Wow this company is horrible. I just saw the tik tok and ig videos of your racist driver threatening to hit someone with the truck then he proceeded to not take the payment!
Very Unprofessional company. I am still in shocked at how your employee acted he said $65 then $200 to drop my car. Is this how you guys are running your business??
Called someone to come out and unlock the keys from my vehicle. Dispatch said give him approximately 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes he called and finally showed up. I explained the situation, showed him that I already had an air bag in the door and attempted unlocking the vehicle. He quickly blew me off, and immediately went to do the same things I told him don’t work. (Hitting the unlock button, and attempting to open the handle. After being there five minutes he started asking about pay my wife informed him we can pay by Zelle or Card. He tried anther five minutes of still being unable to unlock the vehicle he says let’s take care of the payment now. We informed him that we were not paying him for a service he didn’t provide. He tried again maybe five more minutes before again asking for payment for SOMETHING THIS COMPANY COULDN’T DO. Poor customer service, poor service in general.
And I just needed a lock out, I couldn’t imagine letting these unprofessional people tow my car.
Highly recommend finding a better tow or lockout service.
Edited for owners!!! The call was placed Saturday! And there was absolutely 0 problems with the vehicle it is a 2023 with 11,000 miles and the locksmith we called had zero problems getting in!
Recieved great service from Tad's! Steve was the wrecker driver. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to get to where I was stranded. Communication was great. He made sure to check in with me and let me know how far out he was. I really appreciate Tad's as we have a big heavy duty pickup that a lot of tow companies shy away from especially that partner with AAA. They have the equipment. I highly recommend Tad's and will definitely request their company if I should need a tow in the future!
Steve was amazing! My car has an electronic brake and the other tow truck company left me stranded. Steve with Tad’s Towing came to my rescue. He is super experienced and knew what he was doing. He got my car safely to the place of destination. Thank you!
This company saved me this morning I appreciate them so much honestly my daughters car stopped in the middle of highway and I had no idea where I was located and they were so patient with me in helping me find the location am very grateful thank you so much.(Unlike the other company able towing they cancel didn’t let me know the cancel and stayed waiting for them for 3 hours ) thank you so much Tad’s towing service I was able to get my car out of the highway
I currently have more than 3 hours waiting for this company to show up....3 hours....I will never recommend this company....I wish they lose their agreement with my insurance company...horrible experience. Yes I got updates from you guys...first one said that driver was 30 to 60 minutes out. 2nd one was driver is 24 minutes out...them 7 minutes then 9 minutes then 7 minutes. In between we call you and the lady on the phone said I don't have a time frame to tell you...after 3 hours waiting...what a joke your company is horrible experience...will not recommend at all.
Absolute worst tow company in Osceola County. Do not call these guys for anything. I have AAA Plus which I've paid for over 20 yrs now.Thsy were dispatched to my AAA call January 31,2024. After wait for over 3 hours they finally arrive and then refuse to tow my car because it was in grass. Driver lied to dispatch claiming wet ground. He just wanted out of work.. Call anybody but them...
Jordan was an absolute Godsend with helping me with my tow. I had a lot of issues through the car insurance beforehand but he was very patient with me and very helpful while we were trying to figure out the car situation. He deserves to be recognized for this, I am very grateful.

My insurance company called Tad’s Towing to tow my car to a dealership. They were so kind and respectful. I lost my keys and the driver help search the areas before he had to tow off my car. Ken the manager was out standing. He was so empathetic to my situation. It is so nice to find a company with such tremendous customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs this this service.
We were stranded and our driver Miguel came and rescued us. He is amazing! Thoughtful and attentive, he was able to get us home faster than we expected. Really nice guy and great company. Great driver! No problems. Would call again.
They are the worst! The driver told my husband he knew where the mechanic was. My husband thought that he understood. The driver never said he could not take it there. Then we also had a friend tie the RV. The driver ended up bringing the truck to our home, not telling us he wasn't going to mechanic. Also when asked to move it since he was blocking where the RV needed to be parked, he sped off not moving the vehicle. Four adults observed the rude driver and we couldn't believe it. NEVER USE THEM.
