The lady that answered the phone appeared to be drunk. Was not informed. Lied about the prices or was just incompetent. I was towed in the driveway of the air b&b I was parked at. Had to call the police to get my car.
I know Tow companies aren’t usually given praise but they really came through for my son and I when we needed a tow after an accident. Tow driver was polite, patient, accommodating and informative. Would definitely use again if God forbid I ever needed towing again.
CROOKS, LIARS, AND THIEVES
Towed my parents cars due to the damage from the hurricane and are not claiming they only towed my mom’s car. Attached are photos of them towing my moms car and the truck they “never came and got” Apparently this kind of behavior is not new for them. Being a thief and a crook are bad enough but stealing someone’s vehicle and claiming you don’t have after the disaster this community just faced is disgusting. I am sure my parents are not the only victims from this and I hope others report this company as well!
This company is filled with liars, they continuously kept telling me for a tow that they would be on the way or 20 minutes away but would actually be more than an hour away. The employee who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. They never ended up showing up and wasted 4 hours of my time. They should not be in business. Do not ever use this company, they are untrustworthy.
These people are crooks . They over charge customers. I have been calling for weeks and nobody answers the phone nor returns my calls . They have billed me $3552.88 for towing my car after an accident on poinciana blv. The stored my car for 4 days in there lot . Also destroyed my vehicle when towing it . I have filed an official complaint with the State Attorneys office, the BBB and the CFPB. NEVER use this company!!!!!
Horrible waited 3 hours for service for them to tell me there truck broke down the the roadside service is sending someone else meanwhile roadside is still telling me there on the way they never cancel the service I will never recommend this company to anyone
Be very careful with these licensed thieves who take your money and want to charge you over 3k for hiding your car non papers was sign or receipt was given as well very unprofessional and will hear from my lawyers
Greedy thieves. Had an accident 12/2 and totaled my car. I was going to tow mine home a d the guy says his shop is less than two miles away and I don’t have to pay him now. Being in the middle of the chaos I was grateful and accepted. These crooks wouldn’t answer the phones, or return calls from me or my insurance. Even stood up the adjuster the few times they spoke. They were really shady about storing the car and giving the run around so much that my towing bill ended at $4600!!! I called and begged them to do the right thing, explaining the accident was traumatic enough and that they were not responsive most of the time. But they didn’t listen or care. Because it’s their business tactic and it’s all about making money, even if it means STEALING from regular people like you and I. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE CHANCE. I’m going to file official complaints with the State Attorneys office, the BBB and the CFPB. And I’m not looking for money. I’m looking to avoid others falling for your deceptive tactics. The one above sees it all.
The worst towing company. Their dispatch person Joe was very rude and disrespectful. Had no sympathy or care. Drivers will lie and tell you there nearby and later say they’re 1-2 hours away and delayed due to traffic or an accident which you can’t prove nor will they to you if you ask.
Cali got to me as soon as he could, had some hiccups with dispatch but Cali was really professional and efficient got me to the shop fast and easy! Thank you and apologies for any frustration heard on dispatch side
Extremely dissatisfied with this towing company. I was dispatched a tow truck at 12:15pm and after 7.5 hours of waiting for someone to come help, no one showed up to complete the tow request. What a joke! Communication is lacking as I was told multiple times over the 7.5 hours that they were “30 minutes away” but when I called them back to ask for an update on ETA no one picked up the phone. They sent the wrong truck and then I was told someone else would be coming in 45 minutes once they woke up for their shift with a different type of truck and they never showed. 0 stars if it was an option. As a follow up, GPS of their office to my stranded location is 18 miles (37 minutes).
Alex came out to tow my Chevy SSR, a very specific problem occurred and Alex was knowledgeable enough to get us on the flat bed, home and most importantly IN THE GARAGE! Blown away by that!
My car wouldn't start. Called roadside assistance and Dave showed up. Luckily the car only needed a Jumpstart but he also provided helpful tips for the future.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. The driver of license plate number D5159C was driving very recklessly. I was on the lane to the right and the car was behind me at a red light when the light turned green the tow truck got on the side walk and grass to try to cut me off. I didn’t allow it so the tow truck turn led on its green light to blind me so I sped away trying to get away and he followed me all the way to my destination but before I got the his passenger was outside the window cursing me out and threw an ashtray cup at my car. The tow truck was on the left lane and cut me off got in-front of my car placed the car on park at a green light his girlfriend got out the car ran to my car and was banging on my car telling me to get out the car so she could fight me mind you this tow truck was blocking both the left and right lane so to avoid a fight or a road rage incident I tried to move my car and by accident hit the back of the tow truck the girlfriend was still hitting my car cursing me out and wanted to fight until the cops got there and she went back to the car the guy of the tow truck said he has me driving recklessly and will show the cops the dash cam I told him to show the cops the dash cam because I was not lying when the cops arrived the tow truck guy said he didn’t have a dash cam this is the worst company ever driving recklessly and following me all the way to my destination is so scary and I was scared for my life I hope no one ever uses this company again
Steve was very helpful with his tow service. He helped discuss the options I had regarding my issue and gave me his recommendations. He drove very safely and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my car with ease. Highly recommend!
Towing service was excellent. Dave was able to get my car out of a difficult spot with the parking brake on and car in gear, all without access to the interior of the vehicle and without any damage. Dave was extremely helpful and professional. The service center I asked the car to be delivered to turned him away accidentally, Dave called me right away to let me know, and was nice enough to turn around and come back with my car once I worked out the issues with the service center. He was even more knowledgable than the service center on how to get my car into minimum working order without the key fob being active. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
After being stood up for hours by two towing companies, State to State showed up on time, right away, and the driver Dave was so nice, friendly and helpful. He jump started my car and gave me good advice about getting a new battery etc. He was the best! If I ever need towing again, I will make sure to use State to State Automotive.

Wonderful, personable service. Alex was timely and quick to get everything on and off, as well as helping make sure the dealership service center wouldn’t leave my car off to the side. Due to the service center not diagnosing my vehicle, and them overlooking the issue, I needed to use State to State twice in just a few days. Fortunately, Alex arrived both times. Despite being in the wee hours of the morning, fast arrival and top-tier service.
