Dispatch was lovely but the tow truck driver was AWFUL! He was unable to deliver my vehicle to the destination I requested, so he parked it across the street while I had to walk out and meet him to get the car. When I asked him to please jumpstart my car so I could drive it the rest of the way home he REFUSED because it was DRIZZLING. I literally just walked in this drizzle to come get my car and then he just watched me struggle and did not care. He started FaceTiming with his wife/girlfriend so I am just sitting there stranded with a disabled car while he’s on a personal call forever. I finally just walked back home without my car.
Broke down on 417 on way to beach . Geico hooked us up w AATR . They told us 90 min but Tyler was there in 20 . Had us hooked up in less than 10 . Thought our day was ruined but we were able to make the best out of remainder of Sunday Funday .. Thanks Tyler
I’d like to shout out Antonio! He was my ERS tow truck driver for my flat w/ GEICO. He called me he introduced him self told me who he is, told me his ETA. When he arrived, he handled my car w/ the most care. (I was nervous since I never had my car towed before) On the way to the shop we have very nice conversation. Thank you again Antonio please give this man a raise!
The manager for this company (Jose) is extremely rude, unhelpful and greedy. I trusted this company to safely get my car to my mechanic and unfortunately the tire popped/got completely shredded to the point where the actual wheel was being dragged on the ground for MILES (I added the picture of the destroyed tire/wheel). I was told by the driver that I would be reimbursed for the tire I had to replace.
I called to have this done and was very rudely yelled at, talked down to and interrupted multiple times by Jose saying it would not be happening and that he would be writing up the man who tried to do the right thing by promising me he’d reimburse me the cost of the tire.
I can understand not wanting to pay for the tire because yes, flat tires happen, but the METAL was DRAGGED and DAMAGED. I will most likely need to replace the entire wheel because of that.
I can easily say this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
Please do not trust these people with your car if you have any concerns about anything breaking while it is in their possession. They won’t pay for it even if it’s their fault.
Dispatch has got to be the worst.. we needed the dolly tow and they sent a flat bed who could not get it..said the dolly tow would take 2 hours..waited 3 hours for another flat bed to show up... absolutely the worst ever
I have waited 2 hrs for a tow. Thank god I wasn't stuck in the highway or in a bad position because I was told there should be someone on the way. 2 hours.
My insurance called them to come out at 9:30p in the morning the didn't show up until 2:30p continue to postpone and postpone. This company is slower than slow! I do not recommend! This has made a complete inconvenience of my trip. Now I have to wait 2-4 hours for the mechanic to replace my starter that's if he will..... hopefully I'm not stuck here for the entire weekend with 6 kids! Thanks alot!
Called my insurance company who called AATR to help with a roadside assist. After 3 hours of waiting they never showed and kept postponing their arrival by another hour. I finally had to ask my insurance company to cancel the request and find help elsewhere.
David had came to help with a jump start, super friendly called to let us know traffic was a bit backed and still made it before the estimated time .. car is started and we're off
Sammy and William are awesome...they jumped my car and I was able to make it to the garage...They gave me the best...customer service! I highly recommend sammy and William
I have to say this is the best towing company I've ever worked with, and I've worked with many. On two occasions, Geico sent them and everyone who has helped me at AATR (Kissimmee and Orlando) has been friendly and respectful; they carry themselves like true professionals. Sammy, especially was so kind, considerate, and understanding of how stressful it can be when dealing with a breakdown. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and has their best interests in mind. The team does whatever they can to assist and put your mind at ease. The team even tried to see if they could fix my issue before towing in an effort to save me the cost of repairs. I'm proud to say they got it started (then still took it to the mechanic at my request!) At the end of the day, I can honestly say I feel better just knowing that if I ever have another auto-issue and need assistance, AATR is there. If you're in a bind and need a hand, I highly recommend calling them.
Absolutely exceptional customer service. Hospitality goes a long way, and it shows with this business. An owner who truly puts the customer first, and does everything possible in order to help. I expect big things from AATR Kissimmee.
