This is the second vehicle I bring to Tires Plus located at 816 West Vine Street Kissimmee, FL. They did a fantastic job on my 2002 GMC Yukon a few months ago with a wheel alignment. I came back with my 2010 Ford Expedition for four new tires and a wheel alignment and again they did a phenomenal job. I got four new tires with a 70k tread wear rating at a great price, and they gave me a discount for being a veteran. I downloaded the Tires Plus app on my phone and received an additional discount. The manager John and Technician Alfred were awesome. I will definitely recommend Tires Plus to all of my friends and family. If you are a veteran or active military, Tires Plus will thank you for your service by granting you a discount on your next set of tires and wheel alignment. The customer service at the TiresPlus location in Kissimmee is very professional. The technicians are respectful and take excellent care of my car whenever it needs repairs. The costs for all repairs are transparent, and the work to be performed is explained in detail before any repairs are conducted.

The four stars is only due to their limited ability to address a serious electrical problem in a 96' Toyota Camry. Otherwise they were so incredibly helpful! Timely and eager to assist me with my cars needs. John was especially kind. I'd Def recommend for maintenance and repair for common problems.

We’ve been bringing our fleet vehicles to Tires Plus for years, spending tens of thousands of dollars annually on maintenance and oil changes. Your team has always been part of keeping our operations running smoothly, which is why we were surprised by our most recent experience.
Today, one of our vans was brought in for service and was quoted at what seemed to be an unusually high price for the recommended work. After obtaining multiple quotes from other shops — all of which came in at less than half of what we were quoted here — we chose to have the work done elsewhere.
I spoke with service advisor John regarding this matter, but unfortunately, the interaction left us disappointed. He was not very understanding of our concern and appeared to dismiss the fact that we’ve been long-standing, loyal customers. When I asked if a discount could be applied for the inspection that was performed at $107.38, he declined and also stated that we haven’t brought in any vehicles in the past six months — which is inaccurate according to the records they, as well as we, have on file.
We value the relationship we’ve built with Tires Plus and hope this was an isolated experience, however after the interaction today I think we're taking our business elsewhere.Nov 12, 2025 -

I must say the Staff is very professional and work efficiently to get customers in and out quickly. Josiah made my visit quick and easy, just ask for him when you check in. Road hazard repair in under 25 minutes. Love it!!!!!

John and David were wonder and help resolve an issue with tires. I had and issue finding this location because i could not see the company sign before I got to the first entrance. I had to slow down way before GPS told me to turn. If you going at normal speed you will stillmiss it because the tree or bushes are blocking veiw of tire plus building and lot. Really should look into that.

2 and a half hours for a fleet rental van account oil change
Called and got told I would be in and out and waited 2 and a half hours for a basic oil change
Then when I asked why the front desk guy told me it took 45 minutes to just lift in the air
While waiting I could here guy in the back laughing and singing seems like they weren’t doing much actual work
What experienced mechanic needs 45 minutes to lift a darn van in the air ?

I’ve been getting my tires at TiresPlus for over ten years, mainly at this location. I always shop around and find that they always give me the best price, but more importantly, great service. The guys at the Kissimmee location always work with me in regard to scheduling and get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for your professionalism and being able to rely on you.

It was my first experience, and I didn't like it. There was a lack of transparency regarding costs and details about what would be done. At the end, they added warranty, alignment, and other costs that I hadn't requested. They also returned the car with completely underinflated tires.

John was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My flat tire was not fixable for safety reasons, and they notified me promptly, offering me good options to replace the tire. Fortunately, I have insurance that will cover it at this time, but I will definitely return here in the future. Thank you, Tire Plus!

I stopped in today to get my tire patched and the manager (the redhead) there told me the nail was in there beyond repair and I’d need a new tire. Meanwhile I told him that’s not true because the Hyundai dealership/shop with licensed mechanics said it was “fixable” and they were going to patch it but wanted to charge me $45 so I didn’t do it there. Instead I trusted in tires plus to help me but they tried to take advantage of me and told me I needed a new tire. I hate businesses that take advantage of people. After I left there, I called my brother who was a mechanic & he patched it for me, now my car & tire runs perfectly fine. Shame on you tires plus! To know that management runs so unethical is disheartening and I will never return here. BEWARE and always get a second opinion. BY THE WAY, this seems to be a common thing with this tires plus, there’s other people leaving negative reviews on here about the same “nail scam”.

I just really wanna thank Harry, Jeremy and George for the above excellent and professional service that they offered. They took care of my 350z like if it was their own. They took the entire front end off the replace the radiator support and gave me back my car better than is was before. Thanks gentlemen! A Job Well Done!!!

Went in for a routine alignment and 4 tire change. Left there and my car starts overheating. Looked under the hood and the radiator cap wasn't put back on correctly and the cap landed up breaking. Antifreeze splattered everywhere. Went to get a new one and put it on. On the way to work car stalled on me three times. Got to my work parking lot and checked under the hood again. Sure enough there was water and antifreeze everywhere which means the car overheated even with a new radiator cap. The car was perfectly fine besides the alignment and having a donut in the rear because of a flat i got the night before. This is really suspect and infuriating as now i have to call out of work and lose money because something was done to my car and now they have to fix it. I'll change my rating if they own up and fix the problem. Other than that avoid this place as it's not the way it used to be.

They asked me to bring the car back. Had to take a day off of work (without pay) and they checked it out. Turns out because i didn't know the cap was not on right and the car overheated the head gasket blew. Mechanic is not owning up to it, even though when they were diagnosing the car in front of me and he admitted it, i have to through a claim process and have an investigator come examine the car for them to pay for a new engine. I upped the rating one star because of Tina, who is the advisor in the front. She tried to make it right, but now that a screw up happened it's being taken cared of out of her pay rate. Now I'm out of a car until this investigation happens. Trying to get them to at least get a rental (on their expense) so i can at least go to work. This is unbelievable I understand we are all human and make mistakes, but at least own up to it and make it right. I would have no problem with hearing I'm sorry let us fix this.

They are back to one star because they refused to settle for fixing my car even though it was their fault. We negotiated to get it fixed with us giving them $100 to do the job, but the store manager decided to talk to his boss about it and was told they wouldn't do the deal because that would show they admitted they were at fault. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? It was your fault and you making a deal with us shows you're at fault. But now that the big boss was notified you wanna turn face again? They also lead us to believe they started the investigation as of the 6th when in fact nothing was done because they wanted to negotiate a deal. So now I'm without a car for work and this supposed district manager says they won't cover for a rental because that's not what they do My dad and i have been going to this location for almost 15 years now and they are officially trash as a business and not doing the right thing. AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE! I hope corporate responds again to this so they can see what terrible human beings these people are being. THEY ARE LITERALLY COSTING ME MY JOB NOW WITH NO CAR TO GO TO WORK IN.

So after six weeks their so called investigation that was supposed to take 3-5 days took 5 weeks and they DENIED the claim The investigator made the decision without even coming to my dad and i. The ONLY time he asked for anything was one email asking for the same pics you see here and the paperwork he already had access to. Here's the kicker though folks. When my dad went to tow the car back from their shop my license plate was missing. My dad asked the store manager where was it. His reply: "it was stolen". My dad asked when did it happen. His reply: "about a week and a half ago" in an i don't care, whatever not my problem kind attitude My dad was fuming as to why one of us weren't called about this or at the least the police called to make a report. All the stupid store manager kept doing was shrug his shoulders like a douche bag. My dad had to call the police and report our plates stolen. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
