I found this company on Google after my cars transmission stopped working and they answered professionally and arrived within 45 minutes on a Friday night. The tow truck driver kept me informed of his ETA and when he arrived he was very kind and professional and straight to work! As a woman stranded late at night I was very appreciative of their work ethic and professionalism. Hopefully I don’t need another towing anytime soon but if I do I’m calling them!
I was in a tight bind after AAA held me up for over 3 hours and then to be told they cannot haul cars with modified suspension! Kissimmee Towing saved me tons of time and the customer service was impeccable! Updates via text were consistent and the price was a value based on my situation! The most friendly, kind, & professional people I’ve ever met of any towing company or auto service. They got to me within 20 minutes and the whole process was over within an hour. The service was fast, efficient, careful, and professional. Both drivers (Cesar & Joel) were incredibly nice and so helpful. I wish every company had people like that. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I got a blown tire on the way to Orlando with my kids and these people were fast and great super affordable they also gave my kids a ride and I recommend them to anybody these people were super nice they even gave me a free tire since I wasn’t from the area and mind you I needed a tow and I’m already in the business super happy with these people

I was visiting from Virginia and my car wouldn’t start. I called them for a jump. They gave me a few details and asked me did I mind waiting for them to arrive once they got here they jumped my car unfortunately something else was wrong with my car, but they were very helpful And recommended a mobile mechanic. I believe they went above and beyond to make sure that I could figure out what was wrong with my car as in I was 16 hours away from home.
I later had to call them back the following day and they volunteer here to pick my car up and take it to the dealership

i was on a business trip in orlando, i drove my tesla up here but i had some minor problems that i didn’t want to spend time dealing with it because of how busy i was so i called this Kissimmee Towing Company they were excellent on the phone and they literally showed up in less than five minutes couldn’t have gone any smoother
They arrived ahead of schedule, handled my vehicle with care, and explained everything clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone stuck on the side of the road!

These guys are awesome. Our car overheated on the turnpike about 45 minutes south of Orlando. They were the only shop open at the time, it was late afternoon Saturday of a holiday weekend. Sent a truck out right away and got us to a repair shop. Super nice and reliable group, communicated very well, reasonable price. Really got us out of a jam. Highly recommend if you’re in central Florida and need long distance towing.

I came across a difficult situation where our car wouldn’t turn on by my high-school. We were going to consider trying to jump it ourselves all the way out from our home but the travel had way too much traffic and the potential chance it’d even work was unknown. The company called us a guy to get it towed from the school to our home, he gave no issue with giving us a ride and a good price for a 20 minute drive in high traffic. The service was quick and reliable, gave them a call before I got the service to check prices and ended the call so that I could confirm with family and when I called back I had to repeat nothing, wasn’t treated as a throwaway call, all written down. My car caught a flat by the Wawa and family dollar on E. Irlo Bronson Highway the piece to be able fill air broke and my tire won't completely flat called around found this place who was able to help me . Everything was excellent was not a long wait for tow truck to come . Delivered my car back to my home with no issues . Driver was very friendly would use again if ever in need and definitely will recommend to my family and friends

Overall, I highly recommend for their great service, friendly staff, and reasonable rates. They made a tough situation so much easier!
Excellent experience with this company. 100% professional and courteous. Towed 5700 lb. Tahoe on a flatbed. Arrived in less than 1 hour. Will use again if the need should arise. This was a mint condition Tahoe but fuel pumps do wear and fail unexpectedly.
