I had a very bad experience with Pure Towing. My vehicle was damaged during the tow, and when I got it back, the engine light was on and the car would not move—none of these issues existed before. The driver was rude, refused to provide his name, and only gave a number. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and showed no concern for the damage caused. This company lacks accountability and professionalism. I would not recommend Pure Towing to anyone.
It took 30 minutes after being told it would take 10 minutes for the person to arrive. Spoke with man but woman arrived who was very unfriendly, unhelpful and lacked communication skills. The business refused to release a RENTAL and charged extra fees for customer not knowing requirements to retrieve vehicle as no requirements are posted. Business is a scam.
Extremely fast service! My daughter was waiting over 3.5 hrs from the company our roadside assistance called. These guys arrived in under 10 mins. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with this towing company! They arrived really fast and handled everything efficiently. The pricing was fair, and they were super nice and respectful to me and my vehicle. My car had no scratches or damage at all, and they made me feel completely at ease even though I was stuck in the middle of the road. You can tell they’re trustworthy and take pride in their work highly recommend them!
This company by far has had the best customer service Ive experience with any tow truck company. They don’t only tow cars, they got my mobile home picked up and dropped off with no issues!!! Would definitely recommend!! Exceptional service!
My car was towed by this company, and they mishandled it, causing visible damage. They told me to email photos of the damage so they could compare them with their own pictures, but I’ve received no response no email, no call back. Completely unprofessional. Someone needs to take responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. If necessary, I’ll report this company to the proper authorities. Do not do business with them they might be cheaper, but they’ll destroy your car in the process.
They don’t pick up the phone and when they do they are rude. Not for free not for any money no one should deal with this, this is no way to do business. I don’t recommend them to anyone at all.

Locked my keys in the car. AAA contacted them to assist me. At 7:30pm. Company called to let me know they wouldn't be able to get to me till 9:45pm. At 10:30pm I called them back asking how long the delay was going to be. I was told the driver should have already been there, that he would call the driver and see and give me a call back. Didn't hear back from him. At 11pm I called AAA they reached out to the company and was told, they couldn't find or get in contact with their driver. Ended up having to get a different service and they were there in 20 mins.
