I got towed doing my job as a pizza delivery driver, I parked my car on the side of the street in some apartments because there was no parking available, I left my emergency lights on indicating that I'll be back shortly. I delivered the pizza and in less than 2 minutes my car was gone, I was left stranded while clocked in at my job, I walked all the way back to my job, luckily I was only 2 lights away. These people are corrupt, surely something is going on. How the hell you take my car with emergency lights on in less than 2 minutes? That's not community service, that's blatant oppression.

This company is a scam and money hungry. They towed my car when it was in a visitor lot in a visitor parking spot. I have The guy was rude and unprofessional. No explanation on why and no notice either. I was only in the complex for an hour and if it wasn't for my AirTag in my car, I wouldn't have been able to locate my car. I wasn't the only person there with the same problem. DO BETTER

I was visiting a family relative that was sick. Parked my car half on her driveway and have on the walk way. In a private community.. didn’t take long where they towed my car. When I called the fee was 200.00. These people are crooks they should be investigated. I will handle this with the police department. Made me take a picture with my vehicle and pay a 208.00 fee to get my car back. I know God is on my side.

Worst company ever. And the employee Pedro is just terrible, rude, and almost slammed the gate in my friend’s face. He was so disrespectful and didn’t even let my friend get his house’s key from inside the car. He wanted to take the money even before we were sure he actually had my friend’s car and that is all they care about. The money. My friend’s car was parked for 10 minutes in a place that didn’t have any signs, he saw my friend coming back for the car and took it anyways. He shouldn’t even have this job anymore, because he clearly doesnt know how to treat people properly!!!!!!

I place the blame with my HOA -- good luck if you are buying a car over the weekend when they are closed, have incredibly strict rules, and are very slow to respond. After living in my complex for over 18 years, this is the first time I've had a car I own towed. After calling the non-emergency line for the Kissimmee Police Department, they told me what towing company had my car. I then contacted New Generation, and they answered almost immediately. I wish I had the name of the gentleman that helped me this morning because he was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made a really stressful situation easy to get through.

My vehicle was towed from my parent's apartment. It is definitely my fault for not having the proper pass up and displayable. The whole process, however, was not the best. When I came down three flights of starts to drive my vehicle. It was gone. I had received no phone call about my vehicle being towed. I called the Sheriffs non-emergency hotline, and they said my car was not located in an impound lot. Furthermore, I had to look through my emails to find out which towing company my apartment partners with. Eventually, I found the company. When I called, they didn't answer. I called again, and finally they answered and informed me my car was there.

We were awaken when our car was towed at 4:30AM from our driveway (only because our car alarm went off). We caught up with the tow truck driver, who was agressive, and said we were towed for "breaking the contract" but would not elaborate. He said we could have our car back if we gave him $125 cash, or pick it up from the towing company office. Driver also had a weed pipe and vape pen in the front center console, and bragged how he knew which houses to target. He said on average he tows 30 cars a day from our community.
We elected to go to the towing office. It was $185 to pay wtih card, and they took a picture of you with your ID to intimidate you into not disputing it with your credit card company.
Overall, corrupt company that I'm assuming is tipped off/working with HOAs that need money. Police are well aware of their agressive nature, and will send out an officer if needed to help facilitate getting your car back.Dec 02, 2025 -
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company towed my car for absolutely no reason. When I called to figure out where my vehicle was, they hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times, and they kept answering just to hang up again.
No explanation, no attempt to help, nothing. Just disrespect and games while I was trying to locate my own car.
This place is unprofessional, rude, and clearly has no concern for the people they’re towing from. Save yourself the headache and avoid dealing with them at all costs.Nov 27, 2025 -
Very unprofessional and hostile did not give the opportunity to drop the car and towed the car directly in front of residents that were working in the area and drove off.

