I had a very bad experience with this towing company. My Chrysler Pacifica already had a small damage on the bumper, but after they towed it the condition got much worse. The driver hooked the chain in a careless way and ripped off the body filler that the repair shop had applied, leaving the bare plastic exposed.
When I reached out, the company simply said they had pictures “before and after” and claimed the damage was already there, instead of taking responsibility for the additional damage they caused.
If you value your vehicle and want it to be handled with care, I would not recommend this towing service. They should treat other people’s property with the same respect as their own.
I was extremely satisfied with my experience with this company I needed a vehicle towed to Georgia and they were able to do that for me the driver Angel was very informative throughout the the entire trip he was very professional. I definitely will be recommending this company to others and will be using them in the future!
My tow truck operators were Joey and Tommy, they were great. Personable, professional, and punctual. I made an appointment for them to meet me at the hotel where my car broke down, I was expecting a delay, from experience I know they can be busy with another tow. Not these guys, I said 12 and they showed up in front of my car right on the dot. Infinity Stones will be my go to towing service from now on. Pricing is beyond fair, I called 6 different towing services and they were all very high, not these guys. I also want to give recognition to the young lady that answered the call, Jacky (I'm sure I'm mispelling her name), very professional and informative.
waited on a tow for over an hour and a half. They told me that I could leave the keys in the vehicle , under the seat, but I was skeptical and hesitant, and decided to wait . After 90 minutes I called multiple times, to see if they were still coming. No answer and no response. A third-party, called and said that they could not get in contact with them either and that they were no longer coming to do the tow, So another company has been called. A already horrible day where my car needs towed made worse.
My tower, Michael, was great! From the beginning he called me to give me an update of his location and arrival time and would keep me aware of his eta. Once he arrived, he was very pleasant and conversational, helping me feel at ease with the process and situation. He explained what he was doing, took me to my destination and assured me everything would be good. He was very professional and I recommended him and this company.
Absolutely superb service conducted by Michael. He showed up in no time and finished the job super fast! The guy undeniably deserves a huge pay increase!!!! It was unreal how professional his work ethic and his personality fused so well... as if he wielded the reality stone...

Today was a difficult day. My car broke down and the mechanic was going to charge me A LOT of money to fix it so I decided to get it towed to my house instead. Little did I know that the tow experience I had would make my day so much better.
Michael called me letting me know he was on the way and asked how I was doing. Never had anyone tow-man ask me how I was doing. When my car wouldn’t start, he helped the mechanic get it started to get on the truck. When Michael got to my house, he was super kind and funny and really lifted my spirits up. In that short time he made me feel like things would get better and I’m forever thankful for that. I hope that everyone has this experience and I wish the very best for Michael, he’s a truly great guy who gave great service.

Michael came out to help us came super fast, loaded her up and dropped her off. I had forgot to close my windows and it was raining and he made sure to close her up. Would definitely be using them for future reference.

Checked my battery as requested, helped load the car up on the tow truck quickly and we were on our way. Sharing jokes the entire ride it was the highlight of my “bad” car day. God has truly blessed our mortifying day! stuck no money, after an interview and rained on with the windows open for 40 minutes straight cause our car battery died.

Showed up with a non professional attitude,tow bed full of oil spill guy had no idea of the vehicle said never handled a vet before car was sliding off the flat bed cause of oil !!
Made me take car off myself and he said he isn’t towing it!!!!
