If your looking to junk a car call this place!!! I called this morning at around 9 and they came out same day at 11:30 very punctual on time .They are very fast and reliable.they are very professional and have excellent communication and customer service. The driver that came out was very helpful and nice . He was professional and informative of my vehicle and what was not original parts on it. He gave a thorough overview of the parts that were not original and when I asked for future advice on how to tell if parts are not original he gave honest advice which is very appreciated. I would definitely 100% recommend this company and would use them again if I have to in The future.
BEWARE! They will give you a quote on the phone then lower it after! He said the catalytic converter wasn’t the original and because I needed to start work I didn’t take the time to look it up. The converter was the original and he lied to try and only offer me $200. I should have just kept the car and found someone else to sell my car to!
I had the unfortunate circumstance, losing a car to a transmission issue. I called All Car Buys and was quoted $500 on the phone providing the inspection yielded nothing unforeseen. I already had the Car towed to the pick up location as I was having it inspected first to see if it could be repaired. So I arrived in another vehicle. The tow truck driver seemed pleasant enough and kind. He did ask how long I own the car which I’ve only had it for four years. He took pictures underneath the car, and came out and said this catalytic converter should look like this other picture he shows me and he shows me a picture of one from a completely different model car. Tells me it’s aftermarket and that he’s gonna knock off a couple hundred dollars. What he didn’t realize is, I knew the history of the car and I knew that was the original catalytic converter. It belonged to my deceased son. I’m not an idiot. He gets on the phone and he tries to act like he’s working on my behalf to get me more money. He told the office I took an Uber to the location and I needed the money for a new car. Part of the performance as I call it. So he said, could we give them a little more and they uped anti a little bit. The conversation with the office and him as well as myself went on for a few minutes as he continued to act like he was negotiating on my behalf. I finally settled for $100 less than was quoted. So beware of bad acting and sneaky dishonesty from this business. I should have walked and called someone else. I was just over it however. Praise the Lord I didn’t need the money. Many others in similar situations might.
Be very careful doing business with this company. I called them about 2 junk SUVs I wished to sell. They gave me a quote of $275 each, but when Augusto picked them up he said he could only pay $50 each because the Catalytic Converters were "after market" (not true). Reading other reviews, this is a scam tactic they use repeatedly. It's too late for me, as this confused me and I accepted the payment (dumb, I know), but please don't let it happen to you. After Augusto left I realized I had been scammed. I called the office to ask for my vehicles back, but the angry woman that answered the phone said that I had signed off on the sale and the vehicles belonged to them now (true). They deny tricking and scamming customers this way, but just take some time to read their negative reviews and you will read about their "after-market Catalytic Converters " scam over and over again. I reported them to the BBB, and the office of the attorney general.
Extremely professional & easy to work with, from first call, payment, to pick up. I let them know our need was urgent, as our HOA wasn’t being understanding & going to tow car that had broken down.
They had someone here within the hour; the very same day! We are so incredibly thankful. Staff was very kind, and the gentleman that picked up the car was just that. A gentleman, who seemed to really enjoy his job, despite it being such tough work. Thank you so much for your help & getting us more money for the car than we expected!!

If you are looking to junk your car save yourself time and just contact this company. They gave me double the cash anybody else offered. The staff are amazing! Dilma answered my phone call & she was so kind &patient, answering my questions, she is the sweetest person & immediately scheduled the driver Andrew to come check out my Jeep. Andrew the driver well that is my new best friend not only is he awesome, easy to talk to,understanding & patient (I currently was using my Jeep as a storage unit and so he had to wait a little bit while I cleared it out he was helping me and all) I immediately felt at ease with him and his honesty it's rare to find a company that is completely honest with you about the pricing and my jeep was destroyed from my 11-year-old son who has autism spray painted the whole thing and Andrew and I had a good laugh about that. Please do not hesitate you're not going to get a better deal for your junk car anywhere thank you guys so much I will recommend you to all my friends!