On October 14, my vehicle was towed from my property. I did not receive any notification from the HOA or the towing company. When I went to reclaim it for the first time on November 23, I was told that my vehicle had already been “sold” and that there was nothing that could be done. No documentation was provided to support that statement, and staff spoke to each other in Spanish and even laughed while discussing the situation, which made the experience feel unprofessional and unsettling.
Because the situation seemed irregular, I returned the next day with a written request for records and explained that I would be contacting law enforcement to verify the process. After mentioning the Sheriff and the need to confirm the legality of the procedures, management suddenly “found” my vehicle stored in a back lot — despite the fact that the previous day I had been told it was no longer there and that there was absolutely nothing I could do.
I am not making any accusations — only sharing the events exactly as they occurred.
In my personal opinion, the process felt disorganized, lacked transparency, and raised serious concerns about how my vehicle was being handled.
I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this company keep all documentation, request everything in writing, and verify every step of the process carefully.Nov 24, 2025 -
Towed for reverse parking at the house I own under the statement ‘it goes against HOA policy’. I lived here since 2017 and there is no such rule on the policy. I will be speaking to HOA. They refused to knock on my door to make me aware of this made up rule and claimed to have put a sticker 2 days prior, there was no sticker. Calling them crooks would be giving them a compliment. The business itself is wrong and the workers are doing their dirty work.

The treatment I received was extremely traumatizing. The tow truck driver I spoke with was a Hispanic man who spoke to me in a condescending and aggressive manner, as if I were a child. I felt intimidated and scared especially as a woman just trying to resolve a parking issue.
He refused to answer any of my questions and insisted that I simply pay to get my vehicle back. That was a major red flag..I didn’t understand why he was being so rude and dismissive when I was just trying to understand the situation.
At the time I didn’t have my phone, cash, or card with me because I had only stepped outside to start loading some things into my car. I politely asked if I could use his phone to make a quick call and arrange payment, but he refused and accused me of being “combative.” I explained again that I didn’t have my phone or wallet and just needed to make a quick call to pay over the phone. He then said, “No, I’m giving you 15 minutes to pay me or I’m leaving.”
When I asked about payment options, he became even more hostile and said he would just leave. It was clear he was intentionally trying to make things difficult for me. I asked how much the fee was and if he could wait a moment while I ran back to my apartment to get my card and ID. He agreed.
It took me no more than two minutes to return, but by then he had already left. I had to literally run after him as he drove three floors down and out of the complex entrance. I was panicking, out of breath, and nearly passed out from a panic attack.
When I caught up to him and asked why he drove off after agreeing to wait, he refused to take accountability. Instead, he accused me of harassing him and threatened to call the police. To make matters worse, he forced me to take a photo of me holding my ID and card and overcharged me the fee went from $62 to $130 in order to give me my car back and refused to provide his name or give me a receipt. I should have called the police myself but was running late for work.Nov 05, 2025 -
Please report this company if they tow your vehicle One they are harassing and towing company vehicles and technicians are coming out from knocking on customers, doors and the company vehicle is gone. I went to pick up the vehicle it was a scary punch of men hanging out, Laughing unprofessional. Pls report this company to the bbb and the Kissimmee police department. I asked for proof of the violation and they couldn’t proved it. So they are towing just for their own benefit.

This company is completely corrupt. They towed my car straight out of my own driveway. Not from a parking lot. Not from a business. From my private home.
When I called to ask why, they were rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. No explanation, no paperwork that made sense, nothing but attitude and greed. It feels like they make their money by taking advantage of people instead of providing a legitimate service.
If this company shows up near your property, be careful. They have no respect for private property or basic decency. I will be filing complaints with every agency I can, and I strongly suggest anyone reading this do the same.Oct 26, 2025 -
These people are degenerate trash that have been harassing us for years. We are convinced they STOLE the registration sticker off our car and towed it. Then when we showed up to pay the insane ransom they never let us in. We were forced to leave without our car. The police said they will come with us to get it and we scheduled that and filed a police report for the theft. The police and my lawyer said we can get the fees and missed wages back on court easily so we will be filing a civil case along with the criminal case. We are also looking into a class action lawsuit. Natalie and Hector Cabrera are the owners and have a F rating with the BBB. This place needs to be shut down now. They are an out of control menace.
Update when we return the following day we had to have the police to be allowed to our vehicle. After we paid they refused to let us reconnect our battery and threw our money on the ground. They refused to give us a physical receipt which is required by law. They basically admitted to taking the sticker by saying "The community wanted your car gone so we found a way to take care of it." They are unhinged and do not follow any laws. They would rather lose thousands in court just to temporarily get extra money out of us because they make decisions with their feelings rather than reason and any form of intelligence. The first time we dealt with them we had to print the entire legal code out and bring it with us to get them to comply. This time we will just take them to court and lose them $500 per violation and get all our money back.Oct 20, 2025 -
A criminal company. Towed one of our company trucks from a residential job. Wasted our time so that they could bill us for more money telling us wrong information and then when we provided them information that they requested, they would deny and ask for more information. Finally, when we got the notarized form sent by the owner of the company to them They only allow us to pay with cash and wasted more of our time, causing us to pay more money. I have it all documented and our legal team is going to definitely sue this company. FYI, if you need to deal with this company document everything. Get a lawyer involved.

