Absolutely amazing service. I called King of Roads needing a tow. He was absolutely amazing, efficient, and courteous. Arrived at my location within 20 min and got me to where I needed to go. High recommendations for King of Roads, would absolutely contact them again for any help I needed.
I was on my way home when my tire blew out and pulled over onto the side if the road. He gave me a honk pulled over as well and ran to his truck and changed my tire. I tried to help doing whatever I could and he said he didn’t want me to get dirty. Absolutely stunning people like him exist to help others in desperate times with the utmost professionalism and kindness.
I called for a tow while waiting for my original one. Asked him how far out he was and would get back to him after his response. He even sent me a text to check to see if i still needed one about 10mins later. He said he could be at my location in like 5mins and showed up in less than that. We are just thankful he actually did and let us know his whereabouts instead of just leaving us hanging.
My husband, son and I got stranded at the laundrymat and he was super stressed because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the truck. After an hour I started calling places that offer roadside assistance and towing because it was 8pm and we needed to get home. We are located in Kissimmee and I called nine places that offered 24 hour services. Of those, I was sent to voicemail so many times, even after calling back to back, or their answering service picked up. When I called King of Roads, Omar answered and he was SUPER patient and so friendly. I told him I would inform my husband of the price and time it would take to arrive, then call back once he made a decision. We decided to go ahead and walk home since we had our dog with us and we called Omar back to let him know we would like his help. He told me he would be there in 20 minutes and he would call once he arrived. We were worried to leave the truck because there was expensive work equipment inside. Omar arrived in about 12 minutes! Once he arrived to our home and unloaded the truck, my husband told me he was super nice. So not only do they have the proper tools to the the job, he was patient, fast (made us a priority), professional and KIND. At this point in my life, I appreciate kindness more than anything; it goes a long way, especially in a stressful situation. They really care about their clients and needs. I won’t ever call another company if we are in need again. Thanks Omar.
Got in the truck the second the word “tow” came out my mouth. Amazingly responsive, fairly priced, trustworthy, respectful people. I’d ask them to tow anything from a goldfish to a airplane- and wholeheartedly believe they’d figure it out

Very nice young man he helped me with my car was down and he told me I needed to change my alternator . He came Within 15 minutes and it was very hot outside 100% recommend him.

He arrived within 10 minutes of calling him, and was able to fix our tire, and have us back on the road within 15 minutes. He was friendly, and followed up to check on us. Great customer service.

Best roadside service we’ve ever had. Our tire got a hole in it and we were stuck on the side of the road with a flat. My truck broke down 50 miles from home in Celebration on a Friday night at midnight. They answered on the first ring and told me they would arrive within 45 minutes and they even shared their location so we could see where they were. After dropping the truck off at the mechanic, they even took us to our house. This is a family owned company and I would highly recommend!