I've just moved to the area. Like clockwork I had an appointment and walked out to flat tire. I don't know how to change tires. I have AAA. I called AAA. They sent a tow truck rather than AAA road assistance just in case the tire needed to be replace and was not just a leaking air issue. Turns out the tire was bad.
The driver's name was Devan.
He was great. He was professional, personable, got me to the mechanic safely. Made sure I got in and out of the tow truck safely.
I believe when somebody does a good job they should be praised for what they did. So Tad's towing just know that your driver is a keeper.
Brandon and my experience with Tad’s towing was amazing. Towed my car from Orlando area to Ft. Lauderdale and made it on record time. The car was already on my driveway when he rang the door bell to hand me my car keys and let me know he had arrived. He was very careful when loading the car into the tow truck in Orlando and I’m sure he was when bringing it down too. Thank you! You earned my business moving forward. Highly recommended. A+++
I had an experience with Tad’s Towing through AAA. I got my car stuck in a ditch, and when I called AAA, they assigned Tad’s Towing. When I called Tad’s to find out an ETA I spoke with Michelle. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant on the phone. She explained the process to me and explained where the tow driver was in relation to where She also let me know that I was next on his queue. When the tow truck driver arrived, who’s name is Brandon, he was phenomenal as well. He was very helpful in getting my car out of the ditch and back onto the road. Everything was very pleasant and done with ease and efficiency would highly recommend this towing company, especially both Michelle and Brandon five stars for both of them across-the-board.
I really appreciated the service from Tad’s Towing. Although AAA recommended them to me the first time I used them, I will use them from now on. Friendly, professional, and safe service. Very helpful and very appreciated!
not good service I ask to place my pickup on my property because I leave in a HOA community, they told me they are not allow so I call the office they told me if the driver thinks is not save they would not doit I told them that I have grass and a lot off good space, it was grass, they did not care and they where going to leaved at my neighbors property I don't like to give bad reviews.
I would call my car insurance to report this I don't want there service ever again.

Very satisfied with the service I received today. Blew a tire on my van while on the highway, contacted my insurance and within minutes was called by the Dispatcher who provide me with an accurate estimated time of arrival and that the tow driver would contact me shortly. The tow driver “Bear” called and updated me on his time of arrival, he arrived onsite before estimated time and got me to a tire shop that the dispatcher had already found before his arrival to where I was located. Thanks for the great customer service and professionalism.
AAA sent my tow request to Tad's Towing @7pm with an ETA of 10:45 pm. I called Tad's directly to verify the ETA...and Tad's informed they would not even be able to come to assist me until the following day, all booked through midnight.They had told AAA not to send anymore requests.
....AAA then proceeded to cancel on me not once but twice. Their reason: Due to IAN we are only towing 10 miles, yeah 10 miles. Couldn't have told me at 7pm...WOW! AAA left me in the dark an hour from home; where my car was left as well; overnight..no AAA. I called Tad's directly and set up out of pocket tow for the next morning; smooth like butter; the service was GREAT!
AAA is most definitely not what is used to be!!

Called AAA for road side assistance. My car needed to be towed so Tad s got the job. First they said it will be 90 minutes, but nothing happened. So I called Tads directly and they said an hour estimated time so I asked them to give me 30 minutes heads up to be there to meet driver with key. 2 hours went by and no call or nothing so called again just to hear them say that job was completed. I said no way! My car still sitting there and I never got a phone call. Tads representatives said they showed up and driver called me I said I was out of town. WHAT A JOKE! The made me miss work due to waiting for them to complete job, which they didn't. On top of that they said I needed to called AAA to set up a pick up order again. Triple AAA should reconsider who they partner with. This company wants to make easy money due to them collecting payment for just "showing up ". BUYER BE AWARE!