Predatory towing company!! Staff mislead about what was needed to get the car back. After doing all the things we were told to do they said it was wrong and we still could not get car. We ended up calling the cops. The cops said this location is their worst offender. They get called out here constantly and it is a total scam. We asked for document or written statement of exactly what they needed in order to release the car and they refused.
They have an F with the BBB. Someone really needs to pursue a civil suit against them.Oct 19, 2025 -
Just read all the reviews and you can guess how it was for me. To top off the bad service they were very aggressive and pushed me. One of them tapped my chest multiple times because my wife banged on their door when no one answered the phone after calling Multiple times.

Unfortunately I had encountered a worst experience a few days ago, and I’ve been towed before but never had an experience like this. Taken place in Regal Oaks, there was construction so going in some areas or streets which was only redoing the pavement. In the same street that there was construction there was a several parking lots (there were already cars parked there before me) in front of the villa homes that were not coned off and confirmed by property staff to park on those areas that weren’t coned off, an hour later I recieved a theft attempt on my phone multiple times and as I leave my villa and find my car I find it picked up my a towed truck and I asked the tow truck driver why he is impounding my vehicle and assumed I parked illegally because of “construction” nearby which didn’t make sense and when I told him to release the vehicle he used racial insults and started offering a absurd amount of cash to release the car from the truck. When I refused his offer he got very upset and had unfortunately called law enforcement on me and said he’d get me deported, law enforcement arrived and they investigated the situation before the sheriffs requested the tow truck driver multiple times to release the illegally towed car before it became a rough demand from the sheriff. What was strange was a friend I have owns a few villa properties in Regal Oaks and just today experienced a similar situation, and I find it interesting they seem to target vehicles that are worth a lot.

They are a bad company and their drivers get butthurt a the drop of a dime. Hope they get treated the way they treat their customers. Extortion is a crime. My car wasn't even hooked up and he still charged me to drop it. Didn't care that I had proof of residency. If I could give negative stars I would.

This people just trying to make profit from my back! They towed my car for no reason from my complex! When i went to pick it up they refused to give it to me! They just hold it in the parking lot for no reason just to make profit! This place is shame and should be shutting down! They are SCAMMERS

The guy took my car just because I hadn't seen it before. I have a parking permit, and he still took it. He was rude to me on the phone, but he didn't dare to do it in person. He made me waste an hour waiting for him, and he still charged me in full. The service was terrible. I let them know. I understand the job, but they don't check anything, they're acting illegally.

I was visiting a gated community (Cypress Reserve Kissimmee) and parked against traffic. Not many cars circulate on that street. I had only been there for 5 minutes when the guy from New Generation Tower showed up. He told me to move my car because it was parked incorrectly. Then, while I quickly looked for the key, he had already towed the car because he didn't like the way my family spoke to him. They told him that it was illegal and that he couldn't take the car like that! So, he did it because he was angry and because he felt like it. He asked me for 70 dollars in cash to get the car back! (I didn't give it to him because I didn't have cash). Most importantly, there is a woman in this community who appears to be the wife of the guy from New Generation Tower. She was the one who called him and told him about my car. She arrived on the scene in 1 minute and she seemed to have bad intentions; they wanted money!!! She must be a gossip. I thought everything that happened was unfair because I (the car owner) wasn't defensive; I never disrespected him! The guy was unprofessional, so you have to be very careful with these NEW GENERATION TOWER, they are garbage y They don’t have respect or compassion for anyone! In the end, I paid $182, and I hope they feel satisfied for taking money from people who DO work honestly in this country!

This company is a joke. They towed my car and broke the cover underneath in the process, then brushed it off like it was nothing. Telling me “it’s just plastic” — no, that’s my car, and if you can’t handle it carefully, you shouldn’t be touching it at all. On top of that, the staff looked completely clueless and didn’t even know how to handle the situation. Unprofessional from start to finish.

Took money without providing a receipt, towed under suspicious circumstances, would not provide company information. Claimed that we were obstructing pedestrian sidewalk when we were clearly parked fully in the driveway with no obstructions. Refused to return drivers license.

