Driver in a red Gruas Towing Truck cut us off in thick traffic and just about caused a wreck. All to try to get ahead in traffic. Then cut us off again less than a mile down the road. Diving in and out of thick traffic in a 30ft truck. I wouldn't work with them or trust them to tow my car.
Have a unknown vehicle parked in my driveway, called these guys. The man on the phone asked me if I was the owner of the property, I said no sir. He said: can't do anything for you. I asked politely, is it because I'm not the owner of the property? and he said no, it's not because of that, said bye and hung up with no explanation. Just letting y'all know what kind of atmosphere to expect
Outstanding Service. Broke down with the Van which usually makes it a pain to get a tow. These guys are there in 30 min. Absolutely zero problems loading in a tight space. Super friendly driver and unloading was a breeze. Extremely affordable. Transaction via zelle and done. Absolutely recommended.
I had my 2017 Silverado by GRUAS TOWING SERVICE about a month ago. Summer killed my battery.
I just had to have my wife’s car towed today. Same reason. I followed the driver to the point of delivery. He had already set the car into a parking space. Have the keys to the shop manager and waved as he left just an overall excellent experience. I’ll never use another tow company.

Im a recently single mom having car issues therefore new to this this type of predicament and obviously searching for help as my car will not turn on. I proceeded to google for towing companies near me and this was the first on my search. So I called and said “yes, I was needing to find out your rates to have my car towed?” And I “a potential customer” was greeted with rudeness and unprofessionalism. His response to my inquiry was “well I can’t give you rates if I don’t know where we are picking the car up and where it’s going”. I was obviously shocked and proceeded to tell this person on the other line that this was not the way you treat a potential customer and I was then hung up on. I called again and at least a more pleasant female picked up the phone and appeared to try and help me and was much more professional. I felt I needed to tell this person or a manger of my recent experience but I heard the same male voice in the backround cursing in Spanish and telling the female to hang up on me and tell me to go to hell. I suspect that this was the females husband that had just hung up on me. I then responded in Spanish and let them know that I know what he said. I therefore, decided not to use this company. Not a good look. I’m from the Lake Nona Area and know a lot of people and work with a big corporation. And regardless, that is not the way you treat people.
called this company to have my dually towed, explained to them that the front of the drive shaft came out of the yoke on the transmission. told him he would have to disconnect drive shaft before he could tow it. he shows up at my business with my truck with the shifter cable torn in half and the front of the transmission yoke demolished. he towed my truck from Disney area to Florida mall area with out disconnecting drive shaft from rear axle. he towed it with rear wheels on the ground. cost me an extra $880 in additional repairs. He sent one of his mechanics over to look at the yoke, the guy unbolts my yoke, letting a lot of transmission fluid to run out of the transmission all over the grass. he takes the part and then ghosted me, never returned my texts or calls, left me with my truck in worse shape than it was. I plan on placing a small claims lawsuit against him. Definitly wont do any business with him every again.

Rafy answered my call right away and gave an estimate and an ETA. I called other tow truck company but they didn’t had a low level tow truck or they were charging me 2x more of the estimate Rafy gave me.
I would recommend this company on a heartbeat! He was attentive and gave me lots of options to how solve my car problem.

My car broke down on the turnpike in a dangerous spot, I called about 15 different 24 hour emergency towing services and no one picked up the phone and called me back. I called Jose at Gruas Towing and he came right to me picked me and the car up on his trailer and brought me and the car home. His price was very fair and he was a great guy to work with.
Jose helped me out with two tows. He was prompt, professional, very friendly, and the tow price was reasonable. Hopefully I won't need his services anytime soon, but if I do, I would gladly call him again! Highly recommended!
I just got off a 12hr shift on Easter morning and come back to my car with a flat tire and no spare. Gruas towing had fair prices and came very quickly. Got me and my car back to my house. The driver was extremely polite and had a great work ethic. I would highly recommend this company for all your towing needs.
Great and fast service! At the last minute we needed a golf cart unloaded off the back of a semi and delivered to a business, they had a driver there in 15 minutes and really helped us out. Will definitely use them again next time we're in the area and recommend to anyone needing fast service or specialty use of the rollback.
I call Gruas towing last night. I have 2 flat tire they take me to the tire shop. He also give me a water bottle and stop at the gas station for me to use the bathroom. Excellent customer services highly recommend. I will never use anybody else.
Needed a tow tonight called a few places either said no or at least a 2 hr wait ,, then I called TOWING SERVICE OF KISSIMMEE,, he said 40 min wait so I agreed (didn’t get his name) but he called me and kept me updated when he would get to me ,,, WOW what a awesome guy !!! Very polite ,,, !!! Price was very reasonable!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! SO IF YOU EVER NEED A TOW call them YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
In St Cloud, FL is impossible to get towing services if your card stop working past 9pm. I called this place after my car broke down at a gas station at 10:30pm. He was working in Orlando and took the time to call me an hour later to see if I solved my issue. I was still there and no other company answered or if they did, it was to say no. This guy came all the way from international drive to help me and my daughter passed 12am! He was VERY professional and even recommended a mechanic the next day! Recommended 100%! Thank you!!!!!
Jose did a good job towing my car and was very customer friendly. Never felt like being pushed to use his service and chose it after calling around for quotes. He was the cheapest. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a towing.
