around. There are usually a couple of guys at the scale to help unload your stuff. That's a big help. Never a problem here.
You're given the slip to bring to the office so you can get paid. The guys here are great. Also when getting your money, they round up. So no change is given. No other place does that.

Excellent customer service! I was looking for a bumper for my daughter's 2005 Honda Accord. I couldn't find it anywhere for a decent price. These guys had the part! They even pulled it off for me and only charged me $40.00 total! I'll always look here first in the future. The guys were all really nice!
When ever I call for a part they are polite and friendly. If they don't have it they help find someone that does. They are on my speed dial now. Thanks for the great service

I made a number of calls this morning to find parts for my Lincoln Navigator and was relieved when I spoke with Steve at Osceola Auto Salvage. He was friendly and genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. At one point I was put on hold and even the hold recording was entertaining. I have never ended a hold with a smile. He found what I needed except for one part so he asked if he could call me back so he could try to find it elsewhere. He called me back shortly after and gave me the name and number of a place that had it orlando. Thank you for the excellent service Steve.