Yes, it is possible to gather evidence and file a lawsuit or submit a formal complaint if a towing business is operating illegally or abusively. Below are the steps you can follow to do this properly:
1. Gather Solid Evidence
To take legal or formal action, you’ll need strong proof of wrongdoing. Here’s what you can collect:
Negative reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook, or Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Photos or videos of the towing lot, the condition of the place, signs (or lack of), how the cars are towed, employee behavior, etc.
Receipts or invoices showing the charges and towing fees.
Statements or testimonies from other victims or witnesses.
Any official documentation like a police report or towing notice.
Screenshots of abusive behavior, messages, or any suspicious activity.
2. Check for Legal Violations
Towing companies are subject to local and state laws. They may be violating the law if:
There is no visible signage about towing rules.
They tow cars without warning or proper authorization.
They charge excessive fees or refuse to return vehicles without payment.
They delay the process or act in an aggressive or fraudulent manner.
If these are happening, this may constitute:
Predatory towing
Unfair business practices
Extortion or even theft, depending on the case
3. File an Official Complaint
You can report the business to:
The local city or county licensing office
The state Attorney General
The Better Business Bureau (BBB)
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for abusive practices
A consumer protection agency
I can help you write a formal complaint letter, just provide the business name, address, and details of the incident.
4. Join or Start a Group Case
If multiple people have been affected:
You can gather others to file a collective complaint.
You may even be able to start a class action lawsuit, depending on the situation and damages.Jun 08, 2025 -
Absolutely disgusting group of men. They try to intimidate women. Drive the price up every 30 minutes that your car sits. Towed my car from a vacation home as we were unpacking the cars. Said extremely disgusting things to us and bragged about their money. Made me walk into the back of a junk yard alone with a man which made me very uncomfortable. Had my car parked 2 inches from junked cars I could barely open my car door. Said they would email my receipt and never did. Then when I turned around and asked for it to be resent, the owner asked me to leave the property. I said I would have the police come to ensure I got my receipt and the owner began to get agitated repeatedly saying I needed to leave the property and that the police were not allowed on their property. Absolutely awful company that needs to be shut down.

Just move to this resident less than a month ago and I got my car towed 2 times in less than 2 weeks. First time was understandable but the second time it was towed straight from the parking complex, from the visitor parking, and when I had the parking permit on the back windshield of the car, In a EMPTY parking lot. I guess I’m a target to these guys, great service

Less than one star. Service they provided con job and dirty hustling.... Towed my boyfriends vehicle from my complex for not having a parking permit. And normally I would be on their side....I get rules when the rules absolutely apply. The whole visitor area was being repaved amd is blocked off....he literally took me to target and back to drop my Christmas gifts off and when he went out to go to work not even 30min later his vehicle was towed and his wallet was in there still because he didn't plan on staying he had to work. After calling company and realizing it wasn't stolen they said they had a righ to tow because it wasn't in visitor parking...now they have his wallet all forms of Id and his vehicle....how could he park in visitor parking ...its all blocked off waiting for new pavement to dry...and they didn't even leave a 2 hour warning sticker or anything....which to me in this case would be the appropriate thing to do, given the state of our visitor parking area...but nope just tow it right before Christmas like the scrooges they are...and said all places have a visitor parking and they have a right to tow.....so if the visitor parking is being repaired no one is allowed to go anywhere with anyone and have them bring them back..i have seen them give numerous people 2 hour warning stickers...since i have lived here.bright orange stickers on peoples windows..not today though......$135 which had to be paid cash which is a violation of orange county towing rules. They are suppose to accept debit or credit when they possess your vehicle. ....and since my car is being repaired there is also the uber trip as well....and his missed shift at work......completely rude and unprofessional! .......Wait till front office closes for holiday .. check... Then go to complex that has no visitor parking available due to pavement work...check.....do it on the holidays when you know people will have family or friends over....check.......Then go look for any family or friends vehicles who couldn't park in visitor parking and tow them....check...check....and check.....yep sounds like great people and a great business plan.......awful!!! What an awful thing to do to people..........if i ever needed any towing i would never use them!! They probably dont even do regular tow jobs anyway....just a bunch two bit hustlers ...and dirt bags...... you can clearly see our visitor parking is blocked and No ONe is parked there because no one can park there.