Absolutely horrible! My wife, 2 year old son and I broke down around 12. Tad's Towing was contacted around 12:30 through our insurance company. We waited 4 hours for them. We got a notification via text through Tad Towing saying they would be arriving soon. We wait another 30 minutes and after no arrival I called Tad's Towing. They told us they only had one driver so we would have to wait another hour and a half. We waited about another 40 minutes and we get told through my insurance that Tad's Towing canceled on us without a reason. Absolutely horrible company, who makes a stranded family wait over 5 hours before canceling. Absolutely disgusting
Called AAA to have my car towed. They were using tads towing to have my car towed to a shop. Their driver decided to say that I denied their service and canceled my towing without even making it out to my house. I have never dealt with anyone blatantly lying like this. AAA confirmed this with me and said it was common with this towing company. This is after already waiting 2 hours. If you are referred this company through AAA towing quickly request a different one. I live locally within 20minutes of their towing service.
I just want to update my review. After many hours of research, we were able to contact the owners wife. This woman has been nothing short of an angel. She showed true compassion and helped me retrieve my medication from the car. She also kindly explained the error on my part. Errol and Luis were very helpful and kind in assisting in the process. We called today at 9:30 am and it’s 3:30 pm and they never showed up to tow our truck. Very unprofessional and not dependable. Incredible Will never use them again. We had to cancel and call another company to come get us. To think AAA referred this company. I read your review and no excuse to why the time kept getting pushed back every time we called to find out what time your company was coming. The other company came within 30 minutes. No consideration to the fact that we sitting out there for hours.
Nice dispatcher but after waiting 3 hours, she told me 40 minutes, after another hour, AAA said they cancelled my request and the time stamp was before I spoke to them. Why didn't they have the respect and tell me? Everyone makes mistakes but it's how we handle them that makes the difference. Their are 100 towing companies in our area, no need to go through this.
I typically don't write a lot of reviews but I felt like this time I needed to make an exception. To start off with I would like to thank Benny Morell from Tad's Towing who went well beyond his job to have my car towed to the dealership for repairs. He was so kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had. I have never had my car towed before so it was such a relief to get someone that was so nice. I would highly recommend Tad's Towing and maybe you too will have the pleasure of meeting Benny.
Just want to leave an awesome review for Chris, the night shift tow truck driver. He is extremely cool and professional, was very careful with my vehicle which is lowered, and got me and my vehicle home safely. Very courteous and knowledgeable. This is my second time using Tad’s Towing and I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again Chris, you did an amazing job!
The staff here was very accommodating - I got a flat tire in a rental car and Chris was in touch with me directly for several hours after the rental car company had him wait extra time to pick up a replacement car (this was after all tire service stores had closed for the night) and then drove it to me 100 miles away. He worked an entire night to make sure I my car was towed and I safely had a replacement car by the morning. Would recommend his service to anyone stranded due to car problems. Thanks to him I got where I needed to go!
I had the misfortune of my vehicle being struck by lightning on i95. I do have AAA, but I have a large 1 ton pickup. I was instructed by AAA to leave the vehicle on the side of the road as it would be about 2 hours before the contractor tow agency would be able to move the vehicle. The initial call to AAA was at 630pm. After several calls to AAA all night long, they did not call me, and at least 2 other tow companies that attempted to tow the truck with INFERIOR and UNDERSIZED equipment, as evidence by the notes... vehicle too heavy to pull from rear, need "skates" as vehicle was in park... Tad's Towing was contacted by AAA to move it. This was now 430am...10 hours after the first call to AAA. The Tad's Towing driver not only called me and said he was in the way, that he had the proper truck to do the job but also followed up by calling to inform me he had the vehicle and was on his way to the dealer. He also followed up with a call stating he had another driver take over the run, and then that driver also called me with an ETA. When the truck arrived at the dealership, the Tad's Towing driver called me and told me where he had dropped it off. Tad's Towing did the job safely, with communication. Thank you very much.
Used them with my AAA membership. Arrived before scheduled time. Took great care loading my classic car. Delivered promptly to the designated repair shop. Driver very polite.
