This company was amazing with my absolute time of need. They came right away and reassured and assisted me promptly. I needed a tow to my dealership due to a flat. Monster towing offered me the best price. They were timely, professional, and careful with loading and unloading my car. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them if I ever need towing services in the future.

I ended up on the side of the road with a blown out tire and contacted BMW roadside assistance. Monster towing came out to handle the tow and went ABOVE and BEYOND throughout the entire process. Joey was professional and prompt. He called to confirm pickup location and inform approximately how long it would take for him to get to me. Upon arrival he promptly called and explained entire process. Since this was the first time I’ve ever use roadside assistance all the information was very helpful.

Called monster towing who put me in contact with Joey who called me right back to set up time for towing next morning. showed up 30 minutes early ready to go. could not be more pleased with his service and professionalism because i trusted him with my 56 classic ford truck. absolutely blown away by his professionalism and work ethic. Note I had reservations about towing companies and I can’t say enough about Monster towing and Joey. They are the Best. Would recommend for anyone with classic cars as they have Top Notch equipment and drivers. If I could give more than 5 stars to Joey I would- treated me like family and I will definitely be using them to haul my classic cars.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - NO CARE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE! On September 12th around 5:54pm, Monster Towing and Road Services came to pick my Cadillac CTS. My car would not go into drive or reverse. My car was under the original certified pre owned warranty, so Cadillac sent this company to pick up my car. While trying to get my car on the towing truck, the company rammed my car into a curb and caused damage to the underside of the bumper, along with several scratches/bumps (just watch the first video). The driver (Joey) seemed incredibly nice, until this happened. I asked for his drivers license and insurance information (business, personal). He refused multiple times while on the phone with the owner of the company. After the third time asking him, I then called the cops to deal with things. As you can see in the police report, they described what happened, and I finally received their information. After this, I was put into touch with the owner of Monster Towing services (Miguel Arce). Hoping for the best, I was met with the worst. The damage done to my car was downplayed. I was told I must just want money, and absolutely no responsibility was taken (I received zero dollars from this company for the damages they did). The screenshots attached are from my conversation with the owner of the company, Miguel (I blocked his number because I respect peoples privacy). I teach my children this basic principle: whenever you make a mistake, take full ownership/responsibility, no matter the cost! Sadly, this company did the polar opposite. They never sent any payment after providing 3 quotes. Instead, they continued to push me to use their people to “fix it for cheap”. As anyone who’s ever been in an accident knows, that’s not how things work. There was an incredible more amount of things said to me & more I could share, but this post simply sticks to all verifiable evidence - avoids “he said, she said”. I did not want to file a claim for obvious reasons - whenever I go to resell my car, now it will be on my car fax report which devalues my personal property. After Monster Towing’s denials, I filed a claim with evidence to my insurance and they ruled in my favor. In addition to the quote - paid for (see photos), the grand total in damage was $1,968.46. My car was finally fixed
& I picked it up December 9th, but again it will be de valued if I resell it. This was by far my worst experience dealing with a business. You can check my Google reviews - it takes a lot for me to write a negative review, however in this case I want to protect others from dealing with these people. My motivation in posting this is extremely simple: if one person reads this and avoids the nightmare that I had to go through in dealing with this company, then mission accomplished!
Joey D is amazing!!!!! Sunday 2:30pm after a church service, my car literally stopped working when I put the gear on reverse to leave my parking spot. Cadillac sent me a towing company that never showed up and canceled. @4:21pm I called again and they sent me Joey and he was so helpful and fast and did his best to make me laugh of the situation. Joey D was awesome. There was an issue with the dispatcher and he contacted me to explain the miscommunication and to assure me my vehicle would be picked up and dropped off at the BMW dealership in a timely manner. It got there safe and sound! He was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Our tow driver Joey D was so nice and patient. He was really careful while picking up my car. He took time to carefully take it out of my garage as it’s in a tight area and car was not easy to move out. He was excellent.

Fantastic experience. It’s never fun to have to tow a vehicle, but the driver, Abdiel was friendly and professional. What struck me most though was his care and emphasis on not damaging the vehicle. He did a phenomenal job. It was not an easy spot to get the vehicle out of and he took every measure to do it right. It was impressive.

Absolutely the best towing experience I've had! I'm an Automotive Technician and needed to move my Snap-On tool box to a new location. I called around and was told "No" a few times, then I called Monster. He said no problem! Showed up on time, very courteous and respectful of my toolbox. He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to performing this service. He took his time loading and securing all while knowing our investment is in his hands. This move requires special care because one wrong turn and down goes your livelihood. I highly recommend Monster if you need your toolbox moved. Excellent service!
My daughter's car battery had completely died and wasn't even able to be jumped so we couldn't get it to the dealership to have the oil changed. The week prior I witnessed a botched tow job by another towing company outside my house where I saw a car that sat a little lower have its front end ground into the pavement when the tow guy had his platform at too steep of an angle. Since my daughter's car sits about the same distance off the ground as that car, needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive about finding someone I could trust to safely load and unload it.
I called Monster Towing because of its good reviews and Miguel picked up right away. He gave me what I felt was a reasonable quote given the distance we needed her car towed and I agreed to have him do it. I then contacted him the next morning and he got to our home on time with great communication in between. He was super nice, friendly, beyond professional and without a doubt knew his stuff. He loaded her car carefully, even showed me where someone else had messed it up towing it incorrectly in the past, and made sure it was secured solidly to the platform. He got her car to the dealership safely and quickly, unloaded it carefully and in time for the appointment. Payment was a snap right there in the parking lot.
I can't recommend Monster Towing and Miguel highly enough! I'm hoping to not need towing services again for a long time, but if and when I do, I will definitely be calling Miguel!!
I have state farm roadside assistance. Car broke down and waiting 3 hrs so they can tell us they're still running late. Tried again next morning and they didn't even tow my car. I found this company on Google and gave them a try. Best decision ever!! Will recommend them to everyone! They called to let me know how far away they were and the service was so quick and efficient. The caller ID said "Stephen" so I'm assuming he's the one who was helping us. It was a blue tow truck. Total cost me about $90 (I had it dropped off about 3.5 miles away) but it was worth it!! Especially with how quick they were. Customer service was great and he was really sweet and helpful. I've never had a car towed before so it was great to have someone reliable! If you have to get a car towed call them they're great and quick!
